I found Cindy's Jumpers via Yelp while trying to find an inflatable gladiator joust for my fiancé's 40th birthday. It was between them and another company in Orange County. I ultimately chose Cindy's Jumpers because they were always quick to respond and the pricing was straightforward on their website. It was also convenient to be able to order tables, linens and chairs from the same place. I highly recommend Cindy's Jumpers if you want a company that's super responsive and dependable. I work long hours and most of my questions were submitted late night via email. I was amazed that I would get responses late at night! The online ordering process was super easy. You get an email confirmation and someone calls before your event to confirm. A few days before my event, I realized I had ordered one too many tables for our space and wanted to exchange it for a sky dancer. Again, Cindy's Jumpers responded fast and even sent me an updated invoice via email. On the day of the event, the delivery guys arrived on time and were super efficient when they set up the inflatables and the tent. The tables, umbrellas, chairs and linens we ordered were in great shape. Next time, I may opt to pay for full setup of tables and linens to save some time. The Spider man bounce house was of good quality however the service time that we were supposed to utilize the jumper is from 12:00 pm until 7:00 pm. They did drop off and set up the jumper at 11:30 am but then came and picked it up 2 hours early at 5:00 pm we were expecting the pick up to be at 7:00 pm after the party... when we brought the time difference to their attention they stated because they dropped it off early they had to pick it up early. This is why I gave them 3 stars for the service, they should stick to what the contract stated. read more

Our overall experience was great! But, I give this Company 4 stars only because the Obstacle Jumper that was ordered was not clean upon arrival. The guys who set it up had to vacuum the grass out and then wiped it down with some type of cleaning spray. I feel they rushed through the cleaning process because they had to come back to finish setting up our order. The jumper should have been cleaned and sanitized before arrival. We ordered the 70ft Rock Climb Obstacle which didn't come clean and sanitized. Alone with that we ordered the Cash Vault, Mega Wire and the kids Basketball. Never ordering with this company again . So unprofessional & they charge for every single thing. For example tarp comes covered on all sides. They charged me $15 for each side I wanted covered.. then they wanted to charge me another fee to leave tarp over night ! They dropped it off at 12 afternoon & wanted to pick it up at 9pm. And because I wanted it over night they wanted to charge me an extra fee. I told them I wanted to cancel then & since my man had already paid that they weren't gonna give me my money back. Bad experience with Cindy's Jumpers. We had a contract. They showed up but wouldn't leave the jumper. Said the gate was too narrow to the front yard. Very disappointed 9 year old who invited friends over to play in the jumper for her birthday. We have had many jumpers in the past with no problem. We called another company last minute and they delivered and set up with no problem. Not sure what Cindy's Jumpers didn't like about us but will never call them again. read more

I rented a duper large obstacle course from Cindy's Jumpers this Saturday for my 10 year-old son's birthday /End-of-school Party. The process was dmooth. I browsed their website, submitted a request and within 24 hours they confirmed availability. I paid on line which was a breeze. Important to note, my party was from 11:30-3pm. I was very specific that I needed to have the jumper picked up by 3:30pm because I had another party to get to by 4pm. First time using this company, I was on a real tight budget and needed to rent most of my items to even have a party for my son. He wanted a Ninja turtle them. They had the jumper. We wanted to serve pizza since the turtles love pizza. They have a warmer. We needed tables and chairs. Renting was easy and all online. You must pay a deposit, then the rest in cash. Take advantage of the packages. The jumper: looked amazing it matched the decorations we purchased from the party store. It looked brand new, except the scribbles on the inside. Which we didn't mind. The pizza warmer: was a hit. It held three huge pizzas from Sam's club. It got really hot, so each slice was like a fresh one out of the oven. It was clean, looked new too. The tables and chairs: they are well kept. No tape or left over table clothes. We've had this from previous party rental places. Great value for all that we rented. Hopefully next year I'll have a bigger budget to rent more concessions and a bigger jumper for little man. I will rent again and recommend for sure. read more
