AMC is great! I use to go to this theater a lot the last time I lived here, and now I'm back! Great app, decent concessions and friendly staff. I would love to see AMC be like they use to be but definitely affordable to be stubs member.

I haven't been here in YEARS. It had become dirty, noisy, sticky floored, uncomfortable mess in a dying mall. Now mall is remaking itself and theater is along for the ride. Comfortable seating. Nice variety of snacks. Full bar. First run theatrical releases. Gonna see Naked Gun and Superman (make it a double feature). Very nice job bringing this back. I'm retired as of June, so they will see much more of me. Senior ticket for matinee was only $8.51!!

We've been visiting this movie theater for the past two weeks, and so far, it's been a great experience. The theater is always clean, the staff is friendly, and the environment feels safe. Parking is convenient and close by. We usually go in the evening after the mall has closed, which makes it even more enjoyable

Go to spot for watching movies in my area. Decent movie theater that offers discounts for early showings. They also have nice recliners to enjoy the movie at whatever position you're comfortable with. The snack line do tend to get pretty long and it slow depending on the staffing. They do have an online mobile order lane for pick up, but there is a concievence fee just as well as purchasing tickets on their mobile app. Popcorn and drinks are pretty good and not stale or flat!

Overall a good theater. We were given a Fandango Gift Card and wanted to use it, this was the closest theater from our home that accepted Fandango payment. We walked in, and for a brief moment we thought you just keep on walking as we looked around to show our tickets to someone but no one was there, (as I said, brief moment) then a greeter came to scan our tickets and we were on our way. We proceeded to our auditorium, luckily our seats were clean but one next to ours was visibly greasy. The seats were comfortable, my only complaint is they didn't lean back until the leg rest was fully extended making it feel like you were in bed at that point. I doubt we'll be back as it really isn't close to home and it didn't leave a good impression.

The theater was clean and the seats reclined/were very comfy. The screen was clear and the level of the sound wasn't too loud or too low.

When we showed our tickets to be scanned in we asked the guy about our order and he said no worries they will bring it to your seat. We got to our seats at 9:40 pm and the movie starts at 9:45 pm. The time slot for the food to be delivered to us said 9:45-10:05 pm. The movie started around 9:50 - 9:55 pm so we didn't go check on our food. When it was around 10:20 we still didn't get our food so we called the front desk. They weren't pleasant and claimed we weren't in our seats when they came to drop off our order to us so they took it back. Then they said that they will see what they can do and if not we will have to come to the front to get our order. I said we're in the middle of our movie and can't that's why we placed it ahead of time to be delivered to our seat. We were in our seats for the 9:45-10-05 delivery slot. We still hadn't received our order so when there was an intermission we went to the front desk that had the same guy that scanned our tickets in to see what's going on. They said that food department had another manager in charge and pointed us to some elderly lady. When we went to talk to her she right away assumed there was no order like that and said all the orders for that day was done. Then we showed our email with the receipt and she went from having an attitude to being apologetic so fast. Then she said there's nothing they can do about it since the kitchen was closed and that we should've checked on our order before they closed and offered us a refund. This is the worst service I've ever had there. I watch movies there almost every month and never had this kind of experience before. No one wants to take responsibility for the problem and try to help solve it. They just kept pushing it onto another worker. The only reason we placed deliver to our seat option was to skip the long lines they always have. If this is how "deliver to seat" is then I'm never placing an order like that again. Horrible customer service.

Today's experience was the final straw, I can no longer recommend this location as a place to enjoy a movie. A $10 drink refund cost them three local families from returning to their theater. Food orders have been messed up frequently and we returned, staff offered to correct prior orders but then nothing when the bill arrives. There is a lack of training and a lack of proper management at this location. We had a simple issue with a food order this time again that needed to be addressed. When it wasn't corrected when we got the closing bill I approached the manager after the film for help. Even the manager didn't help make it right. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere; save half the price of the movie ticket and go to a family owned theater called West Orange Cinema. Half the price of movie tickets at Cinepolis, half the price of the food and zero interruptions.

