Came here on 10/12/25 the black man that was working the register was so rude. He was on his phone and looked at me like I was inconveniencing him. Once I told him what I wanted he continued on his phone as he very slowly walked to where my item was. He then proceeded to look at his phone before finally getting my item. Went in for an iced coffee this mornin. I like to get a x-large cup filled with ice to the top and then put my coffee over the top so it's in a polar cup. Well, my bad. The worker who is also in a grumpy mood thought I needed to pay for the cup I used to fill with coffee plus my polar pop. The good was the coffee was cold and refreshing. read more

Just had an incident with your employee that decided he 'just said what was on his mind'. Lorenzo is a horrible employee to the point another customer came and apologized for his racist behavior. Update: I called Circle K HR and had a conversation regarding the matter with the area manager. She reviewed the tapes and spoke with the employee and manager. The next day, she called me to follow up, which was surprising, but the fact that she took the matter seriously was a pleasant surprise. I appreciated her professionalism and I will continue to support this station. I am amending the rating to a higher rating due to the fact this one bad apple isn't a reflection of all of my positive experiences I have had at this business. Life is hard and people can't just lash out and verbally be aggressive towards others. That experience ruined my day yesterday, but today is a new day and everything was addressed and made right I feel. Today I had the worst experience. Guy at register over charging me. He would not even look at the price posted for polar pop. Kept telling me 2.29. I go here because it's convenient, but I've had repeated problems with the pumps shutting off after pumping just a few cents of gas then having to start the process over. It sucks when I'm in a hurry and need to quickly grab gas on my way somewhere. Today it happened again, so I drove over to another pump, and that one did it as well, so I just left. Super happy with the service I got from one of your employees. His name is Jose and he was there Tuesday night time. He is always in such a great mood and super friendly. We got there to get our nightly coffee (before work) and it was nice to finally see someone in such a good mood and good spirits at a gas station. We usually get a grumpy man at that location. This store has always had very slow service. As other reviewers have stated, you can't get out of there without waiting 15 minutes. But it's still close to my home and the location was convenient enough to deal with the line. However, today the employee behind the counter shouted at me and was so rude that I decided to tell her not to ring up my purchases and left. My first time inside tonight, the worer was nice at first and told me something like I was closed and to use the window next time, nothing wrong with that, I apologized and offered to go outside he said it was fine. I asked if there was Apple Pay, machine was broken, agin nothing wrong. This is where it went rotten, I asked if I could go get my credit card, he let a ughhh and in a very annoyed snarky tone said what're go get it, came back in and apologized, said nothing and gave a nasty look. I work costumer service in the grocery industry so I know what Its like, and try to be as kind as possible. I don't care if this is cheaper or the only gas station open, I'd rather pay 0.25 cents more at a gas station by the freeway than ever coming here again. read more

Girl here was rude. No pumps outside would take my card. Went inside and said I think I backed up to pump 8 the one on the back left and she goes "well I don't know where your car is or what pumps the back left" then as I swiped my card it said waiting on cashier and she went to the other register to help someone else. Maybe I never noticed before, but nice job on having fuel gloves fully stocked. I know they are mostly used for diesel fueling but during this flu season and concerns with covid-19, it's nice to have a barrier to protect hands from fuel pumps touched by many! read more

Everytime I go into this store its ridiculous! You cant get out of here in less then 15 minutes at the bare minimum. Workers are hands down the most rude people I've ever had to deal with. ATTENTION WEIGHTS AND MEASURES!!!! This store has prices on the shelf that say 2 for 4. I get up to the counter and I'm charged 219 for each bag of candy. Once I say anything they tell me they just scan the items and dont have to give me the sale price. Also, the mini bottles of wine say 2 for 4 so my dumb ass grab the little 4 pack (because it was easier to carry) and the lady charged me the 4 pack price instead of what was advertised, refuse to give me the sale price and was extremely RUDE! I left there only getting the two small wine bottles cause she would give me the sale price. She wanted to charge me 12.00 dollars which is ridiculous. They have long lines and two people working and will never open the other lane even though you'll be standing there in a hurry with several people asking to be checked out. When I asked for a number to complain they said, sorry, were a franchise not a corporation. Although this may be true, again, so so rude. I've seen more people leave pissed off without their stuff and so unhappy its incredibly disappointing. This place is terrible. Dont ever come here. I'd rather drive 10 minutes out of my way then give them my money and be overcharged. Again! WEIGHTS AND MEASURES NEEDS TO VISIT THIS STORE ON THE LOW. What they're doing is illegal. read more
