The cake was scheduled to be delivered at 12:00. I had to take time from my family to call and inquire about the delivery at 1:15. When the cake was cut it had obviously been frozen as the butter had seized and crumbled when cut. This beautifully decorated and tasty cake presented as a complete mess. When the bride and groom cut the cake, chunks of frosting fell away. Ruined our pictures completely. We won't look at those pictures and remember that the cake tasted good, but what a let-down you provided for us. I do plan to return again some day and try the Kofta Kebab or Mixed Grill Plate from the "Entree" section since these still come with rice but everyone should be avoiding the "Specialties" plates as these are poorly executed and severely overpriced.
