I visited the Regal Green Valley Ranch in Henderson, NV [2300 Paseo Verde] on Tuesday, 03/24/26, around 3 PM. What I appreciated was the following in the movie theater: * Comfort of the seats * A/C blasting the entire time (it was a super hot day) * Excellent customer service from staff members * Clean restrooms * Great offering of snacks available as well as miscellaneous items, including blankets In this visit, I saw the movie called Project Hail Mary (2026) starring Ryan Gosling. The theater layout is a bit unusual since you buy tickets right at the concession stand, which can make that area pretty hectic and crowded. First time at the green valley regal, it was confusing at first because one side with the registers/ticket windows were shut down but we were still able to buy our tickets on the kiosk. We noticed a big black curtain and didn't know if the whole place was closed. Once we walked around to the other side of the escalator we realized it was open but under some sort of renovation. Seems like the food/drink prices have raised since the last time we were at a movie but we ordered anyway. Our theater was decent but not a newly renovated one I'm assuming. All of the staff that we encountered were professional and pleasant. The theaters location is in a great place and all of the restrooms were very clean. Everything purchasable is standard priced. That includes souvenirs, any and all food from the concession stand as well as the tickets. The seats are a bit basic. The seat and back support are soft and cushiony, comes with retractable cupholders, no leg support and reclines ever so slightly... well at least that's the case in theater 3. They also have a kiosk out front to purchase tickets, which unfortunately wasn't working so we had to purchase them at the concession stand. Lastly, they have a photo booth so you can find one more reason to get close with a date, get silly with friends while making funny faces or capturing the moment/movie going experience with loved ones. read more

Easy convenient movie theater at Green Valley Ranch Station Casino! It's on the first floor and right at the entrance of entering from the District shopping plaza. I like that this casino has free parking and Tesla chargers on the rooftop. This theater has the common amenities and what I like is that it's less crowded with the option to choose your seats. It's fully stocked of the popcorn buckets and other food. Came to see Wicked For Good for a second time with the hubby and they had all the yummy special Wicked merch! I went there to see backrooms on Saturday afternoon. The guy at the snack bar was so nice he asked how my day was, he kindly showed me the sizes of drink cups when I asked, it was just a pleasant experience. The theater room was also so nice, very clean. The recliner's were awesome we had to sit more towards the from row because it was so packed those were the only available seats, we thought it was gonna be awful but it was so nice we were able to recliner all the way back. This was my first time at this theater, and it wasn't bad! Definitely a little bit on the older side of theater's they have here in Vegas. Most places have switched over to the bigger recliner seats, in fact I don't remember the last time I've seen a theater with the old school seating like they have here. But to their credit, it does look like they are upgrading due to the construction going on in the place. Black tarp is covering half of the walkways and half of the concessions. It almost made us turn around and leave because it looked closed. We will probably go to other locations until the construction is done here, but we look forward to returning when they have it all updated! read more

Saturday night a group of us went to see Devil/Prada 2 here over other theaters because of the "upgraded" theaters. Big mistake! There was a clear sound issue--baring background music and whispered dialog during the previews... we informed staff and they said wouldn't continue during feature. Well it did! We went back during opening sequence, where they said would notify booth; then again 7 min later, where we were told was a tech issue that couldn't be resolved til next week. We had to choice to speak with the manager--who was unavailable--but were told could meet up after the show. Guess who was gone--everyone!! We have emailed Regal and theater the last 2 days, and haven't been acknowledged once. Please choose ANY other theater than this; hopefully not representative of Regal as a brand but with this experience, you can bet our summer movie choices at camp will spend our dollars elsewhere... you should as well read more

Mission Impossible! Our yearly adventure for whosever birthday is closest. Yes, the 7 of us embarked on this outting. We went to a different Regal cinema location last week and luxurious is what we experienced. Not so much here. We bought tickets I. The app which was pretty easy. We parked in the covered parking fore it was 100+ and we had small children to return to the car. Perfect! NAIA at the concession counter was overwhelmed with our grow size and the time required to service 7. Once concessions were over we headed to our theatre, #6, last auditorium and furthest away from the only restroom in the theater. The seats were not reclining and the room was small. Loved our snacks, ate and drank hot dogs, nachos, popcorn, jalapeño popcorn soda, lemonade, adult beverages, children boxes, etc! We took advantage of our area and made the best of it. Watched an movie for the first time here and it wasn't as crowded even though it's an new movie. It wasn't nicest movie theater I've been so far but maybe updating new seats might be an idea. My back was so uncomfortable during the whole movie. It was very outdated and front ticket box gave out the wrong idea since worker isn't even in there. A guy was at the popcorn area instead. So you get your snacks and ticket at that spot. Probably because they might be short in staff. Unfortunately oven was broken so I couldn't get pizza or hotdogs. Btw there isn't any discount like other theaters. Liked that not many noises during movies since no youngsters hang around here. I took both my Godson & Grandson, ages 12&14 who were visiting from California to watch the film "Insideout2." The film was filled with many life lessons and a host of topics/emotions that young adolescence will encounter as they navigate their way through life's Journey. There were characters with names such as; Sadness, Joy, Anger, Fear, Anxiety, Sarcasm and Envy. All of which, played a significant role in the film's overall message. This lead to a healthy discussion after the film between us on how these emotions have affected their lives and if so, which ones. I found the film extremely entertaining, easy to follow and very family friendly. The animation, visuals colors and graphics were amazing and will most certainly capture the attention of children and even some adults. I thoroughly enjoyed the film's concept but found its message much more impactful. I would definitely recommend and encourage pre-teens and teenagers to view this film. I'm certain you'll leave both encouraged and inspired. read more

