First, the parking situation. There is plenty, but the way in and out of it is treacherous. If you have a low-slung car, take it slow and go at an angle because it is pretty steep in places. Second, the traffic. As other yelpers have stated, this place is virtually impossible to get out of onto South shades Crest toward Helena or in from the same direction. Coming in and out on 150 is much easier, but I seldom see people going that direction from the station. Third, the service. I have always had a good experience with the attendants here. They are courteous and efficient. They deal with difficult customers with patience, but I wish they could open another line when that situation arises. Last but not least, the pricing. In short, this is in Hoover, so it is higher than the prices at similar places in Bessemer or McCalla, but still not outrageous. Worth it for the convenience if you live on this side of town.

I asked him his name and was he the manager , he said yes and his name was Joe. I asked him why was he being rude and he said "he isn't rude to everyone" basically saying he was just rude to me. I answered a call from Walgreens today and a recorded message started telling me there was a delay…read morein my prescription.....then it would repeat that ....again....and again.....and again. I called back. I was holding on the phone.....I did this for 40+ minutes and a real live female person answered the phone and said I will be with you in just a minute...after a while....I was disconnected and transferred to no-mans land where no one would answer the phone. I called back and now10 minutes, there are once again 2 customers ahead of me. And the computer lady keeps saying she is sorry to keep me waiting! Actually, if there were a minus.....I would give a minus 100. It is sad. This used to be a vibrant store full of staff who could help you in a reasonable time. The voice mail system is terrible. The store is under staffed. You walk in there and can't find anyone except in the pharmacy. There are still 2 callers ahead of me. Actually, I have been moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy...but I missed this one. I may be holding on this phone until my next birthday ...which is in November!!! and there are still 2 callers ahead of me. It is now 26 minutes holding. And they will be with me shorly. Right near one of the busiest streets in Hoover across from sam's club. It's busy in the morning…read moreand during lunch hours. I gave 3 stars because none of the machines (at least the ones I ued) ever gives me the receipt. Most of the times, I go inside to get a receipt but it's a little annoying to walk inside when bunch of people are watching you to hurry up.
