    Good but not great!
    Anthony P.

The one person working here was rude. Very short temper with an attitude. My wife and our friend asked for a request of little icing and one with extra icing. She ignored them and just gave them the total. I paid unknowingly that the request were not filled and the women just walked away. When we called for her she would not come out from the back room. We were not rude in anyway. Maybe she was just having a bad day and did not want to be at work. Whatever her reasoning it's just bad customer service. The taste of the cinnamon buns were okay, a little dry. Not what I expected from a chain location.

Cinnabon has great cinnamon buns, no doubt. Today I ordered a small cup of their coffee, put in two creamers, and ended up with a cup full of coffee tinted creamer. The server was nice enough to dump the coffee and provide me with a fresh cup. This time I used one creamer and it was still a bit much. This is the weakest cup of coffee I have had since having a cup at the buffet at the Excalibur in Las Vegas a few years ago. I called their beverage coffee flavored water. Cinnabon has a version that is close to that description.

The cinnamon roll must be so high in calories, but so good. It makes a great treat. The coffee wasn't bad.

This Cinnabon is located inside the Harrahs Casino/Hotel in Laughlin. It's also conveniently located between registration and the elevators to your room. In other words, there's no missing this place. This could be a big problem for me. However, the biggest problem with a place like Cinnabon is me. I could only walk by a Cinnabon a handful of times before I give in. I know nothing is good for you here, but when it's located right near the hotel elevators, how could you resist? I love the smell of Cinnabon, especially in the mornings. If you happen to stay on the 2nd floor, you can just about smell the fresh cinnamon and melted icing. I don't have a sweet tooth, but when I comes to their classic, their centers, and even their iced coffees my diet goes out the door. I will sometimes eat so clean all day long for my Cinnabon treat that I'm going to have right before I head to my room. My only gripe is the service. Not the friendliest employees working here behind the counter. It's a good thing that Cinnabon sells itself.

Do not waste your time. Overpriced, crappy product. Owner doesn't care either. She owns this one and the one at the Riverside.

Paid over $7 for a cup of coffee. What is happening over there? That is absolutely robbery.

I've never been to a Cinnabon that was bad. This one just like all the rest was amazing.

It was yummy and fresh. The girls working didn't seem to care at all. But you can't go wrong with a Cinnabon

Overpriced and wasn't that great. I've had it before from other locations but this place was not good. Plus customer service was horrible.

The bright pink decor and all of the artwork on the walls really stand out and give the place a fun, unique vibe. There was a small line when I arrived, which gave me a chance to check out all the different donuts they had to offer. They also have coffee and other refreshing drinks. There were so many options to choose from, but since I was by myself, I only needed one donut. That actually made the decision harder because everything looked so good! I was debating between the "Fudging Love You" and the "Love my PB&J" Peanut Butter & Jelly, but the cashier helped me make the choice and I went with the chocolate one. It had a cheesecake filling and was so rich, sweet, and filling. If you don't like really rich desserts, that probably isn't the donut for you! Also, the size of these donuts are great. Definitely easy to share! They also have plenty of classic donut options and some great package deals, especially considering they're in a tourist area. Overall, I really enjoyed my first visit and would definitely recommend stopping by if you're in Laughlin and need a sweet treat. It's a great place to satisfy that sweet tooth while you're out enjoying the casinos!
