I already bought my ticket online before coming which made it easier. They have a couple kiosks in front to buy or scan tickets, and to buy any extra things like snacks and drinks. The lobby was pretty small in front but it had everything it needed. The seats are very nice! I can't remember when's the last time I've been to a movie theater with nice recliners. You can recline it pretty far back and there's still enough space for people to pass by your seat. The seats were so spacious and comfy, I loved it. And even though I was reclined a little, I still had a great view of the screen. Service was great, they were fast, friendly, and helpful too. I have no complaints, I had a wonderful experience and I would definitely come back here.

We purchased our tickets online and then you scan them at the front and a ticket prints off. We had trouble with the first kiosk but we moved to a different one and it worked well. We ordered our concessions there too so when we got to the concession line and showed the ticket it was ready right away. The theater is nice the reclining seats can lay almost full back and there is still space for people to walk past without having to move your position. Nice size screen and sound quality.

We verify start time still shows 2:45. We get to theater at 2:30. We go to buy tickets and the lady goes the movie has already started, is that okay? I explained on line it shows start time as 2:45 to which she said they made adjustments this morning and changed the start time to 2:05. I asked if if was the trailer s of the movie that was showing, she stated it was the movie. We pull up the website again to check a nearby theater and it still says at the location we are start time is 2:45. We leave a go to The other theater. I understand if you need to change things but feel the website should be changed to show the new time or to change to a later start time, I would rather be asked if I would like to wait than if i wanted to go into a movie that was already shown

Firstly, the movie was unbearably loud, to the point where it was uncomfortable to sit through the entire screening. It's surprising that a theater would neglect such a basic aspect of creating an enjoyable movie-watching environment. I even complained to an employee and they did nothing. To make matters worse, the theater itself was in a deplorable state. It was dirty, with noticeable grime and litter scattered throughout the seats and aisles. The overall condition of the theater felt old and run-down, clearly in dire need of a major renovation. The carpets looked worn, the seats were uncomfortable, and the general atmosphere was uninviting. In summary, my visit to AMC Theater 18 was highly disappointing. I hope management addresses these issues soon, as the theater has potential if given the proper attention and care. This is an older theater and really needs a cleaning and remodeling. Some of the seats are broken and damaged. Whatever you do don't take a uv light in here and look around as I did. See the photos if you dare.

The show here was kind a like a play if you ask me complete with 4 actors and 4 actresses and even a piano player. It lasted for about an hour and a half. It was funny with some skits that even made you laugh. They probably had 4 or 5 skits and each was ended simply by someone running around the stage. Then, they would act out a different scene. I guess this is the improv way. They have a web site where you can check their schedule for upcoming events. Yeah, I would go back again, you bet.

It's easy to buy tickets on line to reserve your seats, and they feature all the current movies. We saw both Project Hail Mary and Marty Supreme there! There's a lot of free parking and the theater is handicapped accessible. We highly recommend this GTC theater!

No flexibility, no understanding -- just a cold "you're too late" and that was it. To make matters worse, they wouldn't even issue a refund or a credit. We didn't get to see the movie, and we didn't get our money back. Instead, we got attitude and rudeness from the staff, who acted like we were the problem for expecting even a basic level of customer service. I get that there are policies, but there's a difference between following rules and being completely unhelpful and disrespectful. There was no signage warning about a hard cutoff, no heads-up when we bought tickets, nothing. Just an expensive lesson in how NOT to treat paying customers. The bathrooms are close by. The acoustics in theater during the play were spot on. The lighting as well. I want to see a friend of mine act in one of the Play is held in this theater back November 2017. Of course the play was fantastic. And I look forward to returning to this playhouse in the future when I am in north Georgia. The variety of place that they bring for the general public is outstanding. There is always something for everyone throughout the year. The location is a little bit off the Compass. It isn't difficult to find with a GPS but without one someone make it turned around just a wee bit.
