AMAZING, FAST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Fastest and best customer service I've ever experience at any Starbucks location by far! First time at this location. We were in the area and stopped by because of their, buy a refresher and bakery item and get 40 stars promo. Walked in on a Saturday afternoon just before 3pm. The gentleman greeted us right away as we walked up to the counter. We ordered 3 drinks and 2 bakery items. One of the refreshers came out and I noticed it was a different color. I asked the gentleman at the pick up area about it because I was expecting purple for the mango dragonfruit. He informed me it was the pineapple passion fruit. I must have accidentally said the wrong fruit and/or got the name wrong at the register. The gentleman than asked if I would like to still try it and they'd make a new one. I said sure and let him know we had just ordered another one also and O may have said the wrong name as well. He said they would make both drinks as mango dragon fruit instead. The first one I originally ordered regular water, the second one I ordered it with lemonade. I didn't get a chance to let him know before he went to make the drinks, but when he placed the drinks on the counter, he mentioned one was lemonade and one was regular. Awesome! Nearly every business these days... especially restaurants... is struggling with staffing, and the results are so visible in the level of service & cleanliness we were used to seeing from places before the pandemic & staffing problems hit us. This Starbucks is definitely one of the casualties of the understaffing. My visit was during the afternoon, and as per usual, the place was packed with customers. But sadly, there was a lot less staff than usual, and the speed of service & cleanliness of the cafe all suffered. However, they absolutely deserve 5 stars because the staff that were actually there were doing the absolute best they can and doing it with smiles on their faces. Haven't been super impressed with this starbucks in the past, it tends to be slow but my orders have been mostly made ok... until today. I did a mobile order for a Trenta frozen pineapple lemonade which is a $7 drink with tax. I ordered and arrived in under 5 minutes. I know I could go back and have this drink remade but I was on my way to an appointment and didn't have time. This is how the drink was given to me (see photo) I know the closest Starbucks from this location is either down rainbow or blue diamond but I might just have to switch. Conveniently located in the Mountain's Edge Marketplace on the corner of Blue Diamond and S Buffalo Drive sits STARBUCKS (insert heart eyes emoji). I ordered through the Starbucks mobile app and used the drive thru to pick up my order for this particular visit. It was so effortless and easy so I have absolutely no complaints on the process. Be prepared to wait in a line with a train of cars ahead of you. This location, as with pretty much every other Starbucks location, tends to get busy. However, the line does quickly move because the baristas inside the shop have quick feet. When I got to the order "window" I went ahead and let them know that I was picking up a mobile order under my name. The individual who greeted was so enthusiastic and I absolutely appreciated that. The thing with my orders, 9 out of 10 times, is I tend to make complicated orders. With that being said, I honestly wouldn't want to be the one to get the "privilege" of making my drink. Haha. As soon as I got to the pick up window my order was ready and looked and tasted EXACTLY as I had expected it to. The barista that handed me over the drink through the window was so nice and you could feel their smile through the mask. This wasn't my first visit to this location and each time I've gone I have been shown nothing short of excellent customer service. I'd totally recommend this location to anyone wanting to get their Starbucks fix. This is my local and closest Starbucks and is a complete disappointment. I know that every single time i come through and I'm asked what I would like to order, the person taking the order will ultimately apologize and ask me to repeat it. I don't understand how someone can ask what you would like and literally check out.. and then come back and say I'm sorry can you repeat that or they repeat something back that is not at all close to what I ordered. Just very poor customer service The food is inconsistent, I'm back in line again to tell them they have me a Luke warm bacon Gouda sand which. My drinks are often messed up having to come through again and get it fixed. Sometimes the tickets say crazy things.. One time, I was given iced lattes, and when I said They were supposed to be hot the person at the window asked me what Roast I wanted.. and I was like.. I didn't order hot coffee. I ordered a latte hot. Perhaps this Starbucks needs another to open to take some of the volume away. But if any other coffee shop that could be decent opened up near me, I would never frequent this one again. I used to have a $300 a month coffee budget for Starbucks. I was obsessed. But, now, I try not to come through as much. The frustration of what Starbucks has become has made me start buying coffee and just making it at home. Every time I come through I regret