I don't think the employees give a crap about customers nor the drivers They waste time and fuel. In addition the odds are 50/50 that the ice cream machine it "down" AGAIN, You wont discover this though not until you have been sitting waiting for anyone to take your order. I gave this SONIC multiple opportunities and the results are usually the same. POOR is my grade for this SONIC. I used to be a Big fan of SONIC. After the lack of assistance when I voiced my complaints to customer service, I will not be visiting this nor any other SONIC in the future. I recommend you order from anywhere else. There is no shortage of fast food options. SONIC has forever lost my business. BEWARE.

It was not nearly busy enough for me to have this problem, And the only worker that I saw while I was there was going in and out of the building, And while he was out, he spent his time laughing and chatting with a big group of girls. Not sure why it's so hard for somebody to do a simple job or why I was waiting over half an hour for a medium and mini milkshake but this is absolutely absurd.

Corporate said they would pass my information to the owner and I am still waiting for a call back. I am 64yrs old retired from USPS after 30 yrs and 8yrs service in the USN and I have never in my life been so humiliated and disrespected as well as treated like a child as I was on that date (by someone who said he was a manager). I had an appointment next door to the restaurant at the dentist and I love Jersey Mike's so I decided to get a sandwich since I was early for my appointment. I ordered my sandwich at 12:45pm and took a seat as there were not a lot of customers in the store. The employee came and gave me my sandwich and I left the store. It was raining really hard so I just stood there for a few seconds and hugged the wall to the dentist office next door. Halfway there my sandwich fell out of the bottom of the bag and hit the ground. The paper opened up and the sandwich touched the ground. I opened the door to the dentist and checked in letting them know I would be right back. I took the sandwich back to the store, explained to the employee what happened and she asked me what I had ordered, I told her and then I took a seat by the door to wait for them to make another sandwich. About a minute later a man walked up to me with a sandwich in his hand(he said he was the manager) and asked me what was the problem, I explained exactly what happened and he told me if I left the store how was he responsible for the sandwich falling out. I again explained what happened. By now all of the employees were looking and about 8 or more people walked in. The manager then started to demonstrate acting like he was opening the door and walking out and said again how was this his fault or the fault of the store. I kept saying sir, I don't know what you want me to tell you other than what happened and I said because you are being rude and disrespectful all i want is my money back. He said (I dont think i owe you anything, not a sandwich, not anything). This back and forth continued until he walked away from me going back behind the counter. By this time all the people in the store were looking at this unfold. One of the employees said I am fixing her another sandwich and the manager went back to where the sandwich was being made, and i told him i did not want him to touch my sandwich. At that time he went to the register and i asked him if he was refunding my money. He would not talk to me. I said are you going to tell me if you are going to refund my money. He would not talk to me. I told him I wanted his name to call corporate. He would not respond to me. At that time the other employee came over and gave me a sandwich, as I was reaching to get the sandwich the manager tried to take it out of my hand and when he couldn't get it he looked at the employee as though he was going to reprimand her for making me another sandwich. This manager told me not to come back to his store. I didn't get his name, but something was wrong with one of his eyes. This man started treating me as though i was a child and called me a liar. He said i wanted something for free after i paid 15 dollars for a 1/2 sandwich. I told him i wanted my sandwich and he tried to give me back the sandwich that fell on the ground. All the other employees were looking at him as though he was wrong. The people in the store were all looking at him as though he was wrong. I could not believe i had to go through this because of a sandwich. This gentleman needs training on how to handle a complaint and a customer. I am sorry to say I will not visit this store again if he is working there. He made my pleasant day very unpleasant, all over a sandwich. BTW, the sandwich i received was not the sandwich i originally ordered but i didn't want to reenter the store. McDonald's - Hotcakes vs Frozen Butter

