Service. The SONIC in Pawleys Island closes before the advertised time. Once again, via Door Dash my order was not filled after waiting over an hour because they closed early AGAIN. I don't think the employees give a crap about customers nor the drivers They waste time and fuel. In addition the odds are 50/50 that the ice cream machine it "down" AGAIN, You wont discover this though not until you have been sitting waiting for anyone to take your order. I gave this SONIC multiple opportunities and the results are usually the same. POOR is my grade for this SONIC. I used to be a Big fan of SONIC. After the lack of assistance when I voiced my complaints to customer service, I will not be visiting this nor any other SONIC in the future. I recommend you order from anywhere else. i just sat in the mobile pickup spot for 25 minutes, and yes i checked in, and i only had two milkshakes. i then went into the next spot to talk to an employee about it, I hit the red button twice and sat there for another 10 minutes and nobody answered over the intercom. It was not nearly busy enough for me to have this problem, And the only worker that I saw while I was there was going in and out of the building, And while he was out, he spent his time laughing and chatting with a big group of girls. placed my order... it came out completely wrong. I very nicely told the worker through the loudspeaker that my order was wrong.. he was very short with me. After finally being allowed to explain the problem, I was rudely told my order would be right out, but before the microphone cut off.. I was very loudly called a KAREN. the Manager, Josh, called me a KAREN.. my kid heard it, the guy next to me heard it. It wasn't my fault the order was wrong. I paid for it, I wanted what I paid for. Calling me that was absolutely ridiculous. If Josh is annoyed that his restaurant got my order wrong and chose to insult me, the Josh needs to get another job outside of the restaurant industry. My family and I decided we wanted milkshakes. We ordered 5 milkshakes, four orders of tots and a small fry. My shake was ok. Didn't taste very cheesecake-y. But I still enjoyed it. It tasted more like a strawberry milkshake. My niece got an Oreo milkshake. It had Oreos on top but she found tons of m&ms throughout it after we had left and it ruined her want for the shake. My guess is they made it and realized they meant to just do Oreo and since Oreo was placed on top they sent it out to us. Otherwise everything was good. read more

No....just no. The food was slapped together with zero regards to quality. The popcorn chicken was balls of crusty dough ....like it was from the bottom of the bag.
