When our family backed out last minute, Ashlyn stepped in without hesitation -- and absolutely saved the day! We have seven animals: *An American Bulldog with severe allergies who needs daily medication *A Cockatiel *Three adult Bearded Dragons *And two newborn Bearded Dragons Ashlyn managed it all with total professionalism and care. She came multiple times a day, made sure our Bulldog got his meds on schedule, and gave him extra attention to help with his separation anxiety. She also handled the Bearded Dragons' special feeding and bathing routines with ease -- even the two newborns were in great hands. This company should not be able to operate without being properly insured. We've spent thousands of dollars trying to locate our dog and still have not found him. My dog is not a runaway as the owner has mentioned. He's gotten out once in the past 6 years with our other dog - 10 minutes later he was sitting at our door. He was left outside all night alone and scared. WE ARE HEARTBROKEN and the owner has been unhelpful, defensive, and unprofessional. The sitter on the other hand, has been helping us look for our dog, but I don't see how that is suppose to excuse losing our dog? Nor is "I have insurance now" found him.

Their interview process was so professional; talked me through everything upfront so I knew what to expect. Facility: very clean! My dog never comes home "stinky" even after a few days of boarding and all-day play. Also appreciate the ability to check on my doggy via the live feed cameras.
