I didn't expect the biggest plot twist of the evening to be the screening itself. Technical glitches in a newly released film are inexcusable, and yet here we are. Watching Michael felt less like a cinematic experience and more like streaming on a dial-up connection circa 2002, buffering, interruptions, and all. If you're going to position yourselves as a premium dine-in cinema, the baseline requirement is that the movie actually plays... properly. Food and service are irrelevant if the core product--the film--is compromised. At a minimum, this place needs a serious upgrade in projection equipment and maintenance standards. Right now, it feels like the business model is built on serving meals while quietly undermining the very reason people show up. read more

Meh. I've been here a few times since not many theaters I know of in the area and like the idea of discounted tickets on Tuesdays! Parking: free parking in the plaza, but they also have ample parking garage spaces available which I appreciate. My experience: Came in last night and was surprised to find nobody at the booth taking tickets. Luckily, I already had my ticket purchased online, but I could've just walked in without paying, so think they may be missing out on money on this front. Secondly, the waiters were very noisy, stomping down the stairs it seems after dropping off food which was pretty distracting given the movie had already started. Ridiculously high prices. 2 drinks at the bar $48 Grilled chicken Caesar salad, a hummus plate and a popcorn $61 - they forgot to put the chicken on the salad plus didn't bring the food until halfway through the movie after having to ask 2 separate people to check on our order for us. The hummus was not even fresh. It was store-bought and came in a small plastic container that you would be served a side item in. $40 for the movie tickets. The theater was not as clean as it could be, the row of seats in front of us clearly displayed splashes of spilt soda stuck on 3 to 4 seats that had never been wiped off. I have been coming to this theater since before they transitioned into Look cinema. This used to be a great classy theater to visit and enjoy the atmosphere now it is a shell of its former self. This is my 2nd visit since the name and management change. The theater is a decent enough theater meaning you can get a good movie in for a fair price sometimes. But the upkeep and management of the theater is very lackluster. Both times during my recent visit were ridiculously annoying. I just visited on Mother's Day 5/10/26. A usual tradition of movies and drinks/dinner for my mom and I. So I anticipate the afternoon. I found a Groupon deal for tickets bought then then exchanged them for tickets online ahead of time (I recommend always buying or checking online 1st to prevent sale outs upon arriving. Once we did arrive and checked in we were given the wrong theater to sit even my tickets were scanned to verify and print. IDK If they were trying to boost sales of the other movie because we were not the only ones this happened to. Walked into the correct screen theater no one to greet or verify we were in the right theater which made the next issue make sense upon arriving to our preselected seats we were faced with guests who were obviously not in the correct theater screen because they were happily to change their seats several times probably taking other people preselected seats. Once finally seated we were told we could scan a QRcode to order from the seats. Very different process. Once we ordered a simple starter hummas and a pitcher of margaritas. Only the hummus arrived 30 minutes after. We never received the drinks. I even asked the staff who brought the appetizer for 2 glasses of water and was asked did I order them? Ordered a popcorn and soda to pass time until the meal and drinks arrived. Still nothing. The movie ended with no feedback or drinks. Walked out to the bar area to inquire about the missing items and was told the kitchen was on hold for the moment. By this time I didn't want the food anymore. I asked for a refund and the pitcher of margaritas that I originally ordered and we sat in the lobby to finally enjoy our drinks. The bartender was alone with a lobby full of guests so we didn't want to pile onto the problem several guests made a fuss to the supposedly manager rightfully so. We just finished our drinks and went to eat elsewhere. I am an avid movie goer and restaurant connoisseur so I wasnt expecting 5 stars meal wise. But the attention to detail and guest was nonexistent. For the 2nd visit in a row for me. I hope they can rectify this or they will lose further business. One of the worst movie experiences I've had. App to order wasn't working, but front desk check in told us to order from our seats. My seat was broken. My margarita was strong (not complaining about that), but my husband's beer was warm. Took an hour to get napkins, and the movie froze in the middle. It kept going quickly, but it just speaks to the quality of this place. Not to mention all the floors were dirty and sticky, and the bathroom - I chose to wait until I got home. Well thought out decor in lobby and large, comfortable seating that reclined in theatre most impressed me at the Look Dine-In Cinema in Brookhaven. Sound quality was also stellar as is especially appreciated when viewing action packed movies like the one I watched One Battle After Another. Food and drink selections were decent with options from appetizers to small meals. Did not purchase any food as had eaten prior. Location of theatre is in the Town Brookhaven community with a supermarket, retail shops, restaurants (including some previously reviewed likeThai 26 & Costa Coffee), plenty of free parking and apartment buildings. Beautiful dine-in movie theatre. It has its regular theatres with plush chairs you can recline in. And it also has a px theatre (premium design & wall-to-wall screen). This theatre has its own bar, different seating with some games in a lounge-like area and outdoor seating. Definitely an upscale movie going experience. I was in their basic theatre which is still really nice. Temperature was comfortable along with the seating. You can order form QR code or a physical menu. I chose the physical menu and ordered the veggie pizza. It wasn't good, hence the 4-star review. Maybe if the toppings had been cooked more. They were big and dense. Other than that the bathrooms were clean. And I enjoyed my experience. read more

