This was an interesting place to visit. I went there to watch the movie Nope by Jordan Peele. That's an entire different story. This place is totally different than what I'm used to as it pertains to movie theaters. Flaws: Number one, this place is totally easy to get into. There was no attendant at all to check tickets when we arrived. We pretty much had to check ourselves in. So if anyone wanted to watch a free movie they pretty much could get in without paying. The popcorn was ok, it wasn't fantastic. There seemed to be no salt at all on it. Breakdown: Ok, I have to remember that every State is different during the covid situation. Even in Georgia or the places I've been to like AMC theaters allowed you to get your own refills, your own butter and things of that nature. Now coming to a different State was like a culture shock as it pertains to a movie theater. I really wasn't sure if I could get a refill even though I did get an icee and I knew there wasn't refills on that. purchased two tickets about 18 hours in advance. Discovered an hour later the time we had selected would not work. So... simply purchased new tickets for different time (about an hour later) and called the "customer service line. There I was told due to large volume of calls, they were not adding more callers to the call line, BUT their AI assistant could help. So I tried. And when I entered the requested "order number" it told me it couldn't find it. OK, maybe I made a mistake. So I tried again. But the same thing happened. And the same thing happened to the third time, and the same thing the fourth time. After roughly 5 tries it said I could hang up for they could transfer me to a live human. Of course I selected a human. That's when Iwas told again they were not adding more people to the line, but the AI assistant could help me. After another round with the AI system I hung up. And called again later, and again 20 minutes later, and again an hour later. At no point could I reach a human, and at no point could the AI system recognize the number that it needed. I eventually hung up and quit trying until the next day. The circumstances were exactly the same that next morning. Finally, I gave up deciding I'd call later in the day. When I finally the system again the next day, the AI system could suddenly understand the ticket number I was giving them. But it told me then that the movie passed, so there was nothing they could do. no refunds, not even a "tough luck, buddy". They them passed me back to a human, but again, the humans weren't accepting calls and just suggested I return once more to the AI system. I declined. Cinemark, your system is crap. Is that intentional! Sure felt intentional. read more

If they are looking for a fancy, top-of-the-line theater, this isn't it. Although they have super comfortable seats, lots of concessions, and a great location, it's still nothing fancy. The ticket prices are usually around five dollars, which is a steal these days. And there are always top movies playing. Seats are super comfortable and you can place food order from your seat using the app. Love the early morning showings. read more

Seats were comfy and arm rests lifted. I wish the seats reclined like the pictures online but they didn't. It could have been the screen I was in. Popcorn wasn't as good as Mcalester Apex or regal Warren but still good. They also have big cups unlike mcalester. read more

Took my little (ok so she's 9 but still my little) to see King Fu Panda 4. OMG I think I laughed a bit harder than she did (parental humor is great in kids movies I think). Got our snacks and drinks and enjoyed the experience. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because they don't have the reclining seats. This is our go to spot and will still be going forward! read more

I love going to this theater during the day time. The prices are cheap for new movies and you don't have to fight any crowds. The only thing I don't like is that you can't reserve a specific seat like you can at the other theaters. That creates a problem if you're going with more then one person and you're buying tickets on line. You may not get to sit together if you don't go early enough and find seats. Other then that this place is usually clean, their staff are always friendly and there are plenty of options at the snack counter. read more

Took my kids to see Aladdin. Everything was good, it's not necessarily the shiniest of theatres but it's fair enough for the price. Long story short the customer service was border line ridiculous on the part of the after the movie crew. Out movie started at 550 and the young lady that helped us was pleasant. However out movie ended around 815 and the lady that helped us was rude. Here's the thing they'll mark up these cups and offer refills then act like it's and inconvenience to get the refill. Great theater! Clean, not too crowded in the mornings. Definitely take advantage of Cinemark's reusable popcorn buckets and drink cups to get reduced price concessions - they are good for $3 refills the entire year! My only complaint is the smaller theaters are not usually utilized for older movies - they've had opening weekend movies in the smaller theaters which get crowded super fast. Get there early just in case! They have a decent sized birthday party room, definitely room for 20 or so people. The decorations right now are for 'Monsters University' which would be a lot of fun for a monster themed party! read more

