Unbeknownst to us when we went yesterday they were having their five dollar popcorn. If you brought your own bucket, they would fill it up (up to a certain amount). Some people were very creative. They brought coolers that had wheels, 5 gallon Lowe's paint bucket, large and I mean, large shopping bags, etc. That was pretty cool that they were doing it. The line that seemed pretty long and I was concerned that by the time we were to get up there, they would've ran out of popcorn. I have no clue what they did, but all I know is you never had to wait for them to make more popcorn and the popcorn still tasted fresh. Overall, the people waiting in line weren't complaining about the wait and the staff actually had it moving fairly quick. There were a couple who were a little frustrated. One person only wanted to buy a bottle of water and another person wanted a hotdog and a Coke and weren't too happy to stand in line having to wait for all the popcorn people. One lady had mentioned that it would've been nice if they had a separate line for people who didn't want any popcorn. Makes sense but who knows there may very well be a good reason they weren't able to do that/chose not to do it. I actually waited in the line twice and was fine. It was a holiday weekend so we knew to get there earlier if we wanted to be in line to order, if not, we also had the option to order online prior to getting there. I think it was a great idea of what they did and to see people's expressions, including my own of people's creativity it was pretty cool. The staff did an amazing job. No one seemed stressed/overwhelmed, and they were very efficient moving the line along and not in a rushed way. What I didn't like about it-was the people taking advantage of it. Older theater, main lobby has a large open area with a separate bar. Food court serves the usual movie snacks and pizza hut pizza, bread, tenders etc. Inside, the theaters recliners are nice and firm. Much different than our Cinemark theaters in Vegas. Staff we encountered were friendly. read more

Service: The service here is terrible! Everyone from Box Office, Greeters, Consetion, are absolutely miserable and will proudly let you know it. Make sure to use the app since it treats you better than anyone does here. Theater: Make sure to leave before house lights come on! Floors are sticky, seats are dirty, trash overflowing, bathrooms are not clean, and forget any kind of customer service if you have an issue. Citywalk is slightly better. read more

Overall I think this was a pretty great movie experience. We came with a group of 12 of us on a Thursday night. The place was pretty empty. But it looked so pretty inside. Prices were cheaper at concessions compared to Regal or AMC theaters. The theater we were in had very nice black leather reclining seats! The sound and picture quality was great. read more

This is a good movie theater that doesn't get packed which is nice. They have a lot of snack and drink options and the process is quick to get to your theater. It is in the touristy section of Orlando so there can sometimes be traffic. read more

I find is funny that we were at Universal and City Walk watching a Disney movie- but... we were there and unsupervised- so we booked a 4pm showing of Mandalorian and Grogu and WOW! First- perfect time on a Friday- hot as heck outside, the AC inside was glorious. Waiting to get inside... ugh. There's no one. Like- it's nearly empty, but someone lost something and was at the entrance filling out a form with the person who scans tickets.... and she's deep in conversation with the 2 people who lost something, completely oblivious to the young woman hopping back and forth, obviously worried about her showtime and then we are both standing back behind all of them. Waiting. Waiting. The girl tries to say something to the employee to scan her ticket- employee doesn't see/hear her. More hopping back and forth, the girl tries again and I clear my throat when she's done asking and the emp made eye contact with me and I nodded over to the other customer. Yes, please keep the tiny line of 3 moving. Then the wait for popcorn. My goodness- when I say there was next to no one. The gentleman ordering had been there the entire time while we were waiting to enter. Chatting. And continued to to do once we finally made it passed tickets and stood behind him. In line. OMG- help. Luckily- we had plenty of time, but I was mildly losing patience by this point. Popcorn and drink in hand- I used the restroom, CLEAN, horray! & we proceeded to the theater. I had run back to the car for a sweatshirt (I'm always cold) and that's no small thing to hoof it back to the parking garage and then back through security for City Walk. I didn't bring my movie blanket in and I definitely regretted not. The seats recline, but no heat. I love that about my home theater. Our showing was lightly attended- perfect. Not loud, not crowded. This theater has turned into my favorite place to watch movies.. it's super quiet, clean, and has a great variety of snacks to munch on while you are watching your movies. The staff is always inviting and they have plenty of different theaters to watch your movies. They provide lounging chairs in comfort. The theater is located inside Deezerland but is separated from all the other locations inside this entertainment mall. Best kept secret of a location to watch any movie that comes out. read more

We love this Cinemark location! It is convenient to us and close to restaurants and shopping we frequent. We are part of their loyalty club, and enjoy free movie tickets and discounted concessions as part of our membership. This theater is very comfortable with their lounge seating, and with this visit, the temperature in the theater was perfect! I don't like when theaters feel like you're walking into a refrigerator, so this was definitely a pleasant experience! We purchased tickets in advance and walked in & scanned our tickets and were on our way within seconds. The concessions area was the most crowded I've ever seen, but we arrived early so it didn't affect us. They do offer pre-orders for concession items, so consider that option if you're running late. Parking can get tricky here, as with any other mall location, but there are always options, just not always close to the theater! There do always seem to have accessible parking available. I would suggest checking out this location if you've not yet been, there are many restaurant and shopping options close by, including the International Outlet Mall. read more

