Horrible! Do not go there for ice cream. It's very expensive. I got a small cup of whatever it was and my husband got a cup it was $20. for ice cream that wasn't even good! Go to Target you could get at least 3 gallons for that price. read more

Ice cream was watery, their restaurant was very hot. The service was trash. The employee gave us such terrible attitude and acted as if we were such an inconvenience to her. She put my ice cream on the stone she then mixed it once and threw it into a cup. We were there on aug 29th 2023 around 6:00pm. I do not recommend. read more

I absolutely love Cold Stone! Whenever it comes time for gift exchanging, everyone knows that I will enjoy a Cold Stone gift card. On a typical day, I'll order a 'Like It' of just the cake batter ice cream. On a not-so-typical day, I'll order a 'Gotta Have It' Cake Batter Remix. It is to die for! Cold Stone has the traditional flavors (mint chocolate chip, chocolate, etc.). But they also have some other flavors in you're in the mood for something a little bit different! Wow. Just wow! I don't know why I don't come here everyday. Well, it could be the prices are a bit high BUT it's because the ice cream is creamy as hell (hence Cold Stone Creamery) and tastes amazing. The employees are nice and put up with my indecisiveness since I may have taken a bit longer because I was overloaded with eye-tastic mouth watering diabetic in a bite ice cream and other yummy items. I ended up getting something off the wall (literally it was on the left hand side wall) --for cookies & Cream. It was good the cookies and cream ultra sweet taste (from normal ice cream) wasn't over powering and I got to really taste each element of the ice cream. It was nummy. I've been watching chopped so I'm trying their "lingo" :D I got a large and was munching on it for like three days. YUM. I intend to go back. Probably today if things work out well. The hubby got a strawberry shake and oh man I wished I ordered that too. It's similar to the ones at wienerschnitzel but its a hundred times better and you can get larger sizes. Overall, very pleased and can't wait to go back! And I don't understand why the employees have to sing if they get a tip. The dude said people get mad if they don't sing. I think that's crappy to make them do that. I'd tell them to suck it if they made me sing a jingle for every tip I got. He asked me if I wanted him to sing I told him not to worry about it. Plus I think it would draw to much attention to me and I am shy in public and don't like the center stage feeling. They have a PB &J ice cream that I think sounds delicious. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!? We have gotten a Cold Stone cake for our nana's birthday for the past 5-6 years. They've always been a little pricey ( around $25.00 for the smallest one, approx 6") but She loves them, so I don't mind spending a little more. When I went in to get her cake I was told they no longer keep them in the front display cooler, they're kept in the back freezer. I was handed a 2 sided sheet with all of the cake flavors and photos to chose from. There were no prices or any pricing information on the sheet but having ordered several in the past, I knew approximately how much it would be. I chose the cake and the very nice girl working was happy to put a personal message on the cake for us. She did a great job and we tipped her well. When she went to ring me up and told me that tiny cake was a whopping FORTY DOLLARS I almost had a heart attack. When I asked if there was a mistake, that cake usually costs around $25.00 and that price increase was completely ridiculous. THAT IS A 60% PRICE INCREASE. She told me the owner of the franchise raised the prices. Still upset when I got home, I googled the Cold Stone cake prices. Every one I saw was $25.00-28.00 ( depending on location) for the small round cake. The owners of the Bullhead City Cold Stone Creamery should be ashamed of themselves for price gouging. To take advantage of the people in your own community like that is repulsive. I will never ever step foot into that location again. A 60% price increase should be criminal. Greedy owners. OVERPRICED AND UNDERWHELMING. No kidding..3 "standard creations" No Additional add ins One being a Horribly Stale waffle cone with Not what they stated around it. One of the treats was a Single Small scoop of ice cream and the other 2 were standards on menu board. We paid TWENTY DOLLARS for That..then Depending on Who makes the order determined the size of?? Both were the largest size but they were Sooo disproportionate in size. Factor in Less than Courteous Service a "taste" that is no more than.a Drip on tongue and its a Wrap. For 20$$ we could have gotten So much more and Better Quality Elsewhere. Try Sonic ot frankly the supermarket. read more

My husband took my kids here tonight, and simply requested clean scoops for my sons ice cream because he has a severe nut allergy and if the scoops had previously been in an ice cream that contained nuts/peanut butter he would have to be hospitalized. The staff not only got a clean scoop for him, but (without asking) opened a brand new container of the flavor he wanted in case it had been previously contaminated by a scoop..... this is more than we have ever asked for and it was so great to hear that they were so understanding!! I've had instances at other places where they seem put out by our request for just a clean scooper...... if a place is real busy we will go somewhere else so we aren't a bother..... it's refreshing to know that they understand and not only fulfill our request, but went above and beyond to make sure my son was safe to enjoy their ice cream!! read more
