The staff there was nice-- this has nothing to do about the area! It was the cookies, how SWEET they were. Each flavor tasted amazing but they were extremely sweet-- I love sweets but this was a bit too much for me. Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures of the cookies I got, but I do have the receipts from my history (and yes, I did go there a second time, but the flavors seemed so interesting and I thought maybe, just maybe they wouldn't be so sweet as last time ). I can never get tired of anything Oreo-flavored, and this week's Crumbl lineup was incredible! I just had to grab the Cookies & Cream Cake ft. OREO, and wow--I felt like I was in cookies-and-cream paradise. The cake was moist, soft, fluffy, and full of Oreo goodness. I ended up finishing the whole thing in one sitting because it was that good! It had Oreo pieces on top and throughout the cake, plus a rich Oreo cream cheese frosting and Oreo syrup filling. Since it was made with dark chocolate, it wasn't overwhelmingly sweet, which made it even better. What really surprised me was how beautiful the presentation was--it was layered and looked amazing. Today was my first time having Crumbl cookies ! I was in the area and wanted a sweet treat after a long day. My family loves Crumbl cookies. What they love most is the continuously changing flavors! This week, my favorite is the oatmeal cookie skillet and pink velvet cake. I also love the pumpkin flavored one a few weeks back. The cookies are rich and big. When we get them, we cut them into 8 slices! One sliver is plenty sweet and enough to fill a full cookies worth of craving! read more

Ordered cookies from here as an early Mother's Day gift. Cookies were delivered on time but were very messy. The cheesecake cookies stuck to the top of the box and the red velvet frosting was oozing off the sides. I also paid extra for a gift bow and sticker and the sticker wasn't fully on - it seemed like Someone tampered with the box. Not worth the extra buck - they didn't even write out the card message I asked for on the app. Never tasted the cookies so can't comment on whether or not they are good but they are certainly pricy and seem pretty thin. Had to come here to understand the hype as I often come to this shopping plaza to eat lunch during the weekdays. For a while, I was quite successful in resisting the temptation, but a Saturday afternoon visit proved too much to overcome. Ordering is quite simple on the iPads if you know what you want. For the first visit, I found it most appropriate to try the semi sweet chocolate chunk cookie (aka Chocolate Chip). Fortunately, the day was pretty quiet so I was able to get my cookie in about a minute. Can't go wrong with that speed. Full disclaimer: if you've ever been to Levain or even Chip City across NYC (or even NJ for Chip City), the cookies are effectively very similar. They're huge and thick. Almost cake/muffiny, but that's what you get when you come here. This isn't simply a flat cookie place.... you gotta go to other bakeries to look for that. For one, the cookie held up pretty well even after making a Trader Joes stop. I generally prefer my cookies not piping hot, so the pit stop gave me enough of a window for it to cool down a bit. Plenty of chocolate chips and not extremely sweet. I really adore the packaging as its very simple, but elegant. At $4.80/cookie, I simply can't come here often, but this could easily be an occasional treat every now and then. read more

Grabbed some cookie to go here after having dinner. The place has a nice, clean modern aesthetic. You can order on a touchpad machine or someone can take your order. It looks like they have 6 different cookie varieties at any given time. I tried the pumpkin cookie and chocolate chip. The pumpkin cookie had good flavor but I would say it had more of a cake or muffin like texture than a cookie like texture. It was topped with a cream cheese icing which was a little too sweet for me but gave the cookie the added sweetness it needed because the pumpkin cookie itself was not very sweet. The chocolate chip cookie is a must try here. It was very well executed with a slightly crunchy exterior and a soft and gooey interior. The cookies themselves are fairly large and I would say one should more than fill you up as a snack or dessert (especially with a big glass of milk). The first time I went here was around thanksgiving and the menu was all mini-pies. We had pecan, pumpkin, key lime, oreo... it was AMAZING. I wanted more but they had switched back to cookies. The cookies were ok, it kinda depends on what you like and what they have week to week. I wish I could get those pies though. One week they had a tres leches cake that was good, and another week there was a brookie- brownie/cookie thing, that I loved, but again, depends on what they have. Sheet hearing so much about this cookie company on social media, I was ecstatic to hear it opening up on the east coast. The variety of cookies rotate on a weekly basis which is quite unique. We had chocolate chip cookie, snickerdoodle, birthday cake, red velvet, frozen hot chocolate, and eggnog. Both the egg nog and birthday cake had icing on it that was a bit too sweet for our taste. Without the icing though, it was very good. All cookies were soft and dense, more like cake cookies. Each cookie is $4 but the size is pretty big. I cut each cookie into fourths and ate 2 pieces each time and it was enough. Since they are dense, they are pretty filling. The ordering process was very easy. There are monitors that you can place your order and pay and cookies were ready in about 5 minutes. Staff were friendly and location is very convenient - inside the North Brunswick shops. I was excited to finally try these cookies this weekend at their grand opening. I was shocked out many people they had working. Thankfully it was a quick and easy process. You can place your order on the iPads or at the counter if you have questions. The cookies come out quickly and the workers show you your order to confirm that is correct before they close the box. I heard mixed things about these cookies. I have to say the 6 we got were all good although it's very expensive. My favorite was the brownie buckeye, I think is what it was called. Great cookies. Hard working employees. They were doing the best they could with a really bad system. Seriously, props to them. Whoever manages this location needs to get their act together. I placed my order an hour in advance, and still waited inside for more than half an hour in their small, cramped lobby. Everyone looked upset and confused. I hate to give bad reviews, but this has to do with a health issue. I ordered some cookies the other day to sample amongst 4 of us. Delivery was fast and packaged beautiful. Unfortunately that's where it's ends 3 of the cookies were undercooked to where it gave 3 of us upset stomach cramps and the 4th vomiting. The cookies that were undercooked were the lemon blackberry, the classic pink sugar, and the apple pie. I think this place can be good but needs to revamp its cooking and handling procedures. read more

We've been here on two separate occasions and both times the wait was over 35 minutes even though we placed our order well in advance. The owner should stop being so cheap and hire more employees. You have 1 employee working on a busy Friday night, he is sweating bullets, literally dripping sweat, and the line is out the door. This happened both times we went here.
