This rental company is racial I have NEVER had a rental company ask for my car registration. Customer service was HORRIBLE. She was so rude. I will NEVER use them again. From when I first called to book, everyone was so kind. Very easy to book. We ordered the 40 foot obstacle course for my son's birthday party and the condition of the bouncer was great! Very colorful and clean. And the kids (and adults) loved the obstacle course. We paid extra for a specific drop off and pick up time. They were right on time! we had a party at a park and I was asked to call the city myself to check if the permit was approved. This was supposed to be their job. I rented plenty of jumpers for a park party and never did I have to call the city myself to check on a jumper permit. They also delivered late cause the delivery guy said their office messed up on the address and they switched the address for 2 different parks. The staff is nice overall but I'm not so sure about the service. read more