A movie night with some of my family on July 3 at Cinemark Orlando and XD, to see Jurassic World Rebirth. The movie theater is huge with a second floor and an elevator. Wine and other alcohol beverages are sold, as well as food and snacks. They serve pizza, hamburgers and wings as well as popcorn, candy and soft drinks. Some people just came in and ordered food to go. The seats are comfortable and they recline. Be careful after whatever kind of snack/food that you eat, it's very easy to fall asleep. After getting caught in one of many down pours, I expected the theater to be freezing, but it wasn't cold at all. It was an enjoyable evening out at the movies my family, and a nice treat from my nephew. read more

Our go to movie spot for the past 3 plus years. This is by far the best movie theater I've gone to and one of the first ones that has reserve sitting which I love. I don't feel like I have to rush to the theater to get good seats. Their booking system is pretty straight forward and they reward system is even better and amazingly priced. We have never had any issue going to Cinemark. Plus now they have an arcade on the other side of the mall. Just a fun place to go!! read more

Good size theater. Theres lots of room here so people don't have to line up or be on top of each other. All recliners, as a theater should be in this day. Parking is always odd here since it's in the mall. But the entrance is on its own and easy to get to. Traffic is an issue on weekends but that's Orlando's fault read more

I love this theater so much. I've been coming here for over 25 years which speaks to its popularity at its City Walk location. Two stories of theaters and great combos at the concession stand. The seats are large and recline and comfortable for any duration of any movie. Bathrooms are always clean and very large so you shouldn't have to wait if you're trying to make it quick during the middle of a movie. I will always come to this theater while on a shopping trip or excursion to Universal or just City Walk. If you come for a movie during a matinee the box office will refund your parking fee with cash. That's a nice perk. read more

We booked 2 tickets and placed an order for food to be delivered to our seat so we don't miss the movie. When we showed our tickets to be scanned in we asked the guy about our order and he said no worries they will bring it to your seat. We got to our seats at 9:40 pm and the movie starts at 9:45 pm. The time slot for the food to be delivered to us said 9:45-10:05 pm. The movie started around 9:50 - 9:55 pm so we didn't go check on our food. When it was around 10:20 we still didn't get our food so we called the front desk. They weren't pleasant and claimed we weren't in our seats when they came to drop off our order to us so they took it back. Then they said that they will see what they can do and if not we will have to come to the front to get our order. I said we're in the middle of our movie and can't that's why we placed it ahead of time to be delivered to our seat. We were in our seats for the 9:45-10-05 delivery slot. We still hadn't received our order so when there was an intermission we went to the front desk that had the same guy that scanned our tickets in to see what's going on. They said that food department had another manager in charge and pointed us to some elderly lady. When we went to talk to her she right away assumed there was no order like that and said all the orders for that day was done. Then we showed our email with the receipt and she went from having an attitude to being apologetic so fast. Then she said there's nothing they can do about it since the kitchen was closed and that we should've checked on our order before they closed and offered us a refund. This is the worst service I've ever had there. I watch movies there almost every month and never had this kind of experience before. No one wants to take responsibility for the problem and try to help solve it. They just kept pushing it onto another worker. The only reason we placed deliver to our seat option was to skip the long lines they always have. If this is how "deliver to seat" is then I'm never placing an order like that again. My husband and I saw "Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith" here with friends and had a great experience! We came for the $5 ticket deal on Tuesdays which is such a great deal, but does make it more packed. I recommend buying your tickets online a few days before to secure your seats, but there is a small fee for buying your tickets online. Also come early if you want to buy anything at the concession stand, the line was pretty long when we got there. The theater is very nice, lots of walking room between rows and reclining seats. My husband and I sat in the last two seats on the end of a row and still felt like we had a great view of the screen. The bathrooms were clean and had plenty of stalls. The workers were very friendly when we asked them if it was alright to bring our water bottles inside. They do allow water bottles in their theater which is great! Parking in front of the main entrance was full when we got there, but they have a lot on the side that has plenty of extra spaces. I would definitely come to this theater again, especially on a Tuesday!! read more

Finally!! I got to see Mufasa!! The Lion King!! As always, did a mother / daughter date to view this film and it did not disappoint. Looking forward to wear they take this franchise and I hope the continue along with the origin story because it gives a great new spin on a childhood classic! Now, as for the theater itself, it's good. It's definitely not one of the nicer ones - which typically you'd pay more for anyways. However, as I've been coming to this theater since I was in high school, I love how they upgraded all the seats to be reclining seats. There are still some older theaters that don't have reclining seats and it's always a shocker that their use to be a time when seats reclining in theaters wasn't a thing. As far as the concessions go, they are standard. Nothing to brag about. Prices are standard for theaters as well. I will say, one added thing to note is that this theater is in the same mall complex as Dezerland Park Orlando - which offers tons of amenities, arcades, go-cart racing, and you can also tour the vintage car museum! So, if you have time to kill before your movie showing, there's an abundance of activities you can to do to fill that time. All in all, good spot for a movie day / night with your loved ones (or yourself). read more

