Any cinnabon venue is delicious! Its the staff the price amd venue is what will capture your attention. The actual cinnabon is AMAZING. I'm not too impressed with the sticks or the other styles they sell. The value is expensive for what you are actually getting. When I go to this venue it s a hit or miss with the staff. They don't seem too friendly. They are there "to do the job". And it makes me think if I REALLY WANT A CINNABON? This review is for their drinks specifically. The employees were simultaneously running three different restaurant menus, and I don't think they had any clue how to make any sort of drink. I ordered the tropical fruit chillatta. Almost tasted like there was disinfectant in my drink. Every sip produced a burning sensation at the back of my throat. Probably drank more than I should have. My brother had the oreo chillatta. Pretty much plain milk with a few sprinkles of crushed oreos. Sister ordered a cookie dough milkshake. They gave her a cookies and cream shake. It didn't even deserve to be called a shake. So sad. I wanted to poor it down the drain. There was little to no ice cream in it. Maybe they thought they could get away with just a teaspoon of ice cream. My sister pretty much drank a glass of watered down milk. Don't get any drinks from here. Ever. read more

This place doesn't even deserve a one star!!! I came by with a friend to check out their ice cream and asked a simple question about their options and the employee was so RUDE! She answered my question and walked away but I had another question so I said "excuse me another quick ques..." she turned around and rolled her eyes at me. I just wanted some ice cream but because of their lack of service I didn't want it from them! Honestly the service given by the employees is awful. They gave me a stale cinnabon . They also did not understand ANYTHING i told them for some reason I do not know if it was the language barriers but in the end they were simply rude. I do not recommend this location at all. read more
