He gave me a receipt in my Christmas card for $40.00. When I went to pay my bill, Cinnamon said the receipt wasn't any good and she'd have to collect the full amount since I didn't have a gift card. I explained they never gave my husband a card only the receipt. He never challenged it at the time. Therefore, after I paid my bill in full, we filed a dispute at the credit card. Cinnamon called to tell us she was sending a check for $40.00. She never apologized for their error or anything. We still wait for that check to come in the mail. We were so disappointed in her professionalism and lack of remorse. I doubt that we'll ever go back to her salon knowing how she treats her customers.

However my pedicure was AWFUL. He did not file my nails and he was struggling to see the whole time. You can see in the picture where my nails where left raw on the edges and just looks like I painted them at home. I also left with polish on my skin that I had to remove when I got home.
