I don't know if there were staffing issues, but it seemed to take forever for the food to be prepared. I was probably 5th in line on the drive-thru line and everything seemed to be in slow motion! When my food was ready, I went and drove home to eat. Going home to eat was the smartest thing I did, because there were no napkins in the bag! The breading on the chicken was dark brown. My initial reaction was they burned the chicken in the deep fryer. I opened the sandwich and bit the chicken and it was actually tender. So I put the sandwich back together and ate it. Obviously from looking at the dark color of the chicken coating they never change the grease in the fryers! This location was rebuilt about a year and a half ago; they need to get their act together.