I went from hot and humid outside to shivering for about 2 and 1/2 hours, hoping that I don't get sick. My only comfort was my popcorn, but it was cold and rubbery. So I can't say it ever eat the popcorn there ever again. Popcorn is one of those make it or break it variables in life. It's really hard to mess up fresh popped popcorn. Maybe it's just their combination of vendors or something, or just not enough guests to keep it continuously popping. For that, I docked it a star. If I could, a star and a half. Two stars would have felt unreasonable, but it doesn't allow me to do one and a half stars so I'll just have to settle with the minus one.

Kind words and professionalism. The only concern was something we believe is well, not profession or sanitary. We don't believe you should use your hands to open up the popcorn bag! We believe well- that's nasty. You can pop the bag to open the bag, or use the scoop to open but not your hands! Would you do this when you serve a soda- stick your finger or hand inside a cup to dry or clear debris? Look, we asked our cashier not to put their hand inside the popcorn bag and pop it like one of his employees did and we got a weird look- we asked in the most kind, super Disney kind voice- PLEASE DONT STICK YOUR HAND IN THE BAG. PLEASE POP IT OPEN JUST NOT USING YOUR HAND (that's caps here- not yelling). When the employee went to get the popcorn it looked- we believe- he told the manager this (we could be wrong) but even if he didn't , the manager looked to brush off what the employee said and OPENED UP USING HER HANDS THE INSIDE of the POPCORN BAG (yes here I'm escalating emotion). It's just not professional or sanitary. If napkins fall on the ground- throw them away! It's simple. Other than a manager setting bad example the movie was great, the theater was clean (old) but clean, cold ac nice- and nice loud show! (Forgot to add- you can't call and speak to anyone ever. I think this cinema should come with a warning:…read more HEARING DAMAGE EXPECTED. The seats were comfortable, but I still suggest bringing a pillow and a blanket because sitting there for three hours straight can get pretty rough. Honestly, this was one of the LOUDEST cinemas I've ever been to in my life. If you're sensitive to loud sound, I strongly suggest bringing earplugs, noise-canceling headphones, or serious hearing protection. The theater itself, however, is very well maintained, and the screen is absolutely enormous. It's one of the largest screens I've ever seen, and it's seriously impressive. In fact, it's so large that if you sit too close, the image in front of you can float just OUTSIDE of your peripheral vision. My suggestion? Sit in the back third of the theater. Unless you enjoy feeling like you're physically inside the movie, sitting too close may make the sheer size and movement of the images overwhelming, and possibly even nauseating. There is a limit to what the human body can take. During The Odyssey, one of the newest technology IMAX movies to hit the market in some time..., the combination of flashing black-and-white lights, constant pulsating imagery, and extremely heavy, heartbeat-style music had me feeling genuinely tense. At one point I was thinking, "Do I need to see a cardiologist after this?" The volume was so incredibly loud that I felt like I was sitting next to a rocket launch. The vibrations coming through the seats were actually pretty cool, and I enjoyed that part. But the combination of the constant pounding heartbeat soundtrack, flashing imagery, seat vibrations, and extreme volume was a LOT for my stress level. Now, having said ALL of that... The Odyssey itself was fantastic. I genuinely had no idea what was going to happen next, and that's rare. It felt like a combination of science fiction, Jurassic Park, and a massive historical period piece, and it was extremely well done. Hollywood deserves serious applause for creating something this ambitious. The movie kept me guessing, and visually, it was spectacular. My only hesitation is the theater experience itself. The filmmakers clearly knew exactly how to keep an audience on the edge of their seats. Unfortunately, between the pounding soundtrack, flashing imagery, seat vibrations, and what felt like rocket-launch-level volume, I spent a good portion of the movie wondering whether my ears and nervous system were going to survive the experience. So yes, I loved the movie. The theater? Impressive. The screen? Incredible. The sound system? ABSOLUTELY INSANE. One final warning: If you don't want to leave this theater with permanent hearing loss, bring serious ear protection. I'm talking earplugs AND over-the-ear hearing protection, or "cans," over the earplugs if you really care about protecting your hearing. Seriously. Protect your ears. Because there is a limit to what the human body can take.
