It's a scam they sit at the kiosk and wait for someone to pull behind them then drive in without paying and wait to see if the next car puts a code in for the wash while waiting. I opened the door to get out and she peeled out. Be careful when using these car washes as it's a new scam to steal your code for a free $10, $12 or $15 wash. It takes all kinds. The station is conveniently located and I know the scammers and can easily spot riff raff.

The original owner used the wrong color touch up paint and I was told a clay wax would buff it out. After researching an auto wash that offered clay waxing... I brought my rover here. The manager made no guarantees or promises, in fact he said buffing it could possibly bring out the scratches that were being masked. I truly appreciated his honesty and asked if it would at least improve the appearance and he honestly said he wasn't sure. I thought anything was better than the off matte color , so I decided to give it a chance. To my surprise.... Not only did they remove the off color touch up paint, but they completely buffed out all scratches underneath! My car was sooo shiny and beautifully handled that I didn't even know it had a gorgeous shimmer to the dull black color! I highly recommend this place with not only their honesty, but with an excellent job well done! I'm now a proud membership customer and will bring my car weekly for its shine!

We took our car to Gregg's Mobil in Mission Viejo on July 18 for a routine oil change. We drove in…read morewith a perfectly working vehicle, picked it up an hour later, and immediately noticed a strong oil smell. Minutes after leaving, the car became undriveable and stalled -- steering failed, oil was pouring out, and the drive belt was damaged. Tried calling Gregg's repeatedly -- no answer. Employees had left early, even though the shop was still "open" according to their posted hours. No after-hours contact, no help. We had to scramble to find another mechanic and a tow truck. Turns out, the work Gregg's did led to nearly $600 worth of damage: leaking oil all over the engine and breaking the drive belt. We paid out of pocket to fix these issues. When we went back Monday, Jeff the manager was rude, dismissive, and blamed us for not towing our car back to them (which we tried to do). After pressure, they agreed to reimburse the cost of repairs (the least they could do because they were at fault for them) -- but refused to refund the oil change that caused the damage in the first place. So basically, I had the privilege of paying $200 for an oil change that caused $600 worth of damage. Both Gregg and Jeff admitted fault, but still refused full accountability. The experience was frustrating, stressful, and could've been dangerous. Thankfully we live nearby, but if our car had stalled in an intersection or the freeway, this could have been catastrophic. Worst of all, Jeff and Gregg were condescending and extremely apathetic to the situation. Avoid this place unless you want poor workmanship and worse customer service.
