    I didn't want to have to leave a negative review, but after giving this salon three chances, I feel it's necessary to share my experience. The first time I came in for a pedicure, I had a male technician whose name I unfortunately do not remember. He applied gel polish, but when I got home, I noticed that the gel had seeped onto the skin around one of my big toes. I returned to the salon to have it corrected, and during that visit, I was informed that both big toes needed to be corrected. I was not aware that the other toe also needed attention at the time. I let it go because I understand mistakes happen, and I didn't think it was worth making a big issue over. The second time, my pedicure was done by Nina. During the service, she accidentally nicked my toe, causing it to bleed a little. Again, I chose to overlook it because I assumed it was an honest mistake. Unfortunately, my third visit with Nina was unacceptable. During my pedicure, she pulled out a hangnail, which caused my toe to bleed significantly. At the time, I didn't know any better and assumed this was a normal part of the pedicure process. After doing some research, I learned that pulling out a hangnail can create an open wound and increase the risk of infection. Looking back, this should never have happened. The following morning, I woke up with a painful, infected toe that was swollen and draining both pus and blood. A routine pedicure should never result in an infection. I returned to the salon to report what had happened. I admit I became emotional while speaking to the receptionist, but it was out of frustration and disappointment after repeatedly having negative experiences. I want to make it clear that my frustration was not directed at her. She was helpful and handled the situation professionally. I did feel embarrassed having to discuss everything in front of other employees and customers. After three visits, I can confidently say I will not be returning. I gave this salon multiple opportunities, hoping each experience would be better than the last, but instead, the quality of service continued to decline. Overall, it has been extremely disappointing to pay for a service and not receive the level of care, attention, and professionalism that I expected as a customer. No customer should have to return because of poorly applied gel polish, leave with cuts that cause bleeding, or, even worse, develop an infection after a routine pedicure. I'm sharing my experience not to be malicious, but in the hope that the salon takes greater care during its services and follows proper procedures to prevent this from happening to someone else. A pedicure is supposed to be a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Instead, I left with pain, frustration, and an avoidable infection. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with no confidence in returning to this salon.

    I appreciate that the salon reached out after my initial review, but unfortunately their response did not address all issues I experienced. They questioned details I had already explained, including which technician worked on me. After providing all of that, the only resolution offered was to repaint the toe where the polish was visibly missing. That offer doesn't fix the larger concerns I raised: I paid for a $50 pedicure that was a full upgraded service. Instead, I received a basic pedicure with poor gel application, missing steps. Being asked to come back just for a polish touch-up would inconvenience me even more after an already incomplete experience. I stand by my original review. I did not receive the service I paid for, and the proposed resolution did not address the quality or customer care concerns I reported.

    I went in for something very simple. Just a gel pedicure and clear gel manicure. I have never been so disappointed by a service before. I have one injured nail, it's on my pinky. A new nail is growing underneath. I told who was doing my manicure to leave it alone and she proceeded to cut the old nail off. This caused me so much pain. I repeated for her to just leave it alone as it is still healing and I don't want to risk infection and she continued to chip away at it. This caused me so much discomfort for the next few days. Causing it to bleed at work. The clear gel manicure over all looked horrible. Nails were cut and filed differently and she only did what seemed like one coat and the top coat. She then just DOUSED my hands in oil. And left them like that? I am so confused. The pedicure was OK however I just wasnt feeling the most relaxed. They keep chipping away at an insane amount of skin around the nail. Then she said I cut my own nails too short, but they look okay to me. And I still have enough nails even on my pinky for the gel to show. I don't understand the commentary. I reached out, followed the instructions to send pics through text and haven't hear back since. When someone comes in saying to leave a finger alone, I think it's important to listen. This should have been very easy and simple. Just something to make me feel put together as my nail is still healing. I couldn't even relax in my chair. All of this for 75 dollars. Not worth it, especially when given the opportunity to correct this or talk outside of a review. Lack of accountability. After an experience like this, now I know to expect way less from this business. Goes to show a lot about how your business is ran. Money hungry and quality is low.

