This is the easiest one-star review I've ever written. I only wish I hadn't visited this dump. Proprietor is rude. They sell pop top drinks but have no bottle openers. Store is dirty. Countertop is filthy. I'm just sorry for the students that have shop here. I'll certainly never be back. I would not recommend any young people visit this establishment. They clearly discriminate against students, likely their primary customer base. They have a sign on the door restricting their numbers. read more

Circle K - Convenience Stores Near Me - Boulder, Colorado

Suffering with a stomach bug for most of the week I was so thankful that this establishment was just a short walk from my office. On the hunt for some electrolyte indulgence I could not believe my eyes at the selection of Powerade and Gatorade on hand. Still a bit in the "sickness fog" I really took my time pouring over all the colors, sizes, and the many many flavor options. While I found my personal faves (orange fans holla!) I could not believe the combinations available (mango pina colada and lime cucumber were the ones that jumped out at me the most). Aside from the coolers this store is stacked with quick eats, donuts, and other convenience store staples. They also have gas pumps so if you ask me it's really a one stop shop. The staff are friendly and engaging which is always a bonus in my book. Should there have been less trash and frozen clothing on the perimeter of the building I most definitely would have awarded this business more stars. read more

They claim that the bathroom is broken, mind you I work nearby, I come daily for gas+drinks. The other day the cashier gave me the key to it, and what would you know the bathroom has a sign saying it's out of service. Definitely, the bathroom looks like it's only been used by the clerks. I'll see what corporate thinks about. Update: they still don't let you use the bathrooms, also the overnight lady is disrespectful. Don't use the tire pump! You'll be out $2 and end up with lower psi than when you pulled in. It leaks air.

This convenience store or Circle K has to be the most dirtiest convenience stores I have ever visited. The outside of the store is peppered with oil stains in the parking lot on the sidewalk cigarette butts, litter and leaves. Inside the store, it like the floors have not been mopped or cleaned years. The bathrooms are never opened and cannot imagine what they look. I am surprised the Boulder County Health Department has not closed this place down. Don't get me started on the workers. I must say, I have been to many gas stations in my life but I have never had an experience such as this. Let me start by saying this seems like there is know way it could be true, but I assure you it is 100% true and none of this is made up. Now, I was waiting for my friend in the car who had just went to buy a pack of cigarettes and The cashier ran over and grabbed them from him and then came up to my car with a rock in her hand claiming that she was protecting me from a homeless "serial killer" who was standing a maybe 20 feet away. She started to reach in my car and I had to tell her to step back. Then she reached into the car, grabbed my phone off of my lap and tried to run inside. As anyone would do I ran after her to get my phone back, but she wouldn't give it to me. She said she was calling the police and they would give it back. Then she went inside the establishment and I followed her behind the counter continually trying to grab my phone out of her hand, but to no avail. After few minutes of screaming between her, the homeless "serial killer" and me she stepped back outside and the homeless man finally left. At this point it was just her and me and I was trying to explain to her that I had no part in whatever she thought was happening and that she didn't have the right to steal my property out of my vehicle. Two other people who were pumping their gas approached me and were telling me to back of and to wait for the cops. I gently tried to talk to one of them and I was able to explain that I hadn't done anything because he had seen me just sitting in my car just moments ago. The cashier then asked me if I knew the homeless man and I said "no, I have no idea who he is" she then handed me back my phone and told me I should leave before the man came back. She claimed that she was just trying to "protect me." The moral of this story is they didn't have any donuts so if you are looking for donuts don't come here. read more
