My child enjoyed the mini hot dog pretzels they offered with a side of cheese sauce. They were served warm and tasted freshly made. This was a decent snack option in the mall. Service was fast and minimal. We found seating at a nearby bench.

Auntie Anne's pretzels is a favorite snack of mine to get while walking through the mall. I usually go for the pretzels and cheese dip, but today landed on the cinnamon sugar pretzel bites with a lemonade. They both were good and held me over until I was able to grab some lunch.

This is supposed to be a snack, I feel like I'm paying for a whole meal. They didn't have a cinnamon pretzel. They only had the bites I think they do this on purpose so they can charge the higher price item. Because I asked to have a pretzel and she pretended she didn't understand me like she didn't know what I was talking about so my only option was to get the bites The bites were already not that great. The only thing that was decent was the frozen strawberry. Not coming here again, especially if I can't get what I actually wanted to buy.

Hot, soft, buttered, fluffy goodness. I take mine with yellow mustard. One bite and you'll be lost in immediate peace! We have to grab these moments and enjoy them when we can. Right now is my moment. Mmmmm! Yummy delicious goodness! Decided to switch it up today and try some beautiful carbs to burn through instead of cupcakes or ice cream! Either way a good pretzel hot and fresh is always an answer to caloric goodness! It's never a bad decision; even if you eat the whole pretzel like I did! The store this morning was all quiet on the Southern Front and when I wandered up I frightened the store clerk behind the counter! I'm sure that she does not see many customers this early in the morning. Here I am and she motioned to me that she would be with me after a moment. She was making fresh new soft pretzels as I stood there watching. She slung that dough and formed it into nicely shaped pretzels perfectly! What a pro! Today I decided to have one of the original flavors of pretzels with no salt. I went with no salt since she was working on making those. I did not want to wait! But heck it's all good they are open and it's 9am. Gotta love Vegas for continuity and consistency. Most such establishments one cannot get a pretzel from before 10 am. The customer service was excellent here as she apologized for not having any salt ready. I told her that it was not necessary I prefer no salt anyways. The unsalted pretzel was so warm as she handed it to me! Not too hot not cold! The right balance. As I took that first bite the mix of the salt and butter was all I needed to move into that one moment of peace and tranquility if even for just a small amount of time. Taking time to enjoy the small things I guess is what they call this. I was in the zone with my fresh, delicious, hot, and unsalted pretzel and enjoying the small moment that I could achieve this zen in my life. Kudos to my new Auntie Anne for having the best pretzels. What a way to stack up the carbs? The service here is amazing and oh so friendly. Thanks for being open this early in the morning and having employees that are alert and diligent! As a customer one could ask for no more! I know now where to come to achieve that little piece of zen. The simple things in life are the greatest they say. Come and celebrate yours with a hot, soft, and fluffy pretzel!

COVID review. I ordered online and picked up my order. All employees had masks on, however the stand is in the mall and many customers around the stand were not wearing masks correctly. Ordering and pick up was quick and easy. The food was pretty good, heavy on the butter grease but I liked that. The cheese dip makes the pretzel amazing. I would suggest checking out this place at least once. It is a little on the expensive side but everything was tasty.

    Amazing snack

Mecah was so nice, she saved my life from no flavor to flavor city! She also gave us some amazing free samples

What should be highly recommended are comfortable shoes to stand in, a chair to eat while in line before your food gets cold, and a fan because you're going to leave this place smelling like bbq. Pro tip: there is a sign for drinks. That is NOT a drink line despite a line being under that sign. I can tell you that after standing in it for 5 mins and realizing nobody was being served drinks. Drinks are at the register. Also, Orange = Jarritos. Not orange juice. Oh, but the reviews are so good. The meat is so soft. No. Not at all. Chewy. Flavorless. Thrown in your face by the Cook. Not a chef, a cook. There is no greeting. There is no thank you. There is no Customer Service. Did I mention that this place is full of drunk people? I mean, at least they're all nice. :) The door is dirty when you walk in. Drinks are spilled because the drunk people can't balance themselves. Parking stalls are tight. All done ordering? Go check out. That might be the last line that you stand in. And when you get to the counter and you order small drinks and you finish paying, be prepared to be yelled at by someone who speaks only Spanish because apparently they don't sell small drinks here. Not sure why, but the cashier (who also only spoke Spanish) gave me water cups when I asked to purchase small sodas. What a visit!! I haven't started eating yet and I've been humiliated with a crowd of people staring at me, thinking I "stole" soda. Nobody wants to complain, which is partly why motivated me to write this - to tell you it wasn't just me. Some people love this place. This isn't for me.

"Yes. Yes I am." The breading and the jalapeno give off a hit of spice to the face, but the cream comes in to give you a small reprieve. Everytime I come here I'm just so (somehow) surprised at how good the food and service is. It is my favorite place to eat right now in all of Las Vegas, even though money is tight. But today, with the $20 Lunch trio specials, we got spoiled today. The chips, the table side guac, the complimentary peach margaritas as you walk in - all top shelf and great. I'm just in love.

Dinner came with a free sample of mango margarita which I ordered because it was delicious. Took away a half point because the beans and rice weren't good to me. The beans had some sort of sweet flavor and the rice was plain but everything else was great. I tried the Mole enchiladas which was a risk since I am only accustomed to having Mole straight from Mexico and I cleaned the plate! There is a pasta that the server recommended to my cousin that she said people always skip over and it was yummy. She got it with lobster and I would try it with chicken, the sauce is addictive. I will be back for the Sunday brunch, I like to be able to try lots of things at once and everything was so fresh. Take the kids too even if picky eaters, lots of kid friendly options plus they have cotton candy. Both times the service was 10/10. I think if your looking for an elevated Mexican food experience, Fletcha will meet your expectations.

Why don't they put these options on the actual menu?! I would have definitely ordered the lettuce wrap and tried the Animal Style fries if I had known. Overall, great food, friendly staff, and an impressive drive-thru setup. I'll definitely be back--I just wish they made some of those popular menu options a little less "secret"!

The fries were hot, crispy on the outside and just salty enough (but I still added more). Exactly what I hoped it would be and gave me the energy to drive back to LA after a concert.
