Placed my order, grabbed a table in the clean dining room, and waited for my food to be delivered to my table. It took about 10 minutes to get my order which was served by another helpful and friendly employee. Product quality from this location was a disappointment and not up to the quality I'm used to getting while dinging at other Culver's locations. I ordered my usual, the Culver's Deluxe Combo made with double beef patties and topped with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, red onion and their signature mayo on a lightly buttered, toasted bun. The burger which looked amazing was not good. The burger buns and burger patties were cold, dry, and flavorless. I did not know it was the owner, but I asked the guy if I could grab a picture of it and in an Italian accent, he said get a picture from over here you can see inside. I asked the waitress while looking at the menu, I saw that they said some homemade pasta. She told me that they make all their pastas, breads, sauces, and pizza dough on site. We will have to come back and try some other meals, but the wood fired pizza was phenomenal. I had seen this place on the socials, and one time working my way back home when the expressway was shut down...I drove by it, and would've never noticed it if I hadn't known the name. The place is definitely doing the business, but you need to go. It is a hidden gem. One of the better pizzas in the drivable area for sure! The owners are from Italy, need I say anymore.
