It's insane to me the Jamba mobile app allows orders to be placed for locations that are out of the ingredients for said order, and the fact refunds can't be issued in-store is also insane. Part of the order subtotal included a 'service fee' for the running of the app?! Talk about a waste of money when the app can't even differentiate the viability of offered menu items at a given location.
