DISCRIMINATORY & RACIST TREATMENT -- REFUSED SERVICE I've been coming to Nothing Bundt Cakes for years, and I have never experienced treatment like this. Tasha was extremely rude and dismissive, and refused to service me unless I provided documentation proving my dog was a service animal. I felt discriminated against and racially profiled by the way I was treated. Being refused service and spoken to this way was completely unacceptable and humiliating. I have supported this business for years and have never had anyone treat me with this level of disrespect. I will be taking my business elsewhere. There are plenty of other bakeries that will gladly accept my business and treat their customers with dignity and respect. Who doesn't love bunt cakes? It's great for a little sweet treat or if you are celebrating something. My top favorites are the white chocolate raspberry, strawberries and cream, and the red velvet. Some of the flavors I feel like are on the sweeter side and have too much stuff in them that it makes them overwhelming. Their seasonal items are a hit or miss since I feel as though majority of them are too sweet. This is best stored in the refrigerator and then you can leave it out for a couple hours to soften up and it's just good as new. I appreciate that the frosting that they use is cream cheese based which is super tasty, rich, and decadent without it being fake. read more

Lately, it's been for buy one / get one free bundtlets, which is a great deal! I usually take the survey and go back again and again for BOGO mini cakes! The flavors stay the same, but there's always one or two seasonal flavors that rotate monthly. No matter how many different ones I try, I always seem to go back to the Strawberry (which is my all-time favorite). I'm not a big fan of the red velvet because it includes chips that I think make it too sweet. The vanilla is classic but bland. The reason for the star reduction is I had ordered for my husband many times to only put the middle dalop of frosting on top for him as the icing is too sweet for his taste. After doing this for so long I get a call from the store and was told "corporate" won't allow them to do this any more. Now what I'm surprised about is I can get regular icing, extra icing, no icing, but I can't get less icing? I redeemed it and chose two flavors, their seasonal pumpkin spiced and GF lemon raspberry. I love their bundtlets because it's the perfect sharing size for two people or if I'm feeling sweet it's something that I can savor over 2-3 days. Both were delicious and so moist. I've always wanted to try one of these bundts as I've heard they're so good, and I'm really glad I finally did. I got a lemon one and it was really, really delicious and fresh. You might imagine they have a "mass produced" taste, but they don't. They taste like they are home made and they were soft and moist and super yum. The portion is ever so slightly big for one sitting, but not too sweet. The service in this store was good. They served everyone in good time and were friendly enough. They charge another $1 for a fork (which you imagine should just automatically come with your cake purchase, but alas, they don't). I used to order from Nothing Bundt Cakes pretty regularly when I lived in CA, but this was my first time using this location here is Vegas, and the taste was still good but I'm sad to report, customer service wasn't so great. I ordered online yesterday and came in to pick up my dozen bundtinis today. The young gentleman at the register asked for my name and then quietly looked confused for a while, then without saying anything else to me went to talk to another girl who worked there. She then came up to me and said "No, that order was already picked up!" I replied to her that they must have given it to the wrong person, that I was the only one who knew about my order, it was a surprise for my husband's birthday. She told me she would re-check and went to the back. The guy who originally helped me avoided looking at me and another girl who worked there just stared at me with a frown on her face the rest of the time -- that was weird and uncomfortable...it wasn't my fault you gave my order away...Anyways, The girl who went to check the back returned about 5 minutes later and just said "I can remake the order but it'll be 10 minutes." I said ok. They were already paid for and I really needed them for the birthday party tonight. She went to the back, and I stood with my kids waiting. She emerged about 15minutes later with my order. She showed them to me and I confirmed with her that there were still two that were gluten free, She showed me which ones were gluten free and then closed the box. And that was it, I left with them. Not one of the workers apologized to me for the mix up during that time. Not one of them asked to see my order confirmation at any point -- No wonder they're giving away orders to the wrong people....the system and attitudes at this location need work. I received a coupon for buy one get one free bundt cake. I wasn't able to use the coupon online for some reason and went to get it in store. The lady in front of me had the same issue. The cashier told her that this location doesn't do the special offer this month but she will honor it. It was my turn... Fantastic experience as a first-time customer! I needed cupcakes (or something similar) for a party and after some searching, I found Nothing Bundt Cakes to be the best option for quality and price. Originally, I wanted something vegan but the prices I was seeing were truly just too steep for my liking but honestly, I'm glad I went with Nothing Bundt Cakes because they were a huge hit! I ordered two dozen of the mini Bundt cakes in three different flavors and opted for the addition of pink and red roses on top. I was only able to try the red velvet and chocolate and holy heck... beyond delicious! I also ordered the strawberries and cream which I know were a favorite because they were the first ones gone. I ordered online two days in advance and the online ordering process was a breeze. I had a friend pick them up in the store so I could do some last minute party planning and my friend said there were zero issues with picking up the order. She was just asked to sign a receipt and she was on her way. I will definitely consider Nothing Bundt to be an option in the future for any occasion!
