The French fries are thick. The tartar sauce is one of my favorite things here - I wish they would sell it in the grocery store. I miss that they used to have Pepsi. Placed my order, grabbed a table in the clean dining room, and waited for my food to be delivered to my table. It took about 10 minutes to get my order which was served by another helpful and friendly employee. Product quality from this location was a disappointment and not up to the quality I'm used to getting while dinging at other Culver's locations. I ordered my usual, the Culver's Deluxe Combo made with double beef patties and topped with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, red onion and their signature mayo on a lightly buttered, toasted bun. The burger which looked amazing was not good. The burger buns and burger patties were cold, dry, and flavorless. The only thing that stood out and tasted good on this burger was the fresh burger toppings. The crinkled cut fries were also HOT, plentiful, and delicious. I've eaten at many Culver's restaurants, and this was the first time I had a disappointing dining experience. Culver's 8425 US Highway 19, Port Rickey, FL 34668

I'm in town on business and my lawyer insisted I come here for the Blackend Grouper Sandwich…read more She was right. Stellar service as soon as I walked in and that continued with Piper, my server. The fries could have been crispier (I asked for them crispy/well done) but the fish sandwich was the star of the show so I didn't mind. I chose the local IPA over the sierra Nevada Hazy and there was no contest - a much better IPA. The Grouper sandwich was MP so I asked, I got severely burned at Legal Seafoods in Boston last year when Mr, Big Shot didn't ask first. Sam's is a wonderful place for all your eating needs.

I had just eaten a huge breakfast, but had to stop. This place is so warm and welcoming, so cool and laid back, so friendly and chill. It's great for all ages. There's a huge deck, overlooking the Gulf... and an extra tiki bar, off to the side (and who doesn't need an extra tiki bar?!) The food menu is tempting and extensive (grouper, stop calling to me!) and the drink menu is fun and fabulous (and also calling to me). I had a banana/amoretto concoction that made me wonder what I'd been doing with my life, when I should have been here. I kept trying to get hungry enough to order food, but couldn't do it. I'll just have to go back ASAP and get you the seafood and starters info you richly deserve. Sam's is right there on the waterfront, next to the picnic pavilion. The private parking lot is sort of small-but somehow I snagged that spot at noon on a Saturday. There's also street parking close by. I'll bet it's packed at night, though, when they have live music and it's sunset time. Come check them out. If you get there before me, please tell me about the food!

It was so bad it looked like they dragged it out of the trash. The entire burger was drowned in the liquid that they hold the mushrooms in. Soggy hardly describes how saturated the burger was. Just going by how it looked was sickening. It was so bad I couldn't even stomach to eat it at all. When a restaurant goes past a certain point, I'm done with them. So I called and explained how disappointed and disgusted I was with the food but I had no desire to go back, ever. Not to have them make a second attempt, no benefit of the doubt, none of that. I didn't even want to go back to get a refund. That they let it leave their line and gave it to a customer was far beyond any hope of repair. It's not that it broke my bank anyway. Money isn't the point. The point for me was that it was the most disgusting meal item I had ever gotten from a restaurant bar none. I came to realize that this entire area, the mall area, within a 1 mile radius, is just racked with the nastiest of restaurants. I don't know why but all the restaurants are very, very bad. If you travel to the next closest of Steak N Shake, Taco Bell, Burger King, maybe Checkers too. I never did like checkers, any of them. The ones by Walmart at Ridge and 19 are a bit better, so I'm not complaining of those. With the exception of Hardees. When Hardees first opened I was a little excited. I enjoy Hardees now and then. Was my favorite. But this one was knowingly putting out fried food when they had their filter go down and everything had a burnt oily taste of old grease. Dark brown and nasty. But that would be a different review. Any other Steak N Shake would be worlds apart from this one. Mark my words...

This review will only be for the weekend Pizza. We have never been, but I kept seeing posts about…read morethe pizza on Sundays. Well, now it is all weekend and we decided to check it out. Driving by it looks like nothing, inside is a large seating area, a bar area and then doors to go to the outside where on the weekends at least there's live music. I took a step outside to get a picture of the pizza oven, what a beauty! I did not know it was the owner, but I asked the guy if I could grab a picture of it and in an Italian accent, he said get a picture from over here you can see inside. Our waitress was very knowledgeable, friendly and fast, And she had some large tables. The pizza was absolutely delicious. I asked the waitress while looking at the menu, I saw that they said some homemade pasta. She told me that they make all their pastas, breads, sauces, and pizza dough on site. We will have to come back and try some other meals, but the wood fired pizza was phenomenal. I had seen this place on the socials, and one time working my way back home when the expressway was shut down...I drove by it, and would've never noticed it if I hadn't known the name. The place is definitely doing the business, but you need to go. It is a hidden gem. One of the better pizzas in the drivable area for sure! The owners are from Italy, need I say anymore. Oh, I almost forgot that they have a nice selection of beers on draft. Seriously, reef donkey for five dollars. It only made the pizza that much better! And the sidenote when you get mushrooms on your pizza, you get a mixture of delicious mushrooms, all fresh, even shiitakes. The red peppers are freshly cut, and the onions are sautéed, which just adds another layer of flavor. And definitely when we go back I am getting some meatball sliders, cause we got meatballs on the one pizza and they were so delicious, just a tender flavorful hold together meatball but not dense! Well, done, my friends! You have a new loyal customer.
