I sent the below email to the owner & all I was offered was excuses & 2 free classic old skool cinnamon rolls on my next visit. Clearly that won't be happening as I plan on not returning. I recommend not going here or placing a curbside pickup order unless you plan on waiting an hour & want to be disappointed. I'm writing due to a poor experience with your store on 3/27/2021 in regards to a curbside pickup order. l placed my order online at 6:58pm & selected the pick up time to be as soon as possible, to which the pickup email stated my order would be ready after 7:25pm. I arrived to the store at 7:28pm & placed a call to the store to let them know I arrived. The employee I spoke to said my order would be ready in 5-7 minutes because, "they were still working on my rolls." I found this to be really surprising considering I placed my order 30 minutes ago, my order only contained 6 rolls, & the pickup email stated my order would be ready at 7:25pm. As a waited in my vehicle, the 7 extra minutes passed that the employee stated they needed to complete my order, then another 10. I finally decided to Google this specific store while I waited in my vehicle to read the reviews to see what the heck was going on & to see if any others have experienced this. Unfortunately, I wasn't alone, & my order arrived 26 minutes after it was scheduled to be ready. I immediately asked the employee if a manager was available to speak to, & she stated there wasn't & that I could email the owner. I then expressed to her my concerns & was told, "we get really busy on Saturdays & like to ice the rolls fresh when we arrive." To say I am extremely disappointed & dissatisfied is an understatement. I have attached photos of the melted mess of cinnamon rolls I received and my receipt. I would like a full refund & do not plan on coming back seeing as this is a repetitive issue that the store was made aware of via the reviews I read & were responded to from 8+ months ago. Seeing as this issue hasn't been rectified exemplifies the lack of value your store has for its customers & a poor business model to continue & follow. EDIT: In response to company's reply - I first reached out to the company in hopes of it making the situation right. Clearly, offering me 2 free rolls at your establishment wouldn't fix the situation, as I stated in my email that I wouldn't be returning. As a result, I have left this review, and I never leave reviews, to let others know that this store doesn't truly care about the service or product it's providing to their customers. read more

You wouldn't guess the products are vegan just by eating them. Tried the old skool, regular cinnamon roll with frosting, and it was pretty good. Not quite Cinnabon status but pretty darn good. Others we tried were the Cookie Monster and Irish Coffee with cream. They were good, but be prepared for an overwhelming sweetness. Next time I think I would try creating my own and leave off the chocolate sauce. It was busy and we had to wait about 15 min for our order, but given they are newly opened we didn't mind too much. Dine in seating is limited. read more

I received a "buy one, get one free" card for a cinnamon roll from a local realtor. So, since I like to support local businesses, I decided to try it. The staff was courteous, but the menus items are expensive and full of empty calories. The presentation of the two rolls was poor, but I am not sure how it could have been improved. The toppings looked like something that had been scraped off the floor of the great ape cage at the zoo and then dumped on the rolls. I got up 30 minutes early this morning to finish eating them so that my great grandchildren would not see me. After I "enjoyed" the remnants of the two rolls with a hot cup of English breakfast tea, I felt I had done something wrong to my body. These rolls epitomize what is behind the obesity epidemic in America. My daughter-in-law thought they were tasty, however, and at her insistence, I bumped my star rating up from three to four. read more

I've been to this place twice since they opened . Marshmallow icing ,strawberry jam and strawberries . Then creme brûlée with jam both were amazing . The fresher the better for sure . They also give points and a 5$ coupon ! read more

Took about 15 minutes to get 1 thing, they served about 6 customers with larger orders that had come after us and questioned if we had already paid when we complained about it... they are unprofessional and disorganized and need more training. They had about 10 employees crowded around looking confused while nothing was getting done. The location is also unclean and small, there is no atmosphere on top of the poor customer service. Save yourself some time and money and get something better. For about $8 this whole experience was horrible. The small final product didn't even resemble the photos. read more

Pretty good, but waaaay overpriced for what it is. In their defense, it was my first time in and I didn't realize, "there's a full scoop of cookie dough on that" was code for "that's going to make it $2.50 more than the item that it looks exactly like on the menu." When the cashier read me my total, I thought maybe it came with a beverage or something. When I received the order and realized it was $9.10 for just the cinnamon roll, I asked why it was so much. They acted like I should just know their pricing structure for cookie dough (that came on the item...I didn't add it). There are a lot better options close by. And when someone says they're sorry for a misunderstanding without trying to make it right, they're not really sorry. read more

I'm a little late with my review but better late than never. I have never been to Cinnaholic until yesterday 8/1/20 and it was an excellent experience from the door. Was warmly welcomed by the scent of cinnamon rolls fresh out of the oven and friendly staff. Once it was my turn at the counter the employee quickly notice I never been in before and she explained the menu very well with all the options of toppings available. The items I chose were all delicious and not too sweet. I chose three original roll, and 3 specialty rolls. The Cookie Monster, Apple Pie and S'more. My favorite is the Cookie Monster with the in-house made cookie dough. All the rolls are made to order, come on now people; you can not go wrong!!! The price for a half a dozen was excellent. I will surely be back again to try to create my own rolls to enjoy from all the toppings to choose. So excited!!!! Sorry no picture my family and I gobbled them all up before I even thought to take one. So that means you have to go and see and try one yourself!! Enjoy!!!! P.S. OMG! I had the Maple Pecan roll and boy was it AMAZING!!! It was warm, the icing was creamy and it was so delicious. But to top it all off, the service was amazing. Upon my very first visit my friend and I arrived at Cinnaholic at 7:48pm. After entering the restaurant, we were not greeted. Then after a few minutes of waiting we were told that the restaurant was out of Cinnamon rolls. From experience as a former restaurant hostess and cashier just because you close at 8pm doesn't mean your service should stop 12 minutes prior. As long as your doors are open then the restaurant should be too. First impressions are everything. Hopefully everyone else doesn't experience this situation. read more