Let's talk about the culinary marvel that is McDonald's hot cakes. They're not too fluffy, they are…read morethe correct thickness, they're golden, and they're practically begging for a nice slather of butter. But here's the kicker: the butter is frozen harder than a brick in a winter storm! I mean, come on, McDonald's! By the time I manage to wrestle that icy cube onto my hot cakes, they've turned colder than my ex's heart. Seriously, it's like the butter is playing hard to get. I half expect it to start charging me rent for the space it occupies on my pancakes. These pancakes are some of the best quick-serve delights out there, but if I wanted my breakfast to resemble a science experiment, I would've ordered a side of ice cubes instead. If I can't melt that butter before my hot cakes become cold cakes, I might as well just switch to biscuits. At least they come with some warm, spreadable love! So, here's a tip for the McDonald's team: maybe consider serving the butter at a temperature above absolute zero? Until then, I'll be over here in pancake purgatory, trying to figure out how to melt a brick with the power of sheer will. The Pollys Island McDonald's can be highly recommended for cleaning this and for service I had no problems a few times I visited there. Just the butter being frozen I don't understand why they can't keep it closer to room temperature.

We came specifically to try the new waffle-and-chicken breakfast sandwich. We chose Chick-fil-A…read morebecause we have long regarded the company as different from many other fast-food establishments--a company that maintains higher standards of cleanliness, customer service, conduct, and respect for its customers. Today, that expectation was seriously damaged. In the dining area, a person who was not purchasing or consuming food was occupying one of the large booths and sleeping across the table. His clothing was extremely unkempt, his underwear was visibly exposed, and his head and hair were lying across the table surface where customers are expected to eat. Pills and other apparent paraphernalia were scattered across the table. The effect was immediate and obvious. We did not feel comfortable sitting anywhere near this individual, and it appeared that other paying customers felt the same way. A portion of the dining area had effectively been taken away from the customers who were there to purchase and eat food. I brought the matter directly to the manager's attention before leaving. What disturbed me most was her explanation that this individual comes there frequently and that management allows him to behave this way. That is a **management decision**, and that distinction is important. I am not asking Chick-fil-A to discriminate against anyone. I am asking that reasonable standards of cleanliness, conduct, safety, and respect for paying customers be applied consistently to everyone. There is nothing discriminatory about expecting someone who occupies a restaurant dining area to behave appropriately and maintain basic standards of cleanliness. What concerns me even more is the damage this type of decision does to **brand equity**. Chick-fil-A has spent decades building a reputation that distinguishes it from its competitors. Customers don't simply buy the food; they buy into an expectation about the environment, the service, and the standards the company represents. When management knowingly allows a situation like this to persist, it sends a message that those standards are negotiable. That costs far more than one breakfast sale. It costs **customer confidence. It costs respect. And ultimately, it erodes the brand equity that Chick-fil-A has worked so hard to build.** I left today with substantially less respect for this particular Chick-fil-A and, frankly, with a diminished perception of the Chick-fil-A brand. I never expected to walk into a Chick-fil-A and encounter a situation where paying customers would feel displaced by someone who was not even there to eat--and then learn that management had knowingly chosen to allow it. I am making this complaint because I would prefer to see the situation corrected rather than simply write off the experience. But if this is truly the standard the **Murrells Inlet location** has chosen to accept, then it is a standard I cannot support, and I will not return to this restaurant. I strongly encourage Chick-fil-A to review this incident beyond the local management level. This is not merely a complaint about one unpleasant encounter. It is a question of whether the standards associated with the Chick-fil-A name are actually being enforced when doing so may be uncomfortable or difficult. **A company's reputation is built one customer experience at a time--and it can be surrendered the same way.** I hope Chick-fil-A will take this seriously and recognize that protecting the dignity, safety, cleanliness, and comfort of paying customers is not contrary to the company's values. It is precisely what protects them.

I had been to another Eggs Up Grill before and knew mostly what to expect, but each one seems to be a little different. There's absolutely no shortage of breakfast places and pancake houses in the confines of the Myrtle Beach region, so I'd guess you have to stay sharp to keep people coming back when they make their trips. I was feeling like some french toast, and I always love bananas, those two worlds combined on their bananas foster french toast. I also got a side of bacon to give a nice salty offset to the sweetness. The french toast was fluffy and warm, adorned with caramelized bananas and whip cream. No additional syrup needed, it was sweet and delicious as is. There was plenty here to fill my belly before the golf ahead. The side of bacon was thicker cut, and a welcome savory bite to cancel out some of the sweet, because there is no doubt that french toast was very rich. Would come back, enjoyed this visit!
