Love this theater but I bought 2 tickets to Wicked and moved things around in my schedule and got a baby sitter so I could go with my mom and after we bought our food and walked to the theater room, we were told that the manager canceled the showing. The manager on site was kind and gave us a refund for our food and tickets and gave us some movie passes for next time and he was very apologetic. We also got to keep our food. I drive 15mins to go to this theater because of the kind staff and clean theater. I still highly recommend! Great customer service! read more

This is my "home" movie theatre since it is the best one within a decent driving distance from Justin. We usually go later in the evening on weekend/non school nights when we can ditch the kids. I say that because most the time it is teen age kids working the counters and stuff. That is not an issue but I have seen that others have complained about there being issues. We have never had any issues, the theatres are clean, the food is warm or cold respectively. It's a movie theatre! I wouldn't bring the queen here but I would happily see a movie. read more

This was a nice movie theater. The seating is a unique couch style seating with the option to pull an armrest between you. The neighbor to your left or right also have their own armrests. Realized my error when I arrived with my children at the Roanoke theater, and the QR code wasn't working. But the employee switched my tickets to later show at no charge! Sadly I had an 11 pm movie and as usual I show up 25 minutes late due to the horrendous amount of ads, yet this time at 11:25 they were "closed". I'm not sure who was the manager or shift lead today on 6/17/25 but there is no "open or close time" on the website. In which means being closed at 11:25 is 100% misleading as I've come in multiple times 15 to THIRTY minutes late at a 11pm movie or even ANYTIME I go to a movie... I understand wanting to go home after a long shift - I just don't believe this is the way you should be doing it. There would've been no harm in letting me see the movie I paid my hard earned money for. In all honesty I should've simply walked to theater what were they going to do? This used to be one of the best places to eat but now it's the worst. They use to have Pizza Hut for pizza and the kittle popcorn was amazing but now the pizza is awful and the popcorn is a total waste of money. My wife and didn't mind spending good money and we used to planned to eat there. I don't know what happened, maybe some contracts ran out or maybe under a new management but something has to change or this place is going to go under. I've been going here for years, and am a Movie Club member. The problem is the rodent infestation. I had one come up out of my seat, run across my arm, purse, and then proceed to hop over each armrest down the rest of the row. Thankfully there were no other patrons in that row. It happened to two of my grandchildren on one of our next visits, in a different theater inside. Another patron said they saw one running down the hall. The first time I spoke a manager on duty (younger man), he said they have had a problem for quite some time, but that the new district manager had fired the exterminator and was looking for a new one. That was two months ago. When it happened a third time, I asked what was going on, and that team member suggested I report them to the health department - my next move! read more

They couldn't take a hint from all the shushing everyone made. Thought they were unaccompanied kids but they were old enough to know better. Complained to staff but nothing was done. This is a modern and very clean movie theater, conveniently located near Hwy 114 and Hwy 377. The seats are very comfortable and the view is good due to the layout. Started off with a seat not working. Got it fixed from staff no problem. My only issue with this location is that during the trailers, the lights in theater would go brighter during some parts of scenes. Lights would go from being all the way turned down to fully on and then back down to low. This caused me to have a headache and nausea before the movie began. We went and saw Wakinda Forever last night. The sound wuality of the movie was HORRIBLE. No Marvel movie has a C quality sound. Sounded like the first 3/4 of the movie was filmed in a small echo-ey bathroom. There is no way this sound issue was feom the movie, had to be a theater issue. The seats are all starting to do the fake leather peel. I purchased kettle corn. It was slightly burned. How popcorn slightly burned had so many unpopped kernels I don't understand. Nice theater that serves alcohol! What more could you ask for!? Cheaper drinks! Just kidding!....kinda... Overall I really do enjoy this theater, they do a good job of keeping the theaters clean and the seats don't seem to be broken which is a plus :0) Food options are very standard movie theater things so nothing to scream about there. But they have beer if I didn't mention it before. So that's nice. The main reason why I took one start off is b/c the men's bathroom tends to be a wreck. The many times I've been the paper towels are generally out and if you use the air dryers - you're likely to blow your ear drums out b/c they're so loud. There's also what I'm going to call...'water'...all over the floor. I know that there are hundreds of people using the restrooms every day and asking an attendant to clean every hour (or more frequently) is probably a pain and expensive, but man, it would make me and a lot more people comfortable using the facilities. If I ever slip and touch the 'water'...There will be hell to pay :0) ANYWAY! I was on my way home from out of town and decided to stop here and watch a movie I had been wanting to see. I was told at the counter that I couldn't take in my purse because it was too big. It's not a huge bag but I complied. 3 women came in behind me with bags bigger than mine and were allowed to take them in. If you're gonna have the policy apply it to everyone. Before movie was over I saw at least 5 more women with bags bigger than mine and at least 3 with big blankets. Come on , I get it you're trying to make things safer but you're not frisking people and they're more likely to be carrying something under their clothes than in a bag. read more