When you go to the movie all you want is a popcorn and some candy. Well I ordered that from my seat through the app because there is no concessions counter and it never came. Then after the movie there wasn't an employee in site to talk to about a refund or anything. New age garbage theater trying to be more modern than anyone wants. So disappointing. No wine choices - only house white or house red and took ages to appear, and the small bag of popcorn was in a child size bag that wasn't even full. The seats are really roomy but they're supposed to recline - mine didn't and when I brought it to their attention of course there was no response. This is supposed to be a luxury experience- which is reflected in the ticket price - and it just isn't. Fantastic! We drove about 40 minutes to see a movie and it was worth the dive. The lobby/bar area was clean, bright and inviting. The auditorium itself was comfortable and clean with perfect sound and picture. We only had popcorn but it was very good, fairly priced and delivered efficiently. The only caution is that the handicap row (in Aud 2) is VERY close to the screen. I hope the theater continues to show indie and "art" movies. We will definitely be back. read more

I love this theater! It's in a convenient spot, inside a plaza with other shops and restaurants, and feels very safe and clean. The service is always welcoming and friendly. Yesterday, my fiancé and I came in to see the new "The Naked Gun," but we've seen several movies here! We love the reclining seats and the full dining experience. The food was hot and tasty as usual. My only critique is that it's very expensive! For my quesadilla, my fiancé's salmon rice bowl, 2 waters, and a side of truffle fries, I paid over $70 after tip (which is already included). read more

I had decent expectations for dinner and a movie but walking in and having a floor so sticky that my son's crocs came off was simply disgusting. Seeing that the signs on the door tell me there is an involuntary 18% "living wage" fee added makes me think no one here wants to work. Walked into the theatre and no one cleaned between shows either. I hope the kitchen is clearer than the rest of this place. Regardless- won't be back. The parking is a little further from the entrance so heads up there will be steps taken. The movie was great, the seats recline and are comfortable and the quality of the movie and sound was great. The place was set up with game boards and a bar in the lobby if I had more time I would've took part in... lol. But the location is amazing. Go see a movie you come outside. I went to this theater for the first time to see Sinners with a friend. It was storming pretty badly right before showtime and we briefly lost power. We were informed that if the power outage affected the showing, we would receive vouchers for a future visit. It is an older building which uses generators so I would keep that in mind if visiting on a stormy day. Luckily, the power came back and we were able to watch the movie with no interruptions. The chairs recline which is a nice touch as well. I ended up ordering food that was surprisingly good. I ordered a chicken quesadilla. I thought that it was interesting that I couldn't order water as a beverage on the website. I had to wait for someone to manually take my order and add a note in there. Overall, I would definitely return considering the overall value and proximity to other restaurants if you would prefer to eat before going. read more

We've been here a few times before and it's going down hill FAST! Here's a hint: Don't sell tickets without telling potential customers that you have very little of what's on the menu available! We snagged tickets for a film that is 2.5 hours long assuming we could also do dinner. Nothing we wanted was available. It was so bad that the server said "Well, how about I just tell y'all what we DO have?" We certainly could have eaten before coming. It's basic customer respect. Of course, the notice on the door about a Liveable Wage Service Charge (18%) assessed to CUSTOMERS pretty much tells us what the owners and management think of us. $42 foe two tickets, overpriced subpar food and service, nasty bathrooms, and inattentive staff and y'all want US to make sure YOUR employees eat a lovable wage! I had a very mediocre experience here. The entry area looked nice and upscale, but the quality I received said otherwise. First, I noticed on the door a paper sign that mentioned a "mandatory suggested" gratuity which just didn't make sense to me - is it included or is it going to show me suggested amounts? I asked while at the bar and didn't get a clear answer. (I did tip my server but wanted to be clear whether there was any portion automatically included for them.) The seats are big and comfy but I used my phone light to confirm my seat number and immediately regretted it because I could see just how gross the tabletop and upholders were. I was immediately uncomfortable because of that. Lastly, i got hungry during the movie and decided to order food via QR. Many of the items I was interested in were unavailable though it was a weekday matinee show with low traffic; it felt like they simply hadn't prioritized replenishing things. Several drinks, some appetizers, and even sauces weren't in stock. I ended up with a $17 kids meal that included two chicken strips. I was not impressed given the cost. We saw a movie here for the first time on 12/23/25 (4:30pm). Booked tickets online ahead of time. When we got there, we just walked straight into our theater without seeing any employees until we entered our designated screen. No one checked our tickets, but perhaps they audit which seats are occupied against which have been reserved? The QR ordering was effortless and came out quickly. All-in-all, no real complaints aside from our food being delivered without napkins, which unconvinced us to have to leave the movie for a few minutes to get some from the bar. read more

