Right off the bat, I must say that I've never ordered an actual arrangement from here. I have seen them in the store and they look delicious. Ok, now that I have that out of the way. Since this location is located next to the Publix we frequent the most, I have a tendency to pop in here sometimes to grab two or three chocolate covered strawberries. They are on the pricey side at $2.99 a pop, but they are huge and absolute divine! The strawberries are always so fresh! It's a small shop. Very clean. Friendly employees. read more

Worst store ever!! My friend received an order of flowers, a ballon, and an order of chocolate covered strawberries for her birthday. The strawberries were rotten. Her son called the store, and they assured him a new order would be delivered the following day. Nope...not only that, they never returned his call or hers after numerous messages were left since they do not answer their phone. Finally called corporate customer service who assured them they would be in touch with the store manager and we would hear from him within 24 hours. Nope...3 days later contacted corporate again and they have promised to refund that portion of the order. We will see.......Don't by from this store unless you want to be disappointed. read more

My wife went in on Sunday and found chocolate chip cookies and chocolate strawberries. The prices shown for the order were about $20 but when she returned for pick-up it was $32. My wife inquired about the cost. The seller said sorry but we didn't get around to updating the signs. My wife didn't want an argument so paid it but that's just wrong. Horrible service. Ordered a gift for Mother's Day and it has not arrived by 8pm at night. The store is closed now. The order status shows that my arrangement has not been made. Will not ever be using this store again. Just an update. The store it's self never contacted me, I called 8 times the Monday after Mother's Day. I contacted edible arrangements customer service so that they could reach out to the store and let them know I'd like to discuss alternative options, like letting my mom pick the order up on Monday. I ordered this for my daughter & boys for their Spring Break. I've ordered previously so I didn't hesitate to do so again. I thought I would order the cheesecake & cookies & chocolate covered strawberries rather than solely the fruit. My daughter took a picture of it right she received it. It looked great but was awfully small. She told me later that night the cheesecake & strawberries were wonderful but the cookies were hard as a brick. The boys didn't even want them. When you pay $40-$50 for a super treat you expect it to be absolutely great. It took a few days to contact them as I'm a schoolteacher & work late everyday. I finally talked to the manager the following Saturday. He was very nice & told me they would send 1/2 doz dipped strawberries on Monday. The strawberries were delivered & good as usual! I ordered an arrangement for over $100 to be delivered the Saturday before Mother's Day. My mom never received it. When I finally got someone on the phone, he said it never went out because he is short staffed!! Never called me or texted me to let me know. He didn't even try to fulfill the order! Ridiculous. Usually I don't leave reviews especially if a buisness is having a hard time during covid which I understand, but I ordered an edible arrangement for my mom for Mother's Day to be delivered the day after since it could not be delivered day of. Spent $75 on it and delivery and it never got to her. I called and they said they simply didn't have it and they weren't going to make it. They did refund me which is the only positive. Great Service From This Location. I Live In California and Had Them Deliver an arrangement for my mothers birthday. They took it to her house and discovered she wasnt home. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I placed a last minute online order for a friend. Within 2 hours, the arrangement was in route for delivery. Unfortunately, I had the incorrect address. I got a very nice call from Holly and she informed me that no one was answering the door. She gave me time to call and track down my friend. Once I got the correct address, I called Holly back and she went to the new address without hesitation. Then after the delivery was made, she gave me a follow up call.
