Came to watch the new Moana with my family. Made an order before we came because we were running late and our order hadn't even been started when we got there and there were no other orders. I know most ppl don't get coffee at the movies but definitely don't get it here. Takes a while to make and the creamers they have out are old. The vibe was chill and they have the new imax screens which I know are really popular rn. Definitely was a cool way to watch the movie.

We still keep coming here because it's in a great area with so many wonderful dining options nearby. We also really like the AMC Stubs reward program. The paid premier membership is a great value as you get waived online fees and a special express line at the concession stand as well as rewards on your purchases. The audio and sound quality in the auditoriums has always been good. Definitely try to catch a film in the Dolby Digital auditorium which is their nicest auditorium. The IMAX auditorium and the new ScreenX auditorium are also good options. The staff are generally OK. The concession staff are usually reasonably friendly and helpful. The theater itself, though, is usually very dirty. The bathrooms, the public areas, the auditoriums... always very dirty. They have 6-8 different Coca-Cola freestyle machines, but it's always a fun surprise which one will have ice. Usually about 25% of them will actually have ice. These have all been longstanding issues that just never get addressed. I think this theater just needs a new manager or something who actually cares.

Disgusting seats, broken machines, and ruined clothes. Incredibly disappointed with my recent visit to AMC. Our seats were damaged, wet, and absolutely filthy resulting in ruined clothes. Staff couldn't relocate us, didn't have a towel, and it took three supervisors just to get a temporary leather seat cover. The concession area was just as bad: they sold us a drink only for us to find out every single ICEE machine was broken. The floors throughout the theater were sticky and gross. Zero upkeep and zero care for the customer experience.

So fun My son took me to see Devil wears Prada the Tuesday before Mother's Day. He does everything big so of course he went to AMC Dolby digital and let me tell you. It was more than just the popcorn and the movies deceit the sound the ambience looks spectacular so to the point that my name is my new favorite it is my new favorite.. was teenagers at the theater working it so it wasn't spectacular but I wasn't disappointed the popcorn if I tell you how they layered this popcorn layered it with love go get it. we set up high with access to elevators that previously we didn't know existed that was customer service at its finest.

    Nasty stuff

A year later and the same if not worse service. Broken arm rests everywhere, one wven cut i. Half and remounted, disgusting stains of who knows what on the seats. Looks like someone threw up. Garhage on the seats. Really a bummer hiw nice this theater was under the previous owners and what a disgrace it is now. And the service for A list is terrible. It is generally faster to go through the regular line at concessions especially. About done with this place.

Watched a few movies here. The popcorn hasn't disappointed so far. The drink machine has highly customizable drink from cola to tea. Service is excellent here with quick service every visit. The theater is well organized and decorated with the latest movie title merch, snack and decor. The hallways are lit cleverly with arcade games. The theaters are clean and seats are comfortable.

Some places earn a spot in your life not because they're perfect but because they consistently show up -- and this AMC is exactly that for us. Out of the two AMC locations in Las Vegas this is the one we always come back to, and with the A-List membership it has genuinely become our default movie experience. Reclining seats alone are enough to make most other theatres feel like a step backward -- once you've settled into one for a two hour film there's simply no going back. The theatre is working through some updates and you can see the progress piece by piece. The decor has some dated areas but the direction is clearly forward and that counts for something. The Freestyle soda machines are a welcome touch -- the customizable drink options are fun and genuinely add to the experience. The ice situation is another story though. Finding a machine that actually dispenses ice has become something of a pre-movie ritual -- you learn quickly which ones to check first. A small but fixable frustration for a theatre at this level. Popcorn is a coin toss. Some visits it's perfectly buttery and fresh. Others it lands somewhere in the bland zone. Consistency would go a long way. None of these are dealbreakers -- and with A-List benefits making every visit feel like a value, this theatre has genuinely earned its place as a staple in our movie going life.

Stopped by to kill time after winning at the casino. I saw they had a screen x and wanted to try it out. Really glad I did. I watched Michael. It was a really good experience. It was a bit off putting at a few moments in the movie when the side screens lagged, but overall really loved the new experience. I can only imagine how awesome it'll be when they film movies for screen x in the future. staff was cool and everything else was amc level. Meaning they all are pretty much just ok wise with cleanliness and just overall upkeep.

Yelp! review #70 of 2025 Stopped by this theater to catch a movie, and while the screening itself was enjoyable and the location is decent overall, there are some significant accessibility issues that really need improvement. As someone who uses a mobility scooter, getting in was a real challenge--there's no dedicated handicap-accessible entrance, and the doors are heavy manual ones with no automation. I managed to maneuver my way through thanks to experience, but it was frustrating and physically taxing. For anyone using a power chair, walker, cane, or with limited strength/mobility, this could be a major barrier (or even impossible without help). The exit is the exact same setup, so leaving was just as difficult. Inside, the concession stand was well-staffed and moved quickly--lines weren't bad at all. The employees I interacted with were cordial and helpful when asked, which was appreciated. That said, more proactive assistance for guests with disabilities (like holding doors or offering help at entry/exit) would go a long way toward better accommodations. Parking is another downside: street parking requires payment, and if you want free spots, you're walking a pretty good distance--definitely not ideal for anyone with mobility challenges. The theater has potential and the core experience is solid, but these accessibility and parking hurdles make it less welcoming than it could be. Hope management considers upgrades soon--would love to return more often if it were easier to get in and out!

