Super racist, you better be white or your black money is not needed. They say they close at 8pm and at 730 I walk in and they yelled at me that they are closed! I tried to remind them that you close at 8pm and all I need is a clean up that takes 5 to 10min. The guy sweeping yelled at me like I was 2 years old "I KNOW WE CLOSE AT 8Pm but WE ARE CLOSED" started, just stood there looking at him REALLY? Are in business? Can you talk to me in a better way. It's true I'm black but it's not for free. Other people had similar experiences but I was like let me see for myself. So if you're black, this business doesn't want your money. They might as well write" Whites only at the door. Another white lady came right after this and they profusely apologized that they have to close right in front of me. No worries though! The man who did my nails was sitting at the front desk when I arrived and he was not welcoming at all ... the photo I provided can't do justice of what terrible service I received. The nails are bumpy and rough. The paint job is terrible and the nude color is peeking through. I expressed my distaste for his work and he roughly wiped it off about 2-3 times but ended up doing the same crooked and chunky lines for the French tips. I wish he would have said he doesn't know how to do French instead of misleading me and doing a lazy and inconsistent job. Please save your money. You are better off wearing press ons. read more

Went in today to get my daughter a manicure and pedicure, was refused service even though the shop was empty. It was 2PM on a weekday, Friday. There was only one customer in there, perhaps a measure of how horrible the service is, but really I think it's because I left them a negative though earned review about the quality or lack thereof of service provided. Tried to give them another shot, will not return because what I felt about them and their service then is still accurate now. Save your money! read more

6-25-19 I was visiting from out of state and had a manicure at the salon. Jenny also known as Pho was awesome. She is brand new to the salon and a wonderful addition. This is the best nail salon in the Hagerstown area. Vin is all around excellent, great customer service in a clean, friendly environment. If you want Vin to do your mani pedi you'll need to call for an appt but I have had others wait on me here and always receive excellent service. read more

I went to get my nails done. Waited 15 minutes when they weren't even busy. Putting away "sanitary" items in a package, one was dropped. He blew it off & put it in with the rest! Made all of my fingers bleed! Never going back. read more

I hadn't had a pedicure in a while, and my toenails are strange in that they turn up, so the nail tech trimmed them really short. She did nick my big toe a little, but it's been a week since then, and it seems fine. Atmosphere is very nice, as are the people who work here. My toes looked nice afterward. read more

I came here to relax and get a manicure, but after the EXTREME rudeness of the employees, I'm never going back. The man who is obviously in charge of the place got very angry with my friend over a nail polish color. While doing my nails, I was cringing in pain at how rough he was filing. Not to mention that the whole time this man is on the phone yelling at someone. NOT a good experience. My sister went here and got an infection in her nail bed due to the dirtiness of this place. I had to wait an hour to get my nails done even though i had an appointment and then left with crooked acrylics that weren't even covering my whole nail. When I asked the lady to fix them, she mumbled something in another language and half assed it. I had to go get them fixed the next day for prom at another place. read more

The ambience is nice but the materials used are quite cheap. I got a fill in and gel polish. My nails started to break a week later and the polish started to peel on the fourth day after they were done. I made the mistake of going twice but I thought that this wouldn't happen twice. I always try to give an establishment a second chance but all this place told was fool me shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I wouldn't recommend unless you go just for a manicure. I also tried the pedicure but all the tech used was a pumice stone. Hell, I could've done that. Again.... would not recommend this place. read more

Tried to ignore the google reviews that warned people not to come here due to injured/infected nails, but I should have listened..... I've been coming here for about 2 yrs and have kept trying and trying with this salon. Christina does a good job (if you insist on going here) but the last time I got a mani/pedi I was mortified. About 2 days after I got my nails done, one of my toes really started to hurt. It soon became swollen and started getting pus. I went to the doctor, put neosporin on my toe and it eventually healed. But the fact that I have to worry about dirty tools is gross. Although the prices are good, I'd rather pay more at another salon than get infected nails. read more

This was my second time in. Both times to get my eyebrows waxed. The first time the nail tech left wax on me. I thought it maybe a fluke. I went in again to get my eyebrows waxed. I waited 5 mins for anyone to notice me at the counter. One male nail tech asked what I needed. I told him I needed my eyebrows waxed. He said ok. I sat down for 10 minutes. No one said a thing. Then I went back up to the counter. 5 mins later after I was very vocal, the same male nail tech informed me very rudely it would be at least 10 more minutes. At NO TIME did anyone other than him even acknowledge that I was there. Most did not seem to care and to top that off the one person I talked to was VERY rude. I got the feeling that since I only needed my eyebrows done, I was not important. They could not make as much money off of me than a person getting their nails done. I encourage EVERYONE to go somewhere else. ...and now that I think about it, they really were not the politest during my first visit either. read more
