    Classic Cinnabon Roll
    Christian M.

Having been a childhood favorite of mine, I decide to turn back time and treat myself to a Classic Cinnamon roll. As I eagerly waited in line to place my order, I looked at the variety of sweets they had on display. Turns out they now sell the center of the roll, which consists of bite-sized pieces of baked sweet dough featuring Makara Cinnamon and brown sugar, smothered with cream cheese frosting. I had to contain myself from order one of everything. Ironically, this proved to be rather easy due to the fact that the line was stagnant. It just wouldn't move, I've been the third customer in line for the past 30 minutes! Finally, I reached the cashier and placed an order for a Classic roll. Fortunately, the employee was nice enough to let me pick out the roll I want which is why I'm giving this review an extra star for great customer service. All in all, my trip down memory lane was good. The roll didn't taste freshly made and was lacking that thick luster white frosting coating I loved. Still it was okay, but not worth the $4.49. Sadly, I won't be back anytime soon, hopefully the next experience is more on par with my first time experiencing a cinnamon roll at Cinnabon.

This Cinnabon location at Dolphin Mall in Miami is a well managed Cinnabon location that is reliable and consistent. Everything here is very delicious and well prepared and available when you need it. The staff here is very efficient at getting everything together when you are on the move.

Waiting for our flight. Smelled Cinnabons and began to crave one. Employee was quick. Our Cinnabons were warm but didn't taste all that fresh. I still enjoyed my favorite part of the bun, the middle. Went through a sugar coma for awhile. The buns are huge so you may want to share one.

Really bad experience here. Cinnabons are served cold, not kept heated. Service is not good either.
