We contacted this pharmacy several days in advance to transfer my wife's prescription from our home pharmacy. What should have been a routine, straightforward process turned into unnecessary resistance and delays. The issue occurred on Sunday, December 28th, 2025, between approximately 6:00-9:00 PM, with the pharmacist working during that time. She was dismissive, unwilling to assist, and cited "policy" reasons that later proved to be false. To verify, we contacted another pharmacy, which completed the transfer without any issue and explicitly stated that the information we were given previously was inaccurate. This strongly suggested that the problem was not policy, but a lack of professionalism or willingness to help. Given the importance of reliability and clear communication in healthcare, this experience was concerning. We hope management reviews this interaction to ensure accurate information and consistent service standards going forward. When a pharmacy mishandles situations involving essential medication, it undermines trust and puts patients at risk.
