I then had to track all this stuff down that was scattered between FW and San Antonio 2 days before my wedding with no warning. To make matters worse some were mis sized and some hardly fit at all. Not only did Rex formal wear San Antonio and Fort Worth not really take any responsibility for this mess. They expect me to pay full price for all this "great service" lol Hellen Keller partying at a screamo concert is more organized than these clowns. I came in a day early to pick up my tux and did not like the jacket's fit. Don remeasured and had a proper-fitting jacket for the next day. All the other items fit well. I felt the jacket and pants were slightly on the worn side- not bad, but not as crisp and sharp as I expected. I could see this was a rental by the way the sleeves and pant legs are altered. I haven't rented a tux in a long time, as I have had my own for many years, but sadly, I "outgrew" my most recent. So that is to say I've been spoiled by custom-fit tuxes since after I married 40+ years ago, until this one. Maybe I'm being too harsh? I will still recommend them, just be sure you go a day before you need the tux to pick it up in case it needs tweaking.

After several visits, she began to lean on me regarding the time required to do the work. She would put mine aside to do others first. The last time I was there, she was busy and simply refused to help me. She told me to come back next month. I find this impossible to understand. I was a repeat customer who paid in CASH and never once complained about the work NOR the length of wait time! I alays agreed to wait while she handled other "special occasion " customers first. I like her and I'm happy she is successful enough to turn down busines. I wish her good luck with her seasonal customers and their charge card one-time graduation or wedding garment alterations. I prefer to patronize a service-based business based on "first come, first served" that are HAPPY to have my business whenever I come in.

When I asked for a different fit of pants he responded with, " does he want to be able to walk", which are such unnecessary things to say when I just wanted help.