Our movie started at 1220 and they didn't open the theatre until just after 12pm. They had no hot tea so I asked if they have hot water and I was told no and that I could go upstairs to Starbucks and get it if I wanted but I could not bring it in the theatre. My bf got a medium soft drink. The signs for the menu were not turned on so there was no way of us seeing that in order to get a "free" refill he would have to order a large soft drink. His medium pop was $8.69. When he went to ask for one refill he was informed he couldn't have one because he didn't pay for the large. When we paid at 1215 and chose our seats there was no one around us. By 1225 people were surrounding us and I can't stand to have people right on top of me when there is an entire theatre of available seats. The restrooms were all the way at the other end so it was quite a walk. The seats and tables were dirty so thank goodness I brought my Clorox wipes. We will NOT return to this theatre. read more

3.5/5 stars. Went to see venom. This is your typical non-luxury theater. It was clean. The staff was friendly. We enjoy coming here because it is usually less crowded for new releases and the prices are slightly cheaper than the full recline seat theaters. Also it is walking distance from our home. read more

It seems the Theatre Business doesn't get it! Who doesn't love a good movie? However high priced tickets,high priced snacks and diminishing customer service seem to not be going anywhere! I feel the other large competitor does a better job in the area of cleanliness,customer service and overall value. Additionally, the layout of entitreity of the seats is extremely horizontal and far away from the screen, not vertically set and close to the screen like most modern theaters are. Cleanliness and good customer service are the saving graces of this complex, but I won't be back nor would I recommend. We saw a movie here the other night after not coming here for a movie for years, and I mean it might almost be 10 by now... This place actually used to be MY movie place. I'd meet friends or go solo to this theater all the time. I also used to be a pretty loyal member of Regal because the rewards program back then was so much better than it is now. The nostalgia of it might have me jaded but I still think this is a nice place to go to the movies. Yes, the pricing is high and it's in an "odd" location but it's clean and I've never had issues with movies or concessions here. My only issue, and what blocks me from coming here again, by choice, is that the seats aren't modern. This is a throwback movie experience and honestly, I can't believe we used to movie like this. The seats are hard and uncomfortable. There is nowhere to put the food you bought. Also, without reclining chairs, my seat kept getting kicked repeatedly. Can't blame them though because I was uncomfortable as well. This time capsule is fun to revisit from time to time though. read more

Went to see a movie on a Saturday evening. Staff seemed bothered, uninterested in their jobs. Free refills with purchase of large soda $8.50 and popcorn. But, the consumer has to stand in line to get the refills. I missed several minutes of the movie waiting for others to purchase tickets, pick out their seats order snacks etc.. other theatres have soda fountains for refills with no wait. All of the soap dispensers in the men's room were empty. I'll be going to Town Square or South Pointe in the future which is disappointing because I prefer the Green Valley Ranch area. read more

This theater is located below the casino floor. Take escalators down and it is right there. The theater is quite large. Not too sure how many movie rooms there are. For this being inside GVR you would think the theater would be updated or maybe luxury style with leather recliners but no. I came here with my husband on a Monday night. We parked in the garage and had to walk thru the casino to get there. Lost a cool $40 on the way in but whatever lol... It was pretty dead so, it was easy to get tickets and pick our preferred seats. Bathrooms are clean but one of the seats in theatre 8 was damaged. My big con was the popcorn - is isn't movie theatre worthy. Lacks salt and the butter does nothing so it's pretty bland. Also the movie was 2.5 hours long and the seats were pretty uncomfortable for that long of a movie. Not sure I would come back to this location. read more

The carpet, from 1992 is dingy and dirty and sticky, and the prices of concessions are just plain ridiculous. 10 cents worth of popcorn is selling for $9.00, that is an amazing markup. I remember when I could go to the movies and ticket drink and popcorn was less than $5. Now a movie for 2 with drinks and popcorn is $50... The floors in the auditorium are sticky and gross. There is random trash, debris and filth everywhere. This is the first movie of the day in this auditorium, and it has not been cleaned from the night before. For the prices we are paying this place should be spotless. Oh well it is not the 80s or 90s anymore. Clean up your act Regal. Even Sunset Station is better than this. read more

It makes me very sad to say that I think this was one of the worst movie theater experiences I've had lately, and every reason for that goes back to how old and rundown this theater is. I'm not sure what year they opened, but I would be surprised if they had made any updates since then. We came here to see the newest Mission Impossible, since most theaters around town had already taken it down. The chairs in the theater we were in were not recliners, but did have the rocking feature, which would have been fine with me, except for the fact that most of the chairs SQUEAKED so loudly, every time you moved. We were able to scoot over to seats that didn't squeak as badly, but it still wasn't great, and I felt horrible every time I moved during the movie, although everyone else's chair was squeaking too. The theater we were in was also not soundproofed, so you could totally hear the movie taking place next door, which was really distracting. Concession offerings were pretty standard. They have a decent selection of pre-packaged wine and beer. The popcorn was super stale, which was disappointing - it seemed as if it had been sitting out for a while. Even the bathrooms seemed to be straight out of 2006. I'm hoping to never have to come here to see a movie again. For over $15/ticket, pick any other theater in town. The convenient location is not worth the experience here. read more

Yes it's Covid, and yes the crowds will eventually return, but right now I'm loving this Regal location in my local resort...Green Valley Ranch! The cinema is extremely clean, very spacious, and has been well kept as it seems very up to date as far as appearance and technology! The theaters that I have been in are rather large with semi reclining seats. The sound and picture are both spot on, and you never walk in to a dirty theater. During normal times they have a plethora of snack options, as well as some beer/wine options too.
