In and out was simple, the change was simple no problems till I went to change my oil this time. I go to remove the cover for my drain plug and it's missing that's gonna cost me 50 dollars to replace. Start to take out the plug and some of the threats are stripped so they forced the plug back on. Not very happy will be calling and trying to get them to at least pay the cost of the missing access cover. I already fixed the plug not a place I would recommend going to.

I understand you have to make a profit bu t what really upset me was the filthy filter he showed me wasn't mine. My filter is cylinder shape, the one he showed me was flat. So when I checked my oil level, turns out they didn't change my oil.. It was still dirty!! I used to use these guys alot. Never again! FIRED!!!
