There's a lot of boots made of all sorts of genuine leather -- I personally don't know if I love that (I'm an animal lover!) but it's usually also better than "vegan leather" which just ends up contributing to the overwhelming amount of plastic contributing to our environment so eh! Up to you on how you feel about it, it overall looked pretty authentic and sturdy and a lot of the boots mentioned they were hand-made. The store is clean, smells like leather (which I like lol but not everyone may) and overall is organized well. Parking is a bit odd but when we went on a Sunday midday, it was easy to find parking. There's also a huge selection of jeans of varying colors as well as shirts and belts that all tie together well. If you're looking for a Western look, this is the place to shop!

Unfortunately the customer service was not great. I felt like a huge inconvenience and received zero direction or suggestions for the small piece I brought in and the stitching ended up being put in a not ideal place which I would have loved someone to walk through with me for better placement. I asked about my larger project and also received less than zero help with that and felt like I was so annoying for even asking about it. I'm sad because it's a small town shop -potentially family owned but the vibe was really really off and just not friendly. I will not be going back for my large order and will have to find another option. Not sure what's going on in this place but I hope they read the reviews and understand that people want a good experience with staff and that we want to have fun and get more help when doing personal projects. Despite their attempts, they couldn't resolve the issue, and it took us about two hours to return and re-purchase the same glasses in a different size, which we eventually decided to keep instead. Later, at another location, they fixed it within ten minutes. This experience highlights the need for better customer support and a clearer understanding of the return process.
