Whatever look they advertise should be the look that you walk out with ..It should already be created by the artist. I thought that was ghetto, but I came back giving the lady a chance to do a different style (cat eye) a style where I wouldn't need to add " mascara " any eyelash artist is familiar with cat eye so I thought it would be easy even though I so desperately desired the anime look that I saw on the advertisement I was willing to adjust. Again was disappointed on that too, one eye was more full then the other, but I came back a third time because I liked the lady. They talk VERY loudly and they're having full on conversations with each other while you're trying to relax the last time I went they were having some construction going on and she was yelling at the guy the entire time while she's doing my lashes really not great for my ears since she's so close to my head & I couldn't even relax one bit they were so loud and she kept pausing to yell the guy instructions which would strike my nerves every time because her loudness would startle me right when I'm about to relax Which that's like the least of my worries because as long as the work delivers then that's all that matters at the end of the day but it just got worse. My third visit I expressed to her at the end that it's not the look I was going for,(cat Eye you're supposed to put the longest eyelashes at the end, shorter to the corner of Eye and it was like a mixture of sizes with shorter ones being on the end) Never once had i asked for a discount or a refund or even for them to fix anything for free. And instead, the owner tells me that she's not the artist for me after my third time there. I was trying to be optimistic about the place, but that just really irked me how she basically said she wasn't going to help me any further in the future. I just got very offended by that because I never even asked her for a refund or a discount or even to fix it and I was extremely nice about it and I ALWAYS tip. I just told her we'll figure it out next time since I figure that practice makes perfect and eventually she'll get it since sometimes it takes a little while to get to know exactly how the person likes things and she still told me that "maybe you need to find another artist." It hurt me that she kept telling me that she's not the artist for me and that maybe I should find somebody else because also my cat passed away the day before so I was having an extremely sad day and her saying that just made things worse. Especially because I was being extremely nice about Yeah I might have issues with the styles I like, but if I was willing to work with you and have patience with you and I still tip and don't ask for a refund then you shouldn't basically refuse service to me by saying I should go somewhere else. You never know what people are going through or how they're having a bad day and for you to just act like that is very unprofessional and also you should not talk so loud when you're helping clients "relax". And also, I reminded her that I like my lashes long and she kept talking me out of it saying it's too long. So keep in mind that you have to be firm with telling her how you like things because if not, she'll just do things the way she thinks looks good not the way you like it or request it.. and from the reviews I read before on this place, she should be more grateful to the clients that are willing to work with her because from what I read other people are very angry and refuse going back to this place so if I was willing to give it another shot, then you should just leave that up to the client. Their scheduling and customer service are extremely disorganized, and they seem to have little regard for the customer experience. The salon routinely overbooks technicians and assigns walk-in clients to technicians who already have upcoming appointments. Despite making appointments every time I've visited, I've regularly been forced to wait 15-30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, even though I make a point of arriving early as a courtesy. My most recent experience was the final straw. I scheduled both a lash lift and an acrylic fill. When I called, the receptionist told me my lash appointment would be at 5:00 PM and my nail appointment at 6:00 PM. However, the text confirmation I received only listed a 6:00 PM appointment. On previous visits, I had been told by the front desk that appointments are not considered booked without a text confirmation, so I reasonably assumed the salon had adjusted my schedule and moved the lash appointment. When I arrived at 6:00 PM, the receptionist informed me that the text confirmation was incorrect, my lash appointment had actually been at 5:00 PM, and I had missed it. No apology was offered, nor did anyone attempt to rebook the service. I then asked if I could still proceed with my 6:00 PM nail appointment, only to be told that my nail technician would not be available for another hour. The receptionist blamed the delay on my technician's timing, which was both inappropriate and inaccurate. I've worked with the same technician for two years, and she has always been professional, efficient, and respectful of her appointment schedule. It was clear that the salon had double-booked over my appointment. Their only solution was for me to return at 7:00 PM, which was not possible given my schedule. This experience was incredibly frustrating because I genuinely love the work of the nail technicians. However, I can no longer tolerate the level of disorganization, poor communication, and lack of accountability from management. As a result, I will not be returning, and I can no longer recommend this salon to others. The business needs to get control of its scheduling and customer volume before more loyal customers have similar experiences.
