It really doesn't matter what you order here... everything is great! All is the bakery items are some of the best I have ever had. Morning Buns, coffee cake is enormous, great flavor and moist. Blueberry muffins, the cruffins my wife loves them especially the chocolate peanut butter ones. The steak sandwich is one of my favorite for lunch. Very nice sourdough bread. I never leave here with one of there brownies. read more

We had a mixed experience. The food itself was very tasty and definitely the highlight. However, there was a frustrating moment where my husband was told they were out of bagels, only for us to see the owner give that same (already paid-for) bagel to his daughter. I completely respect taking care of family, but as paying customers, that felt disappointing and unprofessional. The ambiance also wasn't the best, which added to the overall experience. The world may be going through a shortage of eggs but this place is not. My sandwich is big enough for two servings and I'm sure they gave me at least two eggs on this sandwich. The customer service is top notch and when they run out of items, they close. It's a perfect place for breakfast or brunch and the coffees teas and baked goods are so popular. I only had bagels but I read amazing things about their bakery and sandwiches. I'll try a sandwich next time. I know they make everything in-house and the quality of the bagels is high. The butter almost tastes unsalted--it's a light butter taste. That might be only negative for me but still delicious. The people that own this place and the employees are incredibly friendly. I will be happy to continue to give them my business. And they work very hard. One girl at the front was running all over the place but never got stressed and still smiled at everyone. So, not only are the owners good people, but they hire the right people. One of the best work cultures I have seen in Mooresville. The layout of this place is interesting. It's very small, which gives it an almost Cape Cod-type vibe (no clue where that came from but it's what came to mind). It's quaint, which gives it charm when combined with friendliness, but the line can get long and it's a tight space--and you don't have much place to stand while waiting for your food. If the register was pushed back a little, it might help, but I'm not the guy to listen to on that stuff--I just eat bagels. Overall, highly recommended! Stood in line for over 15 mins and only saw one customer and leave. Other customers came in behind us and were smarter and waited less time before leaving. Easily one of the best bakeries I've ever visited period, let alone in the Mooresville area. The atmosphere at Linden is always electric in the best way possible. The food? Don't even get me started. There's not a bad item on the menu, which I can say with complete confidence as I've had one of almost everything they offer. I have gotten other dessert items-including an oatmeal cookie that the baker said he was trying out and it was delicious as well! I haven't had anything bad from here at all! I have done multiple times. The service is always quick and with a smile and it stays pretty busy. If you're in the Mooresville area-check them out! Everything is made in an open area and they seem to sell out quickly of all things. I tried the chicken and avocado mash grilled on sourdough today. YUM! Definitely an awesome bakery with some minor suggestions for menu tweaking! We came here on a Sunday while visiting the area and walked in at literally just the right time. This place was slammed. As other reviewers have noted, I would go before 11am if you can...especially on the weekends. They were getting very low on items and we went at 10. They don't have a ton of baked goods in comparison to other bakeries, but for what they do have, the items were delicious! We got a cinnamon roll and a chocolate croissant for baked goods. I also ordered the Mediterranean sammie, a cappuccino and my husband had a latte. The croissant was out of this world. I would stay in LKN longer just to go back for one of those! The cinnamon roll wasn't really a "roll", it was more of a bread slice with icing. Still yummy though. The Sammie was incredible, but I wouldn't name this anything "Mediterranean ". There's nothing really "Mediterranean " about it. It's an egg sandwich with arugula and aioli. No need to get fancy with naming conventions, just call it what it is! :) The coffees were good, but not hot enough. Service was pretty good and the employees were really friendly. Haven't been open long and offerings are rather limited but I 'm sure more will come. The deserts are enough to more than make up for the limited number of items for sale. In a post elsewhere, the owner talked about starting to make Challah Bread which is a traditional braided Jewish Bread that is excellent. I had hoped to score one of these but today at least, they did not have any. Settled instead for two small loafs of Ciabatta that will be warmed and served with pork chops I am brining now. Looking around, they do have a menu board with a number of Breakfast Sandwiches at very reasonable prices but since I had just had lunch, will have to try another day. To the right of the cash register is a case with some or the most decadent deserts I have seen it a long time. Unfortunately, my wife is diabetic, and I no longer crave sweet deserts, but the Coffee Cake and the Brownies were amazing. These were not small offerings and could easily serve four of more persons. It's a small clean shop off of Morrison Plantation Parkway next to LKN Butchery so you can stop at two classic places and only park once, Will be back and by that time, they might have more items available. read more

This is an outstanding bakery! It's a hidden gem in a warehouse area. The line was out the door this morning as it probably is every morning. Everything is homemade and delicious from the almond croissant, reminded me of France, to the morning bun and egg and cheese bagel. Lattes were great, too. We wanted to take more home but we were traveling. We will definitely make a detour to come back here if we are anywhere near Mooresville again. read more

Oh em gee, y'all need to run to this little gem! The girls at the gym were raving, so I stopped by after a workout. I'm so glad I did! The place smells Heavenly! There's limited indoor seating, and it was packed, but the line moved quickly thanks to the friendly and efficient staff. The prices were worth every penny. Everything is delicious. It's that simple. My wife and I have tried most items in the case and on the menu. We consider the cruffins to be their best pastry (when the cream is vanilla), but the almond croissant and morning bun are also favorites of mine and are wonderful with a cup of coffee. Speaking of coffee, it has a nutty, bold, delicious flavor and free refills. I'm a black coffee person, but my wife loves the other coffee drinks. Linden is a recent arrival serving a selection of hot beverages, sandwiches, and assorted sweets to the morning and mid-day crowd. totally a fan of limited menus done well; it's a bakery not a diner so lighten up, grab some bench, and have a muffin or maybe toast... well, not exactly bench, more like a proper chair at any of a dozen or so small tables casually arranged but who's counting... not sure about the toasts but the coffee cake is an ample portion: light but not dry with an (un)healthy layer of delicious brown sugar cinnamon fun between two slabs of cake topped with a well mannered crumble (a little sweet for my tooth so I didn't eat it all) muffins and cookies and brownies present well as well and I'll get to those in time or maybe it'll just be more cake ;-) read more

This place is worth a try. The cookies are soft baked and delicious. I thrived the white chocolate pistachio, because I had never had anything like that before. It was really good; but it's pretty sweet. The s'mores cheesecake was ok. The marshmallow was pretty tough on top, and the graham cracker crust wasn't sweet enough for me. The bagel was buttery and good. Definitely will be back to try other items on this menu. Check the hours before you go, bc they close early and are closed one day during the week I believe. read more