    I'm extremely disappointed with our experience. My daughter and I went in together, and when we met back at the front desk, I immediately noticed her nails were crooked and bulky. The shape was uneven and clearly not symmetrical. I calmly brought it to the receptionist's attention, who then called over the manager. I explained the issue and showed him exactly where the nails were crooked and thick. By this point, I was becoming uncomfortable because people in the salon were staring, and what should have been a simple correction turned into an embarrassing situation. The manager said the nail tech could fix them, but his tone was dismissive and unpleasant, which made my daughter feel embarrassed. When the nail technician came up, she questioned the issue again and began making excuses -- saying it was due to three layers of polish and that she didn't see them as crooked. Instead of acknowledging the problem, they were focused on defending the work. At that point, I told them not to fix it because if they genuinely couldn't see the issue, I didn't trust the correction would be done properly. What upset me even more was that no discount, partial refund, or apology was offered despite the obvious poor quality and the uncomfortable experience we were put through. We paid full price and left feeling frustrated, embarrassed, and unheard. I will not be returning.

    I GOT CAT FISHED FROM INSTAGRAM!!! Yeah, so I found this place through Instagram.. None of the work…read morelooks the same in person. And I even booked with the owner to ensure that I would get the exact looks that I saw on Instagram.. Price range was on the higher side, but I figured if you want a certain look, you have to pay top dollar so I did. Complete disappointment. I was looking for the anime style look, and when I left, she handed me a tiny bottle of clear mascara and tells me that I have to basically sections my eyelashes together with this clear mascara acting like a glue to make the lashes stick together to create this look... To me this is false advertisement, because if you're paying for a certain look you should walk out of there without having to modify ANYTHING on your own. Whatever look they advertise should be the look that you walk out with ..It should already be created by the artist. I thought that was ghetto, but I came back giving the lady a chance to do a different style (cat eye) a style where I wouldn't need to add " mascara " any eyelash artist is familiar with cat eye so I thought it would be easy even though I so desperately desired the anime look that I saw on the advertisement I was willing to adjust. Again was disappointed on that too, one eye was more full then the other, but I came back a third time because I liked the lady. They talk VERY loudly and they're having full on conversations with each other while you're trying to relax the last time I went they were having some construction going on and she was yelling at the guy the entire time while she's doing my lashes really not great for my ears since she's so close to my head & I couldn't even relax one bit they were so loud and she kept pausing to yell the guy instructions which would strike my nerves every time because her loudness would startle me right when I'm about to relax Which that's like the least of my worries because as long as the work delivers then that's all that matters at the end of the day but it just got worse. My third visit I expressed to her at the end that it's not the look I was going for,(cat Eye you're supposed to put the longest eyelashes at the end, shorter to the corner of Eye and it was like a mixture of sizes with shorter ones being on the end) Never once had i asked for a discount or a refund or even for them to fix anything for free. And instead, the owner tells me that she's not the artist for me after my third time there. I was trying to be optimistic about the place, but that just really irked me how she basically said she wasn't going to help me any further in the future. I just got very offended by that because I never even asked her for a refund or a discount or even to fix it and I was extremely nice about it and I ALWAYS tip. I just told her we'll figure it out next time since I figure that practice makes perfect and eventually she'll get it since sometimes it takes a little while to get to know exactly how the person likes things and she still told me that "maybe you need to find another artist." It hurt me that she kept telling me that she's not the artist for me and that maybe I should find somebody else because also my cat passed away the day before so I was having an extremely sad day and her saying that just made things worse. Especially because I was being extremely nice about Yeah I might have issues with the styles I like, but if I was willing to work with you and have patience with you and I still tip and don't ask for a refund then you shouldn't basically refuse service to me by saying I should go somewhere else. You never know what people are going through or how they're having a bad day and for you to just act like that is very unprofessional and also you should not talk so loud when you're helping clients "relax". And also, I reminded her that I like my lashes long and she kept talking me out of it saying it's too long. So keep in mind that you have to be firm with telling her how you like things because if not, she'll just do things the way she thinks looks good not the way you like it or request it.. and from the reviews I read before on this place, she should be more grateful to the clients that are willing to work with her because from what I read other people are very angry and refuse going back to this place so if I was willing to give it another shot, then you should just leave that up to the client. WARNING TO ALL MY IG GIRLIES YOU WILL BE CAT FISHED.
