We were hauling my daughter's belongings in a 8x20 cargo trailer, 3 dogs and 2 teenagers from the south to California and stopped here. Safe place to pull over for a quick rest and stretch. Police were present. Very clean and friendly staff and enough space to maneuver the trailer. read more

Flying J (Pilot) are always great to stop at for fuel, breaks, snacks or souvenirs. They usually have one of the common eating places connected to them and they are generally good. From time to time some need a little TLC, but generally they're ok. If you have a rewards card you can get special offers, and 3¢ off of every gallon of gas at the pumps. It's not much, but every little bit helps. read more

Thanks for having a decent selection of souvenirs, they're all covered in layers of dust, but at least I was able to find something somewhere to take back for friends in California. I was very surprised that I couldn't find any souvenir options at any of the other truck stops during my drive from CA to TX and back. Also, my boyfriend had never been to a truck stop until this trip, I appreciate that you are one of the good ones. You have a diner, an arcade, barber shop, internet, big screen tv and chairs. I saw laundry machines and showers and again...souvenirs. I will definitely stop at this location again during future roadtrips. read more

The showers in this place were cold. On top of that, showers were dirty, fountain machine didnt work, and the microwave didnt work. There were at least 2 people behind the counter who were not working on the store. read more

Shower was freezing had to have my girlfriend keep flushing so the water could be warm then the ghetto fat lady at the register gave us attitude when she skipped us in line and then we mentioned to her we were next she rolled her eyes and said okay hurry what do you want. Then gave us even more attitude because we made her walk less than 5 feet for wings it's not like she didn't need that extra exercise for the day. She needs to fine herself a man to make her not so uptight. Really hope she reads this so she can loosen up and remove that stick. Would rate less one star but don't have a choice read more

Bad customer service, doesn't take the time to explain that a new membership card is needed when you have an older one for discounts. The waste disposal for RV's is broken and they don't bother to tell you, therefore making you have to walk back in to ask what to do. They really need to be instructed in better customer service. read more

The lady that I assume is management because she wears a stripped shirt has no idea how to treat her employees or customers. This is the same person that everyone of these bad reviews is probably about so it is evident that this company does not escalate their comments like they say they do. From what I've seen in my four day stay she has been very degrading and condescending to many employees. I witnessed her rip the pressure washer from one of her co-workers hands and later talk bad about him in front of all the customers and employees. Stating he didn't know how to do his job and was too slow. Later that day I walked by her on my way to the shower and again she was speaking badly about another employee that was painting, again too slow. From what I've witnessed she probably is not fit for a management position nor has she demonstrated any type of leadership skills. I've worked management and supervisor positions for most my life and I can very easily spot folks that are not cut out for these types of responsibilities. Treat your employees right or my truck fleet and our business and go elsewhere. I am making a complaint to corporate and maybe they'd do something about this matter. read more
