Went for an impromptu birthday with family, 8 kids, 8 adults. We were able to have three lanes of bowling, the vibe was great, along with the lanes, and the return speed of the ball. Service and drinks were great too! We brought in a cake and the waitress brought over items and offered a sparkler without asking for any of that. (A manager checked to make sure we had it too!) We got multiple game cards and the kids played and played, all games were working, and there was plenty of staff always around to help if needed or taking empty glasses. We frequently visit entertainment places this these and everyone talked about how great it was. I booked a kids birthday party at 3pm on a Saturday (less than 10 days in advance) and everything turned out great! We had 2 lanes for bowling which ended up accommodating both kids and adults. The room for pizza/cake was HUGE and had more than enough space for parents to sit as well. My party host Tanious was so kind and super helpful. He checked on us throughout the party and kept drinks stocked. The pizza and mozzarella sticks were more than enough for the 12 kids in attendance. I was grateful for his help throughout the evening. The only issue we encountered was that many of the kids' cards that should have been loaded with 40 player card points were saying "insufficient funds" almost immediately after being issued. We still enjoyed the unlimited video games and attractions but most of the kids couldn't even accumulate points to be redeemed for prizes. read more

Great games but the wasted time waiting for a few shakes made this place unbearable! After waiting an hour for four shakes and another 30 minutes for paying the bill the manager attempted to blame us for not being present at the time of purchase. Also, there was several employees standing around with nothing to do except inform us there was only ONE person to handle the register so we had to keep waiting for the ONE person to come back. This is poor management and I advise a replacement immediately to remedy such issues from reoccurring. To make matters worse there was no apologies from the manager or any accommodation for the inconveniences. Please do something about this!! read more

Wow! What a facility! This new entertainment complex will set the standard in the Westlake/Roanoke/trophy club area. This new bowling and entertainment complex is incredible! A fantastic team of managers and staff that are super accommodating. Manager James rocks and bartender Blake knows how to pour a perfect Draft Beer! Now let's talk about their food... I just had their $12 filet mignon Friday special. For the money, it's unbelievable!! Wait until you try their french fries! Now let's talk about their beer selections. Fantastic... And their prices? Picked up grandkids after school and thought it would be fun to go bowling. Got there about 4:45; able to get right in. I was shocked by the prices...$20 for shoes (for 4), $60 for the bowling. Everything is new and bright & shiny and the staff was helpful. Besides the sticker shock, the bowling wasn't very enjoyable because the lanes were so dark. Also, some of the music videos playing on the BIG screens above the pins aren't really suitable for elementary kids. I guess we will just go back to Main Event with younger kids. read more

Went in on Friday night about 10pm the website says it's open until 2am. Service was terrible, the music was blaring when there were only 3 groups bowling. Lanes weren't working right and brought our personal ball that got stuck over and over. No comp on our time or money. Kept getting orders wrong not bringing plates for food. Tab was all mixed up. Just overall a terrible experience. A manager tried to give us his free hour of bowling when the other two managers said no we have the right to refuse because they wanted to leave the place early. The manager was the only good thing about this place. He was very friendly, besides that, the prizes in the prize room are way beyond overpriced and the bowling is more expensive than the other places in the area that offer the same stuff. the games were fun but majority of the games that contain any kind of ball, are missing the balls. Advertise lower prices for bowling before 2pm Sunday, but once we paid for shoes it was only about $10 cheaper. Service was friendly but understaffed so it took a long time to get service even in VIP room. Brisket Nachos had cold queso. Wouldn't order again. Kids sliders were on -2 small sliders and small amount of fries- kids said 3 stars. Chicken tenders got a 4 stars, little better on quantity. Chicken Caesar salad was the tastiest thing we ordered. Both kids got shakes. Huge shakes for $10 which kids loved but IMO the quality was okay (could use better ice cream) Beer was priced well, and they have a good selection. But a big flew in my beer and nobody came to check on us the last half hour there so couldn't tell anyone. So left 1/3 of it. If we come back we won't order food, other than maybe some fries. I'd recommend adding higher quality food to the menu, even prices need to go up a bit. Considering how expensive everything else is, you could charge more for food and offer better food. read more