This is the best thing that I like about Roanoke. Cinemark theater offers a wonderful relaxing entertainment experience and it's so nice that it's close by. Tickets: 5 Stars. Love the app and being able to buy your tickets online and reserve your seats. Just go to the kiosk and slide your credit card and BAM tickets pop out. Super easy! Refreshments: 4 Stars. Its expensive but it's worth the money for a bucket of buttered popcorn and a large drink. This will cost you about $15. Seating and Theater: 5 Stars. We always sit in the large theater with the reclining seats. OMG! Very comfortable and roomy isles. So much room for people to walk by. FYI- the best seating in the theater is in the middle at the top. Also, super friendly employees and it nice and clean. Went on a non crowded Sunday. The restrooms were dirty and not serviced. The house lights weren't turned on between showings so people had to find their seats using their phone flashlights. In comparison with other theaters in the area it just didn't perform well. read more

This is an extremely nice theater! The leather recliners are soooo comfortable, maybe a little too comfortable because I want to take a nap in them. They are large and have huge armrests so two people can share without awkwardly touching each other. Large cup holder and recline to just the perfect spot to watch a movie. Sound system is amazing! Crystal clear, loud, and everything you want for a big blockbuster movie. The picture quality was perfectly clear and you can tell the benefits of the XD screen. There are outside kiosks to purchase tickets so that you don't have to wait in line. You can even pre-purchase and reserve your seats so no rush to get there early. The only negative is the price. $10 for a ticket is a little higher than my usual theater, but you are paying for quality. This theater is definitely high quality! read more

I was excited to try this place out because it was one of the few theaters playing Hereditary. Sidenote: the movie will blow your mind. It's amazing in the weirdest way. If you like horror like the witch and pretty much any A24 movie, you'll enjoy it. ANYWAY, the seats were the most uncomfortable and there was a moth in there that was disturbing me the whole time. A.M tickets are super cheap though. I think they were 7.50 matinee. There is lots of parking and the concessions options are abundant. On a comfort scale this place is a no no. 3.6 stars. Pretty nice theater. I went for the first time since they had a midnight showing of Warcraft:-) There were things I liked and didn't like about this theater. But mostly positive experience. Pros: - This theater is really close if you're in the Trophy Club, Roanoke, Keller area. There are other options available though, i.e. Moviehouse, Harkins, and the Cinemark Alliance Towncenter. - I really liked the power recline feature. Not too many theaters have this. - their concession stand has a wide variety of goodies. Cons: - I used the automated ticket machine in the front and it froze up on me a couple of times. I probably slid my credit card 10x trying to get it to work. - you actually have to slide the credit card slowly until you see the green light. - I also wasn't a fan of the assigned seats. It's good, but if one person screws up, and sits where they're not supposed to, it messes up the whole system , which happened to me. If the movie had not already started, I would have kicked them out of my seat. - by no fault of of the theater, the roads leading to the theater are still new and unmarked. Getting there when you can't see the small roads was alittle hassle. It was okay, will probably try here again sometime. read more

Pros: Comfy seats, reasonable ticket price, and what I would consider kept clean overall. However, my experience when arriving was different. The sales/cashier was rude and not helpful. I don't like to let one person ruin my experience but I didn't have good customer service the whole time I was there.