I used to love coming to this theater it was closer and more quaint than Phipps but maybe I just need to start going back to Phipps. Ive seen three movies in the past two months here and each time they just straight up forgot our food. Three times I had to leave my movie and go find someone to either get a refund for my food or figure out where it was. The restrooms are always incredibly dirty and out of stock, and half of the chairs seemed to broken. I used to come here back when it was still AMC and I'm guessing the new ownership just does not have the same standards as the previous ones did. After three back to back disappointing experiences I'm honestly not sure i will be back. I don't mind paying the movie theater prices to get a movie theater experience but they literally won't even give you your food so not sure what the point is choosing this over Phipps. read more

I visited here on a Sunday for a private screening of Wicked. Starting with the parking, there are spots just outside the entrance but make sure you park in a spot that does not have a time limit. There's also a parking deck with designated theater parking. Upon walking into the design wanted theater, I could tell it hadn't been cleaned as there was some popcorn on the ground and leftover napkins. Anyway, I headed to my seat and scanned the QR code to browse the food & drink menu. Shortly after, a server came by and offered to assist us with our orders. We quickly noticed that many of the food items on the menu switched to "sold out". I asked the server about it and she said the kitchen grill was not working at the time. That limited my food choices but I decided on the southwest chicken quesadilla. I also ordered one of the speciality Wicked cocktails, the Shizz Fiz. The food came out within a reasonable amount of time and I definitely enjoyed it although I wish it was hotter. I do not recommend the drink. Would I come back? That would depend on if I'm in the area and really wanting to see a movie but otherwise there are better options in Atlanta. read more

I've been wanting to try this place since its located where the old Cinebistro used to be. I loved Cinebistro and its a similar concept but this place definitely isn't the same. I came to see John Wick 4. The theaters have been remodeled so now the seats recline which is nice and I love that now you can order throughout the entire movie and have things delivered to your seat. The new seats are really cozy and comfortable. However, I hate that you have servers walking infront of you throughout the movie. Also, the menu is all greasy junk food (pizza, popcorn and burgers). I wanted to order something healthy like a salad but they were all 'sold out'. It would've been nice if the menu were more upscale and included healthier options. I came here for a movie premier. I ordered popcorn and some drinks from the bar. I got some truffle seasoning on the side which was very tasty for my popcorn. I ordered a peach and raspberry margarita which I enjoyed. The theatre itself is beautiful but the service needs some help. I ordered the coconut shrimp with sweet potato fries with a sweet chili sauce on the side. When I got my order during the middle of the film, I received coconut shrimp with regular fries and honey mustard. When I finally tracked down the lady who took my order in the first place to tell her I got the wrong fries and sauce, she took my whole plate to get it fixed and never came back with my food. She could've easily just brought me out some sweet potato fries with sweet chili sauce on the side, right? So now I'm hungry, the film is over, and my meal never came back out or got corrected. Meaning... the previews started 40 minutes late. after 30 minutes and no announcement the servers informed us they were "working on an issue". The movie kept buffering. Pausing during critical scenes. The drink I ordered took 45 minutes to come. I thought I was being pranked. People walked out of the movie before it began. And more people walked out as the scenes were buffering. I walked out at the end because the main scene was pausing. I wish I could Give zero stars. Great movie night ruined by terrible service! My family and I attended the red carpet prescreening of Weapons on 8/7. The event itself was well put together, but the theater's staff and service were an absolute disappointment. It started with a simple request for a bottle of water--priced at $6.13 (their normal price, not event-related), which we declined. Since it's a dine-in theater, we expected a better dining experience, but instead got cold meals for some guests, food arriving an hour into the movie for me--with missing drink and dipping sauce I paid extra for--and other guests receiving their drinks several moments later after they were served their food. They completely forgot my wife's food, forcing her to get up during the movie to address it with staff. There were no napkins available anywhere in the theater--literally none. In the restroom, they had toilet paper by the sink for hand drying. This is unacceptable for any business, let alone one charging dine-in prices. The only redeeming part of the night was the movie itself (Weapons is a must-see). But if you're thinking about seeing it, do yourself a favor--go somewhere else.
