Prices are okay, they're comparatively cheap. Funky (confusing & slow) user touchscreen interface. Alter ID didn't work for me. No receipt given at the pump (1/21/26 PM), I also noticed the pump hose only goes one way, not dual sided, it's annoying when cars have to maneuver a lot just to be on the "right" side of the pump hairy to do on a real tight area. read more

Prices are competitive and they have "good deals" but they will totally take advantage and overcharge you if you're not paying attention. They won't ask anything about your Ralph's number or anything. They also tend to round down your change. Honestly it's pretty unacceptable. I'd rather go elsewhere and pay 5 cents more for gas at this point. Super disappointed, wanted to like this gas station because it's one of the cheaper ones. read more

$4.149/gal (12-7-24) is probably the cheapest gas in the Lake Forest/Mission Viejo area, and known by many. So it's not unusual to sees cars waiting to get gas. While each island has 6 pumps, 3 on each side, I typically only see 2 cars getting gas per side. Sometime because it's because of a truck, but more often than not, a car is would back into the space in front and blocking the pump in the middle to be used. Also watch out for people cutting in. As I was pulling up today, another car that just entered from El Toro cut in front of me to take the spot. c'est la vie. read more

This fueling center is located at the corner of El Toro and Trabuco Rds, easy in and easy out. They are open after 530pm with a friendly staff. The place is always clean. read more

This station is close to my house and very convenient for me. The management must not care or bother to check what's going on the premises often. The station is very congested with people parking everywhere for the illegal Taco stand they have that's blocking the whole sidewalks at nights. I couldn't even drive to the back to park to get air for my tires. The back section is completely filled up where no one can get access to. read more

This station is very convenient cause it's really close to where I live however, the man working there is very unfriendly, I think he is the manager, older, skinny guy. He is lazy as hell. I always come to get some items "get 2 for $6". Sometimes they are out of them in the store but they always have some in the back. When I ask this guy to go check he always refuses and says they don't have anything in the back so I have to come back when the younger Hispanic woman is here and she always goes and gets me the items from the back, she is very helpful and friendly. This other guy is also really bad at communicating. Once we got into an awkward misunderstanding about me giving him some change to round up my bill and making it easier on him to give me back the change on a $100 bill I gave him. The whole deal was too overwhelming for him and he thought I accused him of stealing 25 cts from me... The whole thing was so ridiculous. read more

Competitive prices and easy to enter/exit pump stations and parking lot which I find sometimes seems to be an issue at other gas stations!

This gas station is in the same plaza as the Grocery Outlet on the side with the Del Taco. But there is no Ralph's in the same plaza, and that's assuming the brand is the same as the supermarket. The pump asked if I had a rewards number. I put the number in but I don't think I got anything out of it. It is slightly less expensive than the Shell and Mobil down the street, so I filled the entire tank up, or at least what was empty. The pumps say they can reach to the other side but there were so few people here that I didn't have to do that. read more

Owner will overcharge if you are not paying attention. Purchased a 2 for $6 deal and the original total came out to $10+. When brought to attention, the cashier recharged the items and the new total was $8.81. Paid it and left rather than arguing about it. read more

Ralphs Fuel center in Lake Forest, CA has promulgated a new "Safety Rule" that prohibits, what they term as "Double Pumping". This effectively prohibits the customer from fully utilizing the 35 gallon maximum reward points discount on gasoline. I prepaid as I have done several times before and had $1.00 discount per gallon. The cashier turned the pump off at 18 gallons when she saw that I was filling both of my vehicles. Anyone else experience this problem? Perhaps a Class-action lawsuit may solve the problem. read more

Slowest dispensing of gas. Yes, it's the least expensive, but it took over 15 min for only 15 gallons. It was insane.

We've been Ralph's shoppers for a long time and build up lots of points to apply to discounts on gas purchases. No need to mention that any gas purchase discount has value with gas prices as they are currently. For convenience, we've been redeeming the discount points st a Shell station not far from home, but since the posted price at the Ralph's station was significantly lower, decided to give it a try. First visit, no problem, got the maximum value of the accumulated points on top of the lower pump price - all good. Second visit, the pump would not read the Ralph's card as it had the first time, and the attendant was no help. No discount, but good pump price and redeemed the points at Shell to fill our other vehicle. Tried Ralph's station again this week and again the card was not accepted and the membership number entry option did not work. Moved on to Shell again to take advantage of the points but had to pay a higher pump price. Very disappointing experience with the station, hope everyone else has better results. Can't recommend them based on our experience and the lack of assistance available. read more
