Gone to Trash. FRAUD - We bought the 18 (6 + 6 + 6) flavors. They only served us 6 with flavors. Other 6 + 6 were just plain. Asked for sauces on the chicken Parmesian + honey. Manager yelled us off that : - "they already served us - so they did not have to give us sauces" We left early instead of finishing meal - and eat cold at home instead - without missing food provided. This place is a joke, so sad. The spicy chicken sandwich is assume. The down fall is there is always an issue here. Either they are out of chicken or they just up and close early. The other day I was there in the pouring rain and they had the drive through closed. The staff turnover is constant. They also seem to not read the tickets and food is missing. I've never had bad food from this place, or bad service. I usually come during the week in the afternoon, which may explain why it seems like I get through the drive through much quicker than it sounds like other reviewers have. It's that's the trick then I'll stick to it. Their speaker post at the drive through is muffled and low volume, and they get frequent pot holes in the parking lot, but I liked the music they had playing outside while I was waiting in line. My only other gripe is that the sides are never filled to the top of their containers. Not sure if they use bigger containers to avoid overflow, or if they don't fill them completely so they can retain product, but from the consumer end it looks like you're getting shortchanged. Other than that, this place has been consistently as good as other Popeye's locations. You can't go wrong with their sides-- especially the macaroni & cheese. I also want to give extra respect to whoever made it a point to throw a bunch of Louisiana Hot Sauce packets in our bag, too. That was a nice surprise. read more

Poor service- waited over 30 min in drive thru to be told "we can't take your order bc someone placed a large order before you". Huh? Isn't it your job? Ordered a mobile order and got to the store and sat in the drive-through for 15 minutes. Got upset so I drove up to the window and employee came up and said sorry we're closed. I asked her to put a sign on the drive through so the customers knew. But I literally drove 20 minutes to get to the store and waited all that time. Then I had to drive all the way back home. Wasted about an hour of my time. With no food. This location just needs closed down. There's never enough employees to run and trying to talk to someone about a mishap is impossible. All phone calls get directed to there website when an AI helps you but doesn't help at all. Now I have to wait 3-5 days for a refund. This is not the way to run a business. My experience today was arrived at the restaurant very slow as usual. The lady took my order and she was agitated and arguing with the people in the background when I came to the window to pay for the bill and when I got my food, I paid her and had to wait and wait and wait for finally. The food was delivered by somebody else to the window And then I got it home and all I got one order of the two orders I paid for, but they were too busy arguing to pay attention to your customer in the suit and if service is still lousy there, I will never go back. The Chicken I had was rather dry, not hot and the pieces were small. The best thing I had was their rice and beans. They were tasty and hot. This is my 2nd visit to this location and I wasn't impressed with my first visit either. I ordered on line and when I arrived, they couldn't find my order. I had to show my receipt on my phone. Half was spent at the speaker, then I went up to the window. At the window I could clearly see at least 4 people in the kitchen and not one came to acknowledge me. I then went in, hoping to order and receive better service. Unfortunately, when I got inside there was a big group of people around the counter and no one there to help. I was able to order my food at the kiosk, but then had to help others as they still hadn't placed their orders. Store should be shutdown. Store is not clean - there was a monster Puddle in front of the counter dripping from ceiling. Just go to popeyes in spring hill, lot better service and quality in the food ! * Also, they were recooking food because it was mushy - we heard the staff talking about it as they did it - "its mushy customers complaining just recook it" Customer in front of us was complaining about the food being mushy. Service was fast and cordial (not super friendly but certainly not rude or mean at all.) They had food in stock and it came out fast and warm.