Quaint theater. It's not that large where they can show a ton of movies at once but they have a decent amount. They do show a lot of foreign films that other theaters don't, which is actually why we came. The staff were all very nice and the place is kept clean. All the seats are recliners which is really neat. However, the place is definitely showing its age and the ambiance of the place matches. I love coming to this cinemark. It's a little bit out of the way but that makes it not crowed, even on the weekends. They usually have the special buckets and items (I grabbed their last Wicked wand!) even if you don't go on opening day. They also have reclining seats which is a must for me! Decided on Cinemark to see the Taylor Swift movie on opening night and I'm very pleased with my choice! The workers were nice, seats were clean, movie was great. The seats reclining is a great touch and it still felt like there was enough room to walk by even when everyone's seats were reclined. I also loved how they had a lot of goodies for the Taylor Swift movie as I know a lot of theaters were selling out or selling not-as-good things (Cinemark sold lids with their reusable cups and gave away free posters)! This is the way to watch a movie. We saw Wicked and had a good time. Comfortable seating options and even has a great food menu and a bar.

I like coming to this theater as it is big and they are very popular when it comes to opening weekend of any movie. They are located right in I-Drive you are able to get a variety of food/drinks at concessions. I have it 3 stars because I noticed last night that the reclining arm chairs are peeling its leather. Pretty much all of them need to be replaced. Also some of the chairs are dirty. Another reason for the 3 stars is because they hardly have pizza available during evening showtimes. They only bring out 7-8 boxes at a time when many moviegoers are wanting pizza. Then you have to wait like 10 minutes for them to bring out more boxes. Sometimes we just settle on popcorn instead of actual dinner. Overall a solid spot for movies without too much of frills read more

Watching The Blind with some friends...Great Movie by the way. Learning about a man and his faith journey. Solid Stuff. The Theater...I have never been in prior to this movie. it is MASSIVE. Man, what a hidden gem. The building has a feel of an "old theater" with some of its lighting sconces and just the appearance. It is hidden in "Deezerland" in Orlando which makes getting into weird but it is ok. They have the reclining seats which is awesome. They feel old and dingy though which is probably the biggest set-back. They just felt dirty but the reclined and were comfortable enough so...they work. Staff was friendly. I bought a large popcorn. I wished the kid would have told me that the one I bought didn't come with a refill because after I got it I asked about a re-fill and he said only the "Jumbo" gets a free refill. Which, IDK how big a jumbo is because the bucket I got was pretty a large. A simple, "would you like to upgrade that to a Jumbo that comes with a free refill" would have sold me on paying more for a bigger bucket of popcorn. Anyway...No Real Complaints. I would imagine this place can be chaos on the weekends in the evenings in the midst of a major movie release. We went for a 3 o'clock showing on a Saturday and it was pretty quiet. No major red flags...so if a movie is showing here it is worth going. read more

Went to see a movie for my friend's bday today here. The service was great. Parking was plentiful in the icon parking garage ( validate near customer service for free parking) It was very slow today ( Monday ) . There were 2 other people watching the movie we did. The seating were comfy and could recline. However, the appearance of the seats were VERY POOR condition. Definitely need to be replaced or repaired. Every single seat was in terrible condition. I might go back one day when they remodel this place :) read more

REVIEW UPDATE: !!!DO NOT VISIT THIS THEATER ON A HOLIDAY!!! While I stand behind my original review stating that this theater made a ton of great improvements as far as reclining seats, better quality food, etc I must unfortunately amend the review to reflect current events. As of October 2022, this theater has really gone downhill. Although they have all of the Pizza Hut signage out, there have not been fresh pizzas for purchase the past 3 times I went. On top of that, I went on both Christmas 2021 and Halloween 2022 and almost all of the snacks (chips, candy) were padlocked?!?! Uh, do they want to make money?? Especially having no candy for purchase for a Halloween night screening of Trick R Treat? Wow. And when I asked the employee about it, she kind of just shrugged like she didn't care. Also, for this particular screening the theater was noticeably warm and the reclining chairs were all ripped apart and beat up. I'm not sure who owns this location, but clearly they need to clean up their theater and/or hire better management. I honestly felt bad for the employees working there.... read more

This is generally my go to theater as I am a Cinemark movie rewards member. However, this particular theater is always dirty. Each theater the seats look like a cat has clawed through them and some theaters smell like urine. The concession area is so messy 9 out of 10 there is popcorn thrown all over the floor and the counters. This establishment in need of a major renovation. I am starting to dread coming here due to the crowds. These young kids talk throughout the movie and will be on their phones. I just can't understand the fact that some of these people even bring infant babies to these theaters. I pay money to see a movie in a theater atmosphere and not to hear babies crying throughout the movie. If you choose to go to this theater, just keep in mind how loud it is in the theaters trying to watch a movie and how dirty and ripped the seats are. I bring like a small towel that I can sit on because it's that nasty sometimes. read more
