Unfortunately this location has bad food, bad service, and an ok atmosphere. The cinnamon rolls here are extremely dry and cold. You expect something really soft and warm, and you get the exact opposite. Don't get the Bonbites as they are so stale. Services also not good. The person working there did not know their own menu, so when I ordered items from their menu, they had to leave their store, find a second employee in the mall, and come back to help me. I'm really disappointed with my recent experience. The employee interaction was extremely robotic, with no customer service or engagement at all. I was also made to feel pressured into either leaving a tip or purchasing icing, which was uncomfortable and inappropriate. To make matters worse, the cinnamon roll I received was the driest I've ever seen (photo attached), and I was charged $1.94 for icing just to make it edible. That feels unreasonable given the quality of the product. Between the lack of genuine customer interaction, the pressure around tipping/add-ons, and the poor quality of the food, this experience did not meet expectations. Who doesn't love Cinnabon?! This store is located in the mall. The service was good. The Cinnabons are always amazing.

My friend and I did not have a very pleasant experience while trying to order at this location. I originally just wanted a raspberry lemonade and got a very weird look from the cashier when I asked if I could get the mall discount (because I qualify for it). I then had to try to explain that I didn't want a cinnamon roll and just the lemonade because I didn't want to pay for something that I didn't want. I didn't get the discount either, so that was kind of frustrating. When my friend was ordering, she told her before she payed that she wanted the mall discount and didn't get it. My friend tried asking about it when she got the receipt and the she asked "where's my discount?" and the cashier was like "oh you already paid". The cashier didn't speak English but that doesn't mean you should treat your customers like that. This wasn't a pleasant experience and I won't be going to that location again for awhile. read more

i go to this cinnabon almost twice a week, if not more. everytime i go i'm bombarded by this employee. she's extremely unprofessional, doesn't make me feel welcomed, and lowers the standards to my experience at cinnabon and shopping at the outlet everytime. she constantly rolls her eyes and is extremely rude. i went to cinnabon today with one of my coworkers. i understand there is a language barrier between us and the employee, and we've always been understanding and respectful because of that. however, my coworker was about to be charged for an item she didn't want. and when the transaction had to be cancelled and redone for just a drink, the employee seemed visibly upset. after that, i placed my order. i told the employee twice that i worked at the mall and wanted to use my employee discount. she's helped me before, so this isn't the first time i requested it. both times i mentioned it, she said everything was fine and told me to tap my card. once the payment went through she said the transaction was completed and immediately tried to help the next customer. i had to ask for my receipt, and when i looked at it, i realized my employee discount hadn't been applied. when i asked about it, she told me i had already paid and i should have pressed the "X" button before completing the transaction. i am extremely dissatisfied with my whole experience and the company, especially because this wasn't the first time. i'm always very understanding and always treat everyone with respect, and i feel like it should be returned. i hope management addresses this situation promptly. read more

Who doesn't love walking through the mall and smelling fresh baked cinnamon rolls?!? We opted for one large roll and I was surprised to see that they had a squeeze bottle of that delicious icing on the counter. They sell extra icing in a small cup for $0.50, but they said you can get all you want from the bottle for FREE (when in Rome!) we loaded that roll up! Delicious gooey cinnamon icingness (if that was a word). Still a favorite after all these years! Tip: if you find yourself in a mall just before they close, anything they have left becomes 50% off! Sometimes a sugar fix is right up ones alley as it was today for me. This location is very small but the use of their space is done efficiently. The wait time here is sort of long, but it is a very touristy sort of location. I placed my order and asked questions about the coffee but I believe there was a communication break down between our parties, but what ever was given tasted great. I even threw caution to the wind and enjoy a cinnamon roll with extra frosting. While they are not quite what I remember a bite or two was all I needed. read more

I have the biggest sweet tooth. And now that I'm 6 months pregnant, it has intensified even more. We were shopping at the outlets and needed a boost. I love the warm, gooey, soft buns they have to offer. Luckily for me, they have a smaller version of their buns, called the Minibon that is the perfect size since the regular buns are too much. It only sets you back $2.81. They also offer other items like the Pecanbon, Cinnabonstix and coffee beverages. There was no wait and the lady who took my order was pretty friendly. I drove out of my way to get my free bday coupon redeemed and buy a big box to being home - and when I showed it to the woman behind the counter she made a face - said something in Spanish to the other woman working there - and flat out said no we don't do that here. Will NOT be back! The girl who came to help us would not speak up so we had to ask multiple times what she was saying. Didn't seem like she was happy we interrupted her other task. Got a mini and normal size cinnamon roll and sat down. The mini was fine however, my normal size roll was not cooked at all with the exception of the outer piece. All uncooked dough! So I threw it away and left. As we were walking out my girl pints to my rear end and says there is stuff all over it. We look closer and it is the cinnamon filling. The chairs had obviously not been wiped down in a while. I don't expect high levels of service from Cinnabon but wow the one thing you sell should be done right, and it doesn't hurt to clean the area in which your customers sit and eat. I called today simply asking if they offer gift cards and the employee first answered and said "Hello?" And then I followed by asking if it was in fact Cinnabon I was on the phone with. He then rudely said, "yes it is, you called here" I was just confirming if the number I called was actually Cinnabon because he didn't said so like you hails always when you answer the phone at a business. I haven't actually tried the Las Vegas cinnabon but I'm reviewing their cinnamon rolls. They are delicious. Just the right amount of cinnamon and the icing is melt in your mouth good. This was the most ridiculous customer service experience I've ever had. After the first girl who was in the middle of taking my order walks off into space like she had been called back to Mars the second employee walks back up to the register and they talk for 5 seconds, I assume she tells her my order then she proceeds to put it into the register she takes my center of the roll out and asks me if I wanted it warmed I replied asking if it was cold she feels it and then puts it in the microwave. Then I asked to add two small drinks she goes to get them and does a large I tell her I wanted a small so she changes it, then she gets me a Diet Coke and a Sprite when I asked for a Diet Coke and a regular Coke then she changes those, I stood there politely as she started to get annoyed. Not once did I ask for Sprite I don't even drink Sprite and she acts like I had just changed my mind. I walk over to get straws after paying while she gets my "two center of the rolls" I come back over to grab the bag which has 1 large cinnamon roll!!