Well maintained AMC theater at Town Square! Went for a matinee movie and got tickets at the box office (there is a $5 convenience fee if you order online so opted to buy in person). Greeting was friendly and the theater seats were comfortable. There was plenty of reserved seating and the theater was clean. Haven't been to the movies in a long time so it was nice to get the full experience of surround sound and high definition

It's free to sign up for their AMC rewards and I would highly recommend to do it because every quarter they send out a freebie to entice people about new menu items. It could be anything from an ice cream bar, chocolate chip cookie, a drink, or popcorn. This location is a little outdated since the seats do not recline and it's a little bit of an older style. I will say that the freshness and quality of their food items are better than other AMC's. Particularly we like the quality of the popcorn as we feel as it is very fresh and constantly turned around. It's a little bit of a hike to get to this since it's located inside the town Square mall so Parking could be a little bit confusing.

I was having a hunger fiend for movie theater popcorn. AMC Town Square was the closest thing nearby. I was able to walk right in. The male cashier was too funny. When I told him that I just came for a Medium popcorn. He said, "for real. Girl, it's so good". Do you want extra butter too? I laughed and said no, but extra salt. He Said, "taste it first. You don't need the salt". He was so right. The popcorn was hot and perfectly salted. I almost turned around to grab another bag. I knew I couldn't finish them both. Definitely the popcorn is worth the visit. Next time, I'll see a movie too. My hunger was satisfied

Ask the Community - AMC Town Square 18

It's been a while since we've been to this AMC; do they still allow you to bring in reusable water bottles / Hydroflasks?

    Is there parking?

Yes, and free. Just don't park at the tole's. There's free parking all around.

My son is 16. Do they stress about ages for Rated R movies? He will be going solo.

No. As long as they are accompanied by an adult, they can go.

    Do they sell alcohol/cocktails?

Yes, but later in the day. I usually go in the early am shows and the bar isn't open.

Do they have quiet rooms? Or vip rooms to being kids into?

No, not unless you count the single restroom for family on the side of the theater where the Dolby and IMAX auditoriums are in.

Does anyone know if they care about you bringing a water bottle in?

They don't. Actually, if you bring in anything else and hide it (for example, a purse), they still do not care.

    Is apple pay accepted?

Unfortunately, Apple Pay is not accepted.

    Do the armrests raise up?

    Okay Okay I'll

How much are tickets on saturdays?

    Are the seats luxury recline?

    No unfortunately not

    How do I refund tickets?

I’d say call management first, so they get a heads up your coming, but usually customer service refund you in person!

Does the theatre have military discount on tickets?

    Yes they do

Does anyone know how big the Imax screen is?

    Screen: Flat, Size (HxW): 36.9 x 66 feet / 11.3 x 20.1 meters (checked on lfexaminer.com)

    Where is the elevator located?

Facing the theater, to the right. Near the entrance to Game Works.

    What time will they open?

Approx. 15 or 30 minutes before there first showing. They also close 15 minutes after there last showing.

However, there are other options to explore on Las Vegas Blvd. While driving around Vegas, we stumbled across The Pinball Hall of Fame. The sign is quite large and it almost looks like the building is straight out of the 80s. The parking lot is large, the signage can't be missed, and the building sits far back on the property. As soon as you reach for the door, you are overwhelmed by the sounds of pinball machines and video games pinging loudly. If you grew up in the 70s or 80s, this place will bring back memories. This is a combination of an arcade and a museum. Toward the back of the building is where you'll take a step back in time. There is a section that showcases the first pinball machines and the people that invented various models of pinball machines in the 1930s. They were much smaller in size, but the model has always been the same, it's a flat object that can be played either sitting or standing. As you explore around the building, you'll see modern pinball machines as well as machines from the 60s and 70s. They're all grouped together, so all of the classic machines are all in one row. Modern machines placed in the center of the room. They also have video games. Many are current games that you'd find at your local arcade. Some are classic games that were popular in the 80s. There were several games from the initial launch of Sega and Nintendo platforms. I walked past a Ms Pac Man game that displayed the Atari game, Dig Dug instead. So, sometimes the games didn't match what was labeled on the console. Nevertheless, it was still pretty awesome! Pinball Hall of Fame was something that I never expected to come across. I had never heard of this place, and I was pleasantly surprised with our overall experience. This brought back a lot of memories from when I played video games with friends when we were kids. If we come back to Vegas again, we will definitely spend more time at Pinball Hall of Fame.

