So to get straight to the point, I placed an order for pickup via the mobile app (2 smoothies and a chunky strawberry bowl) and upon my wife picking up the order, she was informed they were out of fruit for all their bowls and additionally was told they would be unable to handle a refund - supposedly it has to be done through Jamba's customer service. The girl also only gave my wife one of the two smoothies; my wife had to go back and they had it but didn't say anything I guess? It's insane to me the Jamba mobile app allows orders to be placed for locations that are out of the ingredients for said order, and the fact refunds can't be issued in-store is also insane. Part of the order subtotal included a 'service fee' for the running of the app?! Talk about a waste of money when the app can't even differentiate the viability of offered menu items at a given location. read more

I cannot believe how unprofessional this Jamba is. I came in with my daughter around 1-1:30pm on December 13th I came into the store and heard a women screaming at a teenage girl. I'm not sure if it was a manger of some kind but that is definitely not a way to talk to a worker let alone a human. I really did feel for the girl, her an her coworker who also looked young did not look okay, They were shaken up as well as myself. Someone needs to talk to that women to learn how to speak to others. I will not be returning to this Jamba again. read more

Jamba Juice just continues to surprise me each time I come back! I'm always surprised with the new twists that Jamba Juice brings. They always are trying out new flavors of smoothies to put on their menus, as well as different food items. Now they have acai bowls, and protein bowls. These would be perfect, refreshing goodies to have on a sunny day! They were giving out samples of their colada coolers. I like how friendly the staff here were. They encouraged us to take multiple samples and try each one. They are very talkative and answer any questions that you have. They are also great in making recommendations. I tried a sample of their new matcha flavored smoothie and fell in love. I knew that one was the one I should be getting. It's absolutely wonderful for matcha (green tea) lovers. You can definitely taste the green tea flavor, although it is a bit on the sweeter side. It tasted like a green tea dessert! It was really refreshing, easy to drink, and not too liquid-y or thick. One of my favorite tropical smoothies is the Caribbean Passion. It isn't too sweet and has a nice tartness to it. There are strawberries, peaches, passion fruit-mango and orange sherbet. It's a perfect blend of a medley of different fruits. I don't think it'll ever get old! The new look of their menu is easy to read and has all the important and necessary information on it. Really like the clean cut menu. Overall, fantastic smoothies and juices, lots of new options and really friendly staff at this location. Having a Jamba Juice on a hot day of outlet shopping is perfect. Great little stop to get something to drink so that you can fuel more shopping! read more

After arriving here at this outlet relatively late, 60min. to closing even isn't enough for a guy lol, and after window shopping/jumping in and out, got a bit thirsty but didn't want any pop, so saw this JJ right by the parking lot, and they were literally closed: lights dimmed out, things put away, but Jazmin was super nice to whip up the apple and greens in just a few minutes. I was absolutely stunned with the service here! When I first walked in, I was greeted with an enthusiastic worker. Her positive energy was contagious and immediately brightened up my day. She then offered me samples to try. WOW! Free sampling at Jamba Juice! I ordered the smoke house chicken flat bread with a 32oz smoothie (Special promotions on Thirsty Thursday! Get a 32oz for the price of an original. Free upgrade:)) I didn't have much expectations for food at Jamba Juice since it's a smoothie place after all, but I was completely wrong! Delicious flat bread! The combination of black beans, chicken and corn with a bites of sweetness. Yum! I highly recommend coming to this Jamba Juice if you are shopping at the Woodburn Company Stores. If not for the food, come here for their smoothies and their awesome service! read more

The service here is amazing. They are the most friendly people that go the extra mile for you. I wanted to order a simple lemonade but didn't see it in the menu. So I asked and they said they had it. As I was deciding on what else to order, they poured a sample of lemonade for me to taste. I asked if something could be done to make it less sour and they offered multiple different options. I was able to get a lemonade with coconut water, which was pretty good. They definitely took me aback with their exceptional service. Got the genius idea to go to Woodburn over a holiday weekend. It's boiling hot so i walk into Jamba Juice in hopes of getting a small cup of water for my 7 month old. The lady grabs me one and then tells me that'll be $.25. I told her I don't have any change-which I didn't-and then she tells me that they take card and won't hand me the cup until I hand her the card. As if I'm somehow going to grab the cup and run?? Also I'm sure she paid more in the fee for running my card than she actually made from that transaction. I didn't mind paying for the water but wow did she leave a bad taste in my mouth with the way she treated me.