it. I am not in my happy place until "after" that first cup. Either is the rest of the world either, lol. The happy crew here at Starbucks makes it possible, in fact, very early for us that seek caffeine at all times do not have to travel any further than needed for coffee. This store is a new fixture out here in a sprawling area that is growing beyond leaps. The employees are engaging and enthusiastic about their choice of careers. Never have I been judged or treated wrong. A smile is always on the face of the barista as you reach for your order. The employees will come to know whom you are if you frequent the store a lot. I am blessed to find such care with my coffee and how they deal with my precious answer that I use to lift my spirits. Most Starbucks are friendly and fast and that's the issue that I have. You feel like a corporate number that has to be dealt with swiftly and sent along on your merry way. The staff here, if that drink takes a little longer; so be it. We're gonna make sure all the customers feel welcomed and loved no matter how long it takes. My husband and I were in Starbucks on June 5, 2023 between 3:14pm to around 5:15pm. We were sitting in the middle of the store. My husband had his back to the register and I had my back to the front entrance, we both had our computers out. While we were in the store, 5 or 6 teenage kids came in shirtless, shoeless and screaming profanities at each other. They were yelling, using incredibly vulgar language and pulling all of the food products out of the fridge section with no intention to buy anything. They asked the cashier for large waters, one for each of them, and each of them were given water. They were heading out of the store, from my husbands view he saw them line up, waters in hand and say "Ready, go!". Before I knew it I was hit in the head with a water cup, 2 large water cups soaked our computers and us. I couldn't see the screen of my computer clearly because of how much water was on it. We were startled and overwhelmed by what had happened. The whole store acknowledged the incident and asked us if we were okay. The Starbucks staff said nothing and started mopping up the mess. Nobody contacted the police or their managers to ask for help with the situation that had just occurred. On June 7th my husband and I went into the Starbucks to ask for the manager. The manager, Andrew, was acting very uncomfortable and pretended like he didn't know what we were talking about. Suddenly after we explained more about the story, he knew what we were talking about. Andrew focused his concerns on Starbucks making sure the people who threw the water wouldn't come into his store again. Never once did he ask if I was okay, if the computers were okay. We asked for the police report and incident report. There was no police report because the police were taking too long to answer so the shift lead hung up because he got tired of waiting. Andrew told us we were not allowed to have access to the incident report with out the district managers approval. We then asked for video footage, we weren't allowed to have that either. He casually lead us to the door so he could be done talking to us, he got our phone numbers and told us he would call us the next day with answers from the district manager. June 9th, still no answers, I call the Starbucks help line, explain the story and demand answers. Arial, who was very helpful, told me she would reach out to the high priority escalation team because this was a real problem. I was told I'd be reached out to within the next 48 hours via email. June 13th, I get an email from Starbucks asking for feedback on how the situation was handed. TERRIBLE, NO ANSWERS STILL. June 19th, my husbands computer no longer works. We take it to a computer repair shop and they tell us it is due to water damage. We have to pay over $1,500 for a NEW COMPUTER. We call the Starbucks help line again, they said our case number (CS1154658) WAS CLOSED because it had been resolved. Nothing was resolved though and nothing was handled at all. We got another case number today and we were told again someone will reach out to us and make it right. Starbucks something needs to be done about this. We have to buy 2 BRAND NEW LAPTOPS because of something that happened in your store. You served people that were shirtless, shoeless and causing problems. Loyal customers were hurt, vandalized and $4,000 worth of property was ruined and nothing has been done about it. read more

So, today before taking the kids to the park I needed my basic ass PSL as I do every fall lol. The drive thru was bananas so I left the hubby and kids in the car and went inside. It's always so refreshing to walk in because it's clean, and you're immediately greeted. I wish I would have gotten their names, but the female barista who took my order was so pleasant. I noticed she as well as a few others were wearing special Grunt Style shirts (if you know you know). I asked her about it and she mentioned that her manager was a vet and they were allowed to wear the red shirts on Fridays. I was very impressed. The manager was busy, but I had to stop him for a second and thank him for her services as well as allowing his team to show their pride and appreciation for him, all of our other vets and our amazing country.