We have visited this location twice. On the first occasion we selected the VIP bowling option. The service was 1 out of 10. Legitimately horrible. On the second visit we did the general bowling. We were in the 5th frame of our third game before we were finally served our food and drinks. It almost like they don't want to serve you and make money. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here. High prices and beyond horrible service and a totally indifferent staff of teenagers with obviously no adult supervision. We won't be back...ever. read more

Brought my kids today and was not impressed. Right off the bat we went to the machines to purchase game cards - this elderly lady came up as I was trying to read and asked if we needed help. My husband politely said we were fine and she just stood there. I looked her way and she very rudely said "just so you know, you can't have that in here" and pointed to my water bottle. I totally understand policy but was put off by how rude she was. I said okay and tried to continue to finish my purchase before I timed out AGAIN. She then walked to the other side of us and tried to talk to my children (9 and 7). I asked if they had water available (because I have a medical condition and will pass out if I'm not properly hydrated) and was told that the bar can give water and it's free...again quite rudely. She then went back to trying to have a conversation with my children. I was extremely uncomfortable. Once we purchased the game cards my husband went back to the car to put my water away and then went to the bar to get me a water and was told that they had a vending machine near the bowling area...$3!! Just wow. Aside from the very off putting service, this place was okay. None of the big things seemed to be operational- like bumper cars and laser tag. At least I didn't see anyone there to offer help. We two games that we had to get help with because it took the credits and didn't work properly. I also counted 4 different games that were out of order and at least two that were actively being worked on. Some other things I thought were interesting: the claw machines were clearly loosened more than other arcades...I watched multiple people on multiple machines get a decent grip on prizes just to lose them once the claw reached the top or started moving AND multiple machines (like the bean bag toss or balloon game) not have the full amount of bags/balls which made it more difficult to reach a high score while being timed because you're waiting for the bag/balls to return. We didn't eat or drink anything so can't comment on that. We were planning on eating lunch but based off the service from the elderly lady, I did not want to interact with anyone else. Bathrooms were clean-ish but most games could definitely use more frequent wipe downs. Definitely overpriced and lack customer service. There are some better options in the surrounding area that I suggest checking out instead. read more

The bartender/server gave my son rotten fruit... it had black mold on it and was sitting right on top. I looked for her and she was not present, so went to the kitchen area to look for someone. At that point I wasn't upset, but she yelled at me and gave me a nasty attitude. Restaurant staff is very nice but service is so slow it takes hours to eat dinner. Kids went to use their tickets from games and items rang up higher than advertised. Employee said "that happens sometimes.". My kids had to put items back because of this. Best part, the employee used a marker to update the price as we left. I can't say enough good things about this Pinstack! We have only done the restaurant, games, bumper cars, laser tag and the elevated obstacle course, but all are pretty amazing! The kids love their giant milkshakes and pizza, but the staff is great! Our little guy is finally tall enough to do the elevated obstacle course and the staff helped give him pointers so he felt confident running through it. The VR games are next level and it's super clean with great prizes to pick out at the end. I highly recommend to any family looking for a fun day! read more

Went on a Tuesday night for the first time. Hubby and I decided to try the one in Westlake since it just opened. Sat at the bar in the restaurant. There was only one bartender working. It took him a long time to take our order. The place looks like it's run by a bunch of college kids. Our drinks came out shortly after he took our order which was good. The food however, took a while. And when it did come out, it was awful. Hubby ordered the Philly cheese steak with fries. The sandwich looked like it was served on a burnt hot dog bun. The steak was over cooked and super dry. There was hardly any melted mozzarella cheese on it. It was also supposed to have grilled onions and peppers, which it did not. Hubby couldn't even finish the sandwich. On the positive side, the fries were plenty, fried perfectly, and hot. I ordered the burger and fries. The beef patty was overcooked and very dry. The bun was also over grilled. We also ordered lemon pepper wings. Although the wings were fried correctly and crunchy like how we like it, it was so heavily seasoned with the lemon pepper that that was all we tasted. Only ate one wing out of the eight that came on the order. Now, onto the games. The claw machines with the stuffed animals seem to be a scam. They're stuffed so tightly in there that there's no way for the player to win. At least make it a little tempting so that the players will want to play. Tuesdays are half off on video, ticket, prize, and VR games. Even with that discount, it was still expensive so be prepared to shell out major bucks on any other day. We most likely won't be coming back unless the food improves and the cost of the games are a little less to play. I'd rather go somewhere. read more
