Tickets for these designated showtimes are $1.75 each, and you can also get $1 off snack packs and standard popcorn-and-drink combos. We even ordered ahead and had our concessions delivered to our seat. The arcades feature some classic games and were all working. The area is clean and spacious The restrooms are clean and offer enough stalls. No waiting ! Theater: Seats do not decline, but their is ample space. There are accessible seats available. The temperature throughout was pleasant. The screens and sound were on point. We've enjoyed our experiences each time we've visited. From the lame online ordering fees to the uncomfortable seats, I was relieved that this theatre is not very close to me and we only came here because it was the only place playing "The Sheep Detectives" past noon on a Tuesday. When we entered the lobby, I was taken back in time to my childhood budget cinemas; the powerful smell of popcorn, the "arcade," and the sense that the carpet here can't be professionally cleaned because it would probably disintegrate if water was applied to it! I came in to purchase a Buzz Lightyear popcorn bucket, but they had just sold out. After receiving conflicting answers from other staff about a restock, Jason went above and beyond to help me. He let me know that there were some damaged buckets available. Once I selected one, Jason kindly allowed me to swap a broken hook with a part from another damaged bucket to make it whole. We love coming here on Tuesdays for their movie deals and use the Cinemark movie rewards club for extra discounts. Highly recommend if you love getting rewarded to see movies. The employees are usually pretty friendly. The concession stand is always speedy in popping all the great popcorn! I love the smell of the fresh popcorn!! The theaters are always clean and well maintained. Some of the theaters have recliners in them with a button to sprawl out. Ticket pricing, even during matinee, was pretty high as well. 2x adults and a young child, around $50. The theater is also on the complete opposite side of the casino from the garage so you have to walk through the entire floor and deal with cigarette smoke. All of the staff were very neutral and dry. No was one smiling, no one seemed happy but they were polite. Overall: The experience is nice with some opportunity to make it great. The higher pricing would be alright for an outstanding experience but it's just not there.

One of the first things we noticed was the condition of the ice machines mounted on top of the Freestyle soda dispensers. The popcorn was served hot and fresh, but unfortunately it had an unpleasant taste. They didn't offer traditional kettle corn, so my friend tried the caramel-style popcorn instead. Unfortunately, neither of us felt well afterward. The restrooms were by far the worst part of the experience. The floors around the urinals were covered with urine, making it nearly impossible to use the restroom without stepping in it. It was unsanitary and clearly needed immediate attention. The theater itself feels dated and in need of renovation. There were shipping boxes sitting in the hallways, giving the lobby an unfinished, cluttered appearance. Another frustrating issue was the lack of movie identification outside each auditorium. While each theater door was numbered, there were no digital displays or marquees indicating which movie was playing inside. I actually had to ask an employee where my movie was showing. Even the staff member had to pull out a printed sheet and study it for a while before he could tell me which auditorium to go to. The seats were loose, wobbly, and not particularly comfortable. While the auditorium itself appeared reasonably clean, the overall condition of the facility felt tired and neglected. I usually visit Cinemark theaters and have consistently had great experiences there. Since this movie was only showing at AMC, I decided to give it a try. When I politely asked if I could grab a drink from the fully stocked cooler on the other side, the employee simply responded, "No, you cannot," without offering any explanation or alternative solution. In addition, the area was not clean and appeared poorly maintained. Overall, the customer service and condition of the facility fell far below expectations. I do not normally visit this location, and based on this experience, I will not be returning.
