Fabulous theater that actually understands today's theater-going public! Great menu, attentive staff, super-smart Manager John and Ice Cold Drinks! This theater actually serves you food and drinks right at your seat. I actually pass a theater half the distance from my home to come to Moviehouse & Eaterie in Keller! Menu is always innovating which is brilliant!

I bought tickets for $5.50 online for Tuesday night (discounted). Originally we had wanted to go to other theaters but they were full and didn't have the seats or times we wanted. I thought it might be a good idea to go to MH&E since they also served food. I also had good memories when I had been here previously. It's probably been years since I've been back to this location and it definitely feels rundown. We walked in ~8:10pm, no greeters. I saw a guy cleaning up at the bar. We walk towards auditorium 2 to the left. The floors felt sticky. The workers are busy cleaning up from the last movie it seems. No one looked at my tickets but I figure they compare who's sitting in what seats. The seats recline but aren't as comfy as my couches at home. We arrived early to order food and the pre-film was extremely bad quality. I guess most people don't even want to watch it so why not. I was definitely feeling hot during the movie. I wondered for a second if we were watching sound of freedom or Barbie? Luckily the quality was restored for the actual movie. The fried pickles and fries were $7 (discounted) each. The strawberry lemonade was under $10 for bottomless. The fried pickles weren't bad in terms of taste and texture, not too salty either, but the sauce didn't really seem to complement the pickles. I liked the parmesan truffle fries more than the fried pickles. I like the aioli sauce and would've liked a second one (which I now know to ask for in advance since by the time the second one came out I was basically done with the fries.) I would recommend the strawberry lemonade, sweet and tangy. I think it tastes better chilled. Overall, the movie experience and the movie itself was alright. We probably won't be back though as there are more comfortable theaters out there. Cool idea in terms of serving food during the movie, but I do think it puts a strain on the workers. I don't remember if there was a place that lets you order from your phone or not but here, you can push a button to get your server's attention. I feel bad but it is what it is. Our server came very quickly any time we pushed the button so I do feel like she was definitely hard working and attentive as she could.

It pains me to say it but Moviehouse and Eatery in Keller has gone so far down hill I might have to start going to a Cinemark. I ask for Moviehouse gift cards every year for Christmas as one of my treats for myself. My son even worked here for a few years in the theaters heyday. But ever since Cineapolis took over I have seen a decline in drinks from the bar, food quality and the condition of the theater. The food quality is not even close to the same as it once was. Also the timing of the way they serve the food is OFF. Order pizza and fries and the fries come out 20 minutes prior to the pizza arriving. Even though you let them know it was a meal. It's juat weird. Cookies aren't as good. They have fries with queso and other add ons that used to be DELICIOUS! Now the queso is watery and now they add this gritty green dressing to the dish. I could go on. But I am just disappointed. The place used to be beautiful and well cared for. One of the employees let me know that they used to have a crew come in and clean every night. But now they come in and clean once a week!! His words "so if we something like spilled ketchup, we may be able to geab it but not if we don't time. They floor across the aisle from me is shiny with grease or some spilled substance. Terrible. The employees here are SO NICE!! But this place has been run into the ground.

One of my pleasures is hanging our with my daughter on our weekly "Daddy-Daughter" dates. We love to come by the Cinepolis for the movie experience, but have never had one of there meals before a movie. My daughter ordered the Shaved Ribeye sandwich, and I was quite surprised how tasteful this was. I finished one of the halves, that she couldn't finish. The sandwich was very good, bread was very soft, and the ribeye meat was very tender. It was lightly coated with a cheese sauce, which wasn't over the top, but just right. Fries weren't bad at all either. Now let's get to the price, so carnal knowledge, that anytime you purchase any beverage, snack, or candy at a movie theater, you should know that your going to be paying premium. I enjoy spending time with my daughter, so the memories with my kids are worth a little splurge every now and then.

This place is nice & clean! Recliner seats and spacious rows. Employees were kind and dine in service is quick! I definitely recommend the churro donut. So tasty Will definitely return.

Walk in to a full bar- lots of seating- movie ticket not needed

They charge NINE DOLLARS FOR A DR PEPPER. No one came to refill it once. Do not come here unless you enjoy being robbed.

Love the recliner chairs & the food is much better than studio movie grill options, but cost a little more.

A friend and I wanted to check out the new Devils Wear Prada movie and were really excited to see it together. Getting the tickets online was easy; I bought them days in advance. Where it started to get weird was at the food court-ish area. The whole process of self-serving and grabbing your own snacks is a little odd, and the staff there was not helpful at all. They were actually missing a lot of their hot items which was odd. Overall that whole experience was difficult, and there was zero customer service involved. Then we headed to our seats; no one was checking for tickets or anything, which was again very odd. The seats were pretty comfortable but you can tell this movie theatre needs renovations. Frankly I am not sure if I would go back to this Cinemark location. Coming to this theatre made me realize why I prefer watching movies at home rather than at a theatre where I spend a significant amount of money for below-average service.

There were many people in the bar area with plenty of high top tables available. We were guided to the kiosk on the right to print our tickets (purchased online- you choose print ticket then scan your code) or you can purchase tickets there. Printer spits out a ticket. There were signs on ticket counter notifying of 18% living wage service fee for non-bar orders. Non-bar orders = anything ordered once you're in the theatre. Once in theatre, we scanned the QR code and placed our order and paid online. There was no place to add tip so the "living wage service fee" is ultimately them ensuring that the staff get tipped. I don't have a problem with that. The seat covers are nice than the previous tattered ones. Place was clean & a comfortable temperature. Once the previews started and the seats finally filled up, staff started coming around to see if they could take your order. Multiple people checked on us and were all pleasant although it was hard to hear them by that point. We paid $1 for a large water in a cup and $12 for a decent margarita. I did not see a concession you could order your own snacks so I assume it's order from theatre or in the bar area. Because of not great reviews on the food, we ate at close by Lupes before the movie which has super fast service (average tex mex). Will try cinema food in future hopefully. It is easy a pleasant experience for enjoying a movie!

We decided to give this spot a try while watching the new Michael movie. The man who serviced us is friendly but got confused with the order; had to send back one of the trays. The food was very mediocre and overpriced, and I could've honestly bought popcorn for the movie and eat an actual fine dine meal after. I also think our theater screen wasn't clean; because throughout the whole movie I can see a noticeable smudge(?) across the right side of the screen. Seats weren't best quality. Yes it can recline, but so does AMC. There really isn't anything "luxurious" about the place. In total, our three average meals costed about $80. An OK experience, will personally stick to AMC for future showings though.

Even though this place was in much better health years ago, I was dissatisfied enough back then to swear I'd never return. Then Yelp hosted a fun event here recently that made me reconsider my decision. Unfortunately, that redemption would be short lived. I returned with my family on Easter Sunday and the first order of business was getting popcorn and drinks. After finding our seats we immediately dug in. I had only taken a couple bites when I found hair in my popcorn. And it definitely wasn't mine! The way it was wrapped around the piece told me that it was there when the kernel was popped. I was totally grossed out! Not only did I refuse to eat any more during the movie (even from a fresh batch), I'm not sure I will ever feel comfortable eating popcorn in a dark theater again. It's obvious that higher prices don't equal better hygiene practices here because the popcorn (along with everything else) is outrageously expensive. The fact that the condiment stations were dirty and the floors were sticky, before the first showing of the day, was a big clue that I mistakenly overlooked. Not surprisingly, I'm finally done with this theater and probably all AMCs for that matter.
