I was expecting a super low-budget experience but that was not it at all. I was so pleased at this theater that this will definitely be my go-to theater from now on. The place was so clean and fresh that I assumed they had just opened, but it seems they've been open for several years. I went on a Tuesday, and was thrilled at the $6 ticket. Popcorn was also super cheap. I think I paid $23 for ticket, popcorn and drink. A bargain! The popcorn was fresh and crisp. I gobbled it up. The seats were super comfy with no ripped seats. The only thing I didn't like was the handicapped seating (I needed it this particular day) was at the back of the theater. As a member of the short-girl society, it was a little challenging to see over the seats. The next time I go I won't need that seating, so I'll be fine, but I'd imagine someone who needed it might find it challenging as well.

NCG does free or super cheap kids' tickets during the summer, which is such a great deal--perfect for keeping little ones entertained without breaking the bank. The theater is always clean, the reclining seats are super comfy, and the unlimited popcorn and drinks are a big win (especially with kids who love refills). Even the bathrooms are clean, which is not always the case at movie theaters! If you're in the Brookhaven area, this is definitely a solid spot for an easy, fun movie night.

Despite them having customer contact information, the first notice that dinner was not going to be on the menu was taped to the outer door on arrival. Given that we were there to see The Odyssey - a 3 hour movie - this was pretty disappointing. While the agent on the ticket counter was very apologetic, and the bar team was friendly and working as fast as they could to get through the long, 20+ person line, the whole place was chaos and it felt like we'd surprised them by showing up. This isn't an isolated incident or one-off staffing/capacity issue. We've had similar experiences with long delays, backed up kitchen and order mix-ups the last 2 times we visited, as well. I wish I'd learned from that. You can't run a dine-in theater and not give customers any food. Halfway through the long bar line, an employee said they were taking orders again at the seats via QR code. Everyone ran in, tried to order, couldn't, then came back out to make a new line. 5 more mins later, they came out to say they were taking manual orders and encouraged us all to sit back down and wait. We decided not to trust that, ordered drinks and sent a member of the party to Newks for sandwiches. Spoiler alert: no one ever came to take an order, but the sandwich was delicious. Thanks, Newks. Unfortunately, everything was the same as last time. Here's my experience: Parking: no one was here! I'm not sure if it was due to us being a half hour early, but we got a first parking spot! That was a plus Staff: they were all young but all so nice and pleasant. Experience: You aren't allowed to go into the theatre unless it's 15 mins before show time so we sat at the bar. As mentioned, staff Aplus! Food: Food came fast but everything was overly greasy, and cheesy. Felt like I was eating fake food if that makes any sense. No fault of the staff but SMG needs to do better! Their food selections and quality use to be so much better. Theatre: The buttons didn't work AGAIN and everything was sticky. It was so gross. I felt like I was being held hostage in the projects. Like someone was pranking me lol The theatre had an odor similar to that of a daycare (sticky floors, diapers, old food) idk! Not my cup for tea! Movie: 10 out of 10 the best one thus far. Everything in me says to not give this location a chance again! But I will select a different SMG for the future if I must go to one.

I've been there multiple times and the service is always great. Everybody's super warm and friendly and getting tickets is quick and easy. A lot of times I just go on Fandango but when I have gotten it at the actual theater, all you really do is go to the kiosk so it's very simple . It's usually decorated with something so they are big on themes but it's always very well kept and very clean so that's a plus for sure . I haven't really eaten a lot there but what I have had has been light bites, like tater tots or something like that. Nothing major but they do have actual food and not just wings and fries. Just keep those expectations in mind because it's not like it's a full menu. If you're sitting for an hour and a half in a movie theater, you don't need a pork roast LOL. They do have food and it's more than just popcorn there, like other theaters. Just keep that in your head if you go and decide to eat there versus eating elsewhere . All in all because I'm not too far from it, it's a really good theater and it's a really good choice if you're looking for something that's kinda tucked away .

When you walk in there's a bar and a counter to order concessions and food. They have a nice sized cocktail and food menu. You can even order food/drinks to be delivered to your seats once the movie begins. I love that they carry alot of movie merchandise like popcorn buckets, cups and blankets. They also have the movie themed backdrops for photo opps. I really enjoyed the seats, they reclined and were very comfortable. This place is somewhat hidden, but there's tons of available parking. The drinks and food were really good. I loved the movie themed drinks. I will definitely return. Customer service was also good.
