This was my first time at this location, but the coffee quality was good and they had a lot to choose from. I just got an iced coffee, but it was ready quick! I met friends there and was disappointed at the small amount of seating inside as it was busy and not many seats. The woman working the register was pleasant, it just seemed a lot for one person. She told us about flavorings and how they only do powders and not syrups. Overall, the coffee was good, just expensive and very busy for a late afternoon. read more

Employees display an arrogant and unfriendly attitude toward customers. I visited this location on Father's Day and had a very disappointing experience. The staff showed little interest in helping customers, and the overall customer service was unacceptable. My riding partner and I stopped in for a post Red Rock bike ride, coffee, and chance to catch up. It's impossible to "chat" on a ride when the wind gusts are 40+mph, what were we thinking?! My pumpkin spice latte was delicious (with1/2 the sugar) and my partner enjoyed her dark roast coffee in a ceramic mug. I love that you have that option. Coffee always feels and tastes better served that way. IMO. The staff was great and the highlight of our visit was JP , he took care of us as if we were longtime regulars, and it was our first visit!! The inside of this space is adequate, on the smaller side, but cute, cozy and simply designed with minimalist detail. The selection of accessories, such as coffee, cups, and other tools was plentiful and visible as soon as you walked in. My only suggestion and it's not just this business, it's that way with all of the menu options add other locations, the boards with all of the offerings, seem very " busy" and hard to make sense of. Walked in and one person working register and the other in the back on break. Okay. Ordered our drinks. Lady came in after us and got her drink before our 2. We had asked for a pup cup. She said, yeah no worries. After 6 minutes we asked again and the girl was like, yeah. After waiting a total of 12 minutes with no one in the drive through or coming in we left. Additionally, it's really sad when you get charged for no ice and get extra ice. So I didn't even get the correct drink I was charged for and not even a full cup of coffee. read more

I went through the drive thru to grab a vanilla cold brew and a dark chocolate muffin. The cold brew was strong and contained the right amount of ice. However, I was not particularly special compared to other brands. The chocolate muffin was rich with a crispy exterior and moist interior. Had a drive thru order and because I'm so sensitive to caffeine I asked for the pure dark chocolate and immediately when I took a sip I knew it had caffeine. It was extremely strong. I also asked for my bagel toasted and it was not thoroughly toasted, my breakfast sandwhich was not that appetizing and had just a huge chunk of egg. I came today and the young lady helping me informed me that the drink I ordered, with oat milk, did indeed contain dairy because of other ingredients. normally I have to ask detailed questions to arrive at this information and often times, the sales associates dont even know! this girl was ON IT. and I'm super appreciative so thank you! she even went above and beyond and told me to taste the latte before I drove off so that I can make sure I liked it. I don't come here often as I'm not a fan of their powders and high calorie drinks, yet I decided to pay this place a visit today and am so glad I did. I decided to come in because the app sent me a $5 for any large drink deal. I am lactose intolerant and all their powdery drinks have dairy in them...boo. I asked the lady at the drive thru what I could order that would be tasty and seasonal yet without the dairy. She was so nice and helpful at giving me options, which I super appreciated! This location makes the best drinks. Their orders are accurate and you get through the drive-through fast. I haven't had the complete same experience in the store but 99% of the time, I'm going through the drive-through. Thank goodness there was no line and ordered a large hot spiced vanilla chai tea. The service was fast and the girl at the window was really sweet. The barista was coughing and I felt really uncomfortable. His coughs sounded wheezing. I wanted to get a bagel but instead, I got a sandwich that's already wrapped so he didn't need to touch it. I had brought my own coffee mug. I used sanitizer in my car immediately. Sorry for feeling sick but if I am a manager, I would send anyone home especially if someone has wheezing coughs. This place has some really delicious tea. I've always been satisfied before, but this time I ordered the largest size, and the tea tasted watered down and bland. It seems like the bigger size just dilutes the flavor too much. If you're going to order, stick to the regular size. It's definitely the best way to enjoy the full flavor of the tea. read more

They close at 7pm but stop taking orders by 6:00pm. This is consistent and happens very often. Anytime after 6pm, they feel like they want to close an hour early. I understand if a customer comes in 1 minute before closing is unacceptable. But an hour or 30 minutes before closing? An example was on 8/30/24 between 6:35-6:45pm. Managers check your drive thru cameras. All the damn time. You should just close at 6pm you lazy punks! read more

The staff is very nice and attentive. But the music is painfully bad, there's no vibe in the space so it's not a good work environment.

It's always interesting to me when I go to a place like this and end up falling in love with it for two reasons. The first being that I don't drink coffee of any sort, and the second reason being that I very rarely drink any form of tea that isn't from David's Tea. My girlfriend has been ranting and raving about this place for a while so when she pulled into the drive through to place her order and I noticed that they had a cookies and cream ice blended drink that I could get without any caffeine, I was pretty darn excited and ended up ordering a large. This review is solely based on the drink itself since It's kind of hard to review a place when you go through the drive through, but what I can say is that the drive through was super quick and the employee working it was polite and friendly. The cookies and cream drink itself was absolutely perfect! The flavour was excellent, the ice was excellent, and it was overall just a perfect cookies and cream drink. Overall, I now see why my girlfriend loves this place so much and I will definitely be returning in the future when I see one of these. I highly recommend trying this place over another Starbucks location and seeing what the hype is about! read more