Parents of children with disabilities -- please be aware before bringing your family here…read more As the mother of a child with disabilities, I am extremely disappointed and honestly heartbroken by the way my family was treated at the Pinball Hall of Fame. I actually knew some of the history of this place and was HAPPY to see that it survived such a difficult period. During the pandemic, its future was in jeopardy, and people stepped up to help support the effort to complete the new building, move the collection, and keep this piece of Las Vegas history alive. Knowing that history makes our experience even more disappointing to me. You would think that a place that was shown so much generosity and grace when it needed help would extend some of that same grace and understanding to the families who walk through its doors. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. We came here expecting a fun, family-friendly experience. Instead, we were made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The first issue was being told that my husband could not assist our son while he was playing. My son sometimes needs additional help and guidance, which is exactly why both my husband and I were right there actively supervising him. Then we were approached again and told that our son could not be moving around, running, or touching things. I completely understand having rules. I understand protecting these machines. And I absolutely understand that parents need to supervise their children. We were supervising him. What made the situation even more upsetting was seeing other children moving around, jumping, and behaving like children without their families appearing to receive the same treatment ours did. When you're raising a child with disabilities, something as simple as taking your child somewhere fun can already require extra planning, patience, redirection, and supervision. Parents like us aren't asking businesses to have no rules. We're asking for a little understanding when a child may need additional support meeting those rules. If children are expected to behave as though they're walking through an adult museum or antique showroom, then please make that clear to families before they enter. Don't promote an experience for the "entire family" and then make a family feel unwelcome when a supervised child struggles. I'm posting this because other parents of children with disabilities deserve to know about our experience before deciding whether this is an appropriate place for their family. We were standing right there with our son. We were supervising him. We were redirecting him. We were trying to let him experience and enjoy something that was supposed to be fun. Instead, we left feeling singled out, embarrassed, frustrated, and incredibly unwelcome. After learning how much support and generosity helped this place continue, I genuinely wanted to support it too. But after the way my family was treated today, I don't think I will ever come back. I truly hope management addresses how families, particularly families with children who may need a little more patience and understanding, are treated here. No parent should leave a supposed family attraction feeling the way we did today.

I used to hang out here a bit back in 2005 when it opened - GhostBar, Rain, Pool Concerts, etc…read more Flash forward 21 years and it's now owned by the San Manuel Indian Tribe. Decided to actually stay here for 2 days recently and I have some observations. The parking areas are poorly signed. They have a 'West' parking lot and supposedly an "East" parking lot. For guests staying at the hotel, the West would be a huge mistake. I drove up through the East parking area - the floors were badly marked and little room for cars. No signage saying front desk or registration parking, etc. I ended just valeting my car, at least that put me close the front desk. I upgraded to a 1 BR suite for only $60 more per night in the Ivory Tower. The girl at the front desk was very nice as to offering up this room for the modest upgrade fee. The size of the room was great - but it was sparsely furnished. I'll bet that room was awesome back in the Maloof years. The shower pressure was low and the water never got hotter than lukewarm. Ugh. It had some crazy red couch that looked like a teenagers bad dream in the living room. Not a fan. The casino is ok, not great. Way too may of the new tower looking slot machines. They have drastically reduced the number of blackjack tables that used to be there. They did have 3 full size craps tables going on a Wednesday night, which was surprising. The players card program is weak. I poured at least $4000 of real money, not counting coin in, through miscellanous video poker machines in 2 days and I still only accumulated about 6000 points. That's ridiculous. Just 45,000 more points to go up a tier - lol. Thank goodness I hit a royal and didn't lose money overall. I will also note that the clientele was very Asian and mainly 70+ types spending their SS checks. The facility itself is the same, of course. It's just doesn't have the wow factor it used to have when the celebrities used to hang out there. GhostBar used to be special, elite. Now, it's just a place to get a good view. $30 specialty drinks up there. Yet, they still have 5 guys with suits and earpieces manning the entrance at 10 pm - I didn't have the heart to tell them the President wasn't up there. My biggest gripe of this trip was the pool environment. Most of the employees I saw around the pool are clearly affirmative action hires. All 'lifeguards' are black and/or Hispanic? Not ony that, this casino allows 'locals' to come to the pool for free. They piled in all day - large black families and even a group of senior citizens that got a free Cabana. Their walkers and canes were piled up by the entrance. I'm sorry, but I paid good money to stay here, and this ruined the pool atmosphere big time. They don't gamble or spend money at the Palms, but they sure use the pool. Bad decision by the Indian Mgmt. I laid out by the pool 2 days, not ONE waitress ever came by asking if I or anyone else around me wanted anything to drink. Strange. Overall, not sure if I'd stay here again due to the issues I noted.