Wow how this place has declined! We stopped in just to buy some popcorn (we have the Regal unlimited pass, so we don't come here anymore), and it was a comedy/tragedy of errors out of the gate. The first thing we noticed is there was a huge puddle of soda in the floor right where you have to stand to pay. Instead of cleaning it, they put a yellow cone in the middle of it and called it good (they were not busy, plenty of time to clean this hazard up). So the worker waited on a customer in front of us, and we stepped up to the register in the puddle, waiting...and waiting and waiting...the worker never came back. instead it looked like he was doing inventory. There was another worker at a different register location (we didn't know this at the time, because she was filling someone's pretzel order) and instead of us being waited on because we were next in line the jerk behind us goes over there and gets waited on...so we begrudgingly make our way to the other register and wait for what seemed like forever, because the guy in front of us had very specific frozen drink instructions for the worker. THEN a family is waiting behind us and the worker who was doing inventory walks over and says he can help the next in line and the family behind us bolted over there. We just stood there and shook our heads in frustration. Our little popcorn stop with a non-busy lobby has turned into a 15 minute ordeal. I was just thankful we were not trying to see a movie here, because we would have been late getting seated. Also, this place has some of the worst bathrooms. Everything is broken and they just put signs on some of them saying they are broken. Just a filthy theater with really bad service. I get it, I know that the workers are young and the management is probably still in their teens, but Cinemark needs to up their game. Pay their staff more and get some training to right the ship. Went to see black phone rated R and he asked for my id I showed my military Id for the discount and my girlfriend 21 left hers at home but he let us buy the tickets. Walking to the theater room holding my girlfriends hard they checked tickets asked for ids again showed my drivers license and I'm over 21 he forced her to find a picture of her date of birth luckily she had a pic of her indian card but why would i be holding hands with someone under 18 you are just making this hard for no reason. 0/10 do not recommend read more

Encountered a rude employee. Definitely don't come here if ur African American. Dude didn't even wanna hand my mom her straws we stayed polite. I really liked this movie theater. It's a little smaller than most which is nice because it is less crowded. Also, they have movie deals on Tuesday nights where tickets are cheaper than normal; gotta love cheap movie tickets! The staff was friendly and the popcorn was yum! Okay, so I don't do many reviews, but this theatre is awesome. We have had waaaaay more great experiences here than bad ones. In the hundred or so times that we have been here, maybe only one or two times were not awesome (cinemuck once) (Heater was busted once). This time was ridiculous awesome though. My kid loved this little stuffed monkey that they had in their valentines display. He wanted it to give to his mom (my wife) for her birthday tomorrow. He (my son) asked how much he would sell it for. The manager came back and asked my son how much he had. He said with a laugh "I've got 15 cents". The manager said "that'll do" and my son is LITERALLY on cloud nine. He bought his mom a present for her birthday. It was seriously the coolest move ever. Great job guys. DH read more

I've visited this theater multiple times bc of its convenient location- and EVERY TIME the self-ticketing kiosks have been hit or miss on whether they work, the concession lines have been SLOW- slow! slow!! The butter machine has been out- the salt has been out- The theater is an older one and looks it. Other than the convenience and the price- the warren (Regal) is a much better option. read more

I am absolutely disgusted at how my daughter and I were just treated at your theater. My son (21) was taking my daughter (16) to a rated R movie. She was denied entry due to age and Rated R policy. I'm OK with this and figured that parental consent was all that was needed to clear up the situation, unfortunately Ms. Kimberly Mole (general manager) continued to harass me as I was allowing, and even purchased 2 tickets to see the movie. I didn't care to watch the movie myself, so was going to leave her to the care of her adult brother and his adult friend for the show. Kimberly proceeded to threaten to have us removed because I was not in the auditorium and sitting next to her. I was threatened with police and refused refund. Basically my daughter wanted to watch a movie and had parental consent even to the point of me travelling to the theater and purchasing personally the ticket. I was threatened by the manager to have police escort me out, then was refused to be given my refund by the same manager. I am embarrassed for your company with the attempt at delegating what my afternoon should look lile, where I can sit, and the whole thing was spooled up by my need to use the restroom. I was informed that she had to leave the theater if I did even for a restroom break. At this point it became harassment. I was given a 5 minure time limit to buy snacks, and was threatened that she would be removed if violated, yet no other adults were harassed in this way. I left a Voice mail with Mr. Chris Stebbins who has yet to return my calls about this incident. Furthermore, Kimberly refused to give me the ticket back and the receipt for the tickets along with refusing to refund the money. In short I was frauded by your theater, hartassed, threatened, and all due to a movie I personally consented for my daughter to see. You have some cleanup to do within your ranks and I need my money back as minimal as it is, or we may need to talk through lawyers for descrimination as well. Went on Columbus day at 2pm and was not crowded ( they did have a power outage in the area, which through off the movie schedule but they did a great job getting back on schedule) . Look like most screen room are 3d which is nice. Very clean. read more

2nd movie in a 2 week period and the screen is all messed up. Had to get up again and go get someone to get the projector straight so the movie wouldn't be playing on the ceiling. Don't know if we will go back. They did get it fixed barely in time for the movie but we enjoy the previews as well and missed them for the 2nd trip in a row. Poor quality for a cinemark theater. I go to this theater because it's one of the cheapest theaters in town. I also like the fact that we don't have to pick our seats; it's first come, first served, which allows groups to sit together. However, there are two main drawbacks to this theater. The ticket booth is outside, and the lines are always long. Therefore, when it's cold or raining, we're either frozen or drenched by the time we get our tickets. There are also long lines at the concession stands, and the do-it-yourself butter is frequently out. read more

Very clean, and overall nice atmosphere. However, the sound system is lacking. I went tonight to watch the latest Avengers movie, and it was difficult to hear the dialog. I asked the usher to turn it up, but nothing changed. At the end of the movie, I tracked down a manager who said this was the proper volume, so I can only assume the sound system is lacking for this style of movie. read more
