Lobby was clean and spacious. Checked in and it only took 2 minutes. Went up to our room on 5 and entered our room. Bright and sunny with a a large bed and tv. Kruig coffee and microwave and frig. Room was very clean, and so was the large bathroom. Played down for an hour nap and went to party. After party. Back to hotel and fell asleep right away. Bed was so comfortable. Up at 9 and headed home for another party back in our area. Will definitely stay here again

Unfortunately, during our stay we discovered an active bedbug infestation in one of the rooms on the day of checkout. This was extremely distressing, and we immediately notified hotel staff. My niece, who stayed in the affected room, also reported multiple bites. While staff did address the issue, the overall handling and resolution were disappointing. We were only offered partial compensation for the stay, despite the seriousness of the situation and the disruption it caused--especially as this trip was during a competitive event, which made the experience even more difficult and stressful. As a Hilton Honors member, I expected a higher standard of care and resolution in a situation involving health and safety concerns. I hope management takes this seriously and improves how such incidents are handled in the future.

It was extremely UNSANITARY. there was a sanitized band on the toilet yet there was random black curly hair on it and me nor my husband have curly long black hair and not even close! The tub was dirty and EVERYWHERE and i mean everywhere was covered in the random hairs and there was pube looking hair in the shower. definitely worth 2 stars. staff was alright, could tell they hated there job. but again you get what you get for a 2 star motel! Broken mirrors, 2 outlets didn't work, paper thin walls, stains all over walls, dirty counters. it was live-able once i lysol everything!

My boyfriend had reserved the purple suite over a month ago as I absolutely love purple. He was informed that they had made a mistake and had the wrong room reserved but luckily another purple room was done being cleaned. I was ecstatic when I went into the room as it was so much purple. We were given room 111. Then to my shock, disgust, and horror, I saw what appeared to be white semen on the bed frame, on the floor next to the bed on both sides as well as near the table. My boyfriend and I immediately notified the staff on duty and took the subsequent pictures. They had no more purple suites available, so we were provided a standard room instead of room 108. Upon checkout, Monday 2/18/1 at 11 am 9 I showed the staff the pictures and asked to speak with the manager. I was informed by the staff that the manager Ms. Jahman would be in later in the afternoon. I called at 415pm and was informed that she was not in and to call back Tuesday after 10 am. I called at 1:39 pm on Tuesday and was informed that the manager had just left and to call back after 10 am on Wednesday. I spoke with a staff member who refused to provide his name twice as he hung up on me when I pointed out that I was misinformed that she would be in today after he told me that she would be in today. He informed me that she would not be in due to inclement weather. I explained the situation stating that I would like to speak with the manager as we paid for the suite which we did not originally book and was disgusted and wanted to address the manner in an adult and professional manner. The unidentified male staff who had an accent of sorts refused to tell me when the manager would be in or even whom I could email the photos to address this matter accordingly. He told me that he didn't know. I said that this is impossible and given my many years in retail people have shifts to run establishments and he would have to know when his manager would be in next. I also vocalized that it appears that this establishment is playing games and would have to force my hand to show these pictures on various social media platforms as well as Yelp as I would rather handle the manner privately amongst one another. I was hung up on twice, with refusal from the staff to identify himself or provide when the manager would be in. I have included receipt and pictures.

Had…read moremade the reservation on line months ago and the good thing was you didn't have to give a credit card beforehand to reserve the room and it was cancellable up until a few hours before if necessary. We arrived at around 11:00 pm and the front desk person pretty much said my name as I walked toward the desk - guess they weren't getting many late check-ins that evening. I had a hard time understanding this person and had to keep saying "I can't understand you" and it sounded like he was saying "through the lobby" to get to my room which made no sense since all of the rooms were accessed from the outside. So he booked me and my friend in a first floor room and when we went to the room there was no way to insert or swipe the key. My friend looked inside the keyhole and noticed the room was under construction. We went back to the desk and told the desk person - he walked with us to the room and we gave him the key to which he was confused and my friend said "look inside the key hole" and he did and then realized it was an unfinished room. We then walked back to the front desk and he gave us keys for another first floor room. We entered the room and saw that it was quite outdated. There was a loud buzzing from either the microwave or the refrigerator. The air conditioning worked fine, the room was fairly clean, the beds were clean and comfortable and the TV had many channels to choose from. They provided a very small bottle of shampoo, a small bar of soap and just enough towels. The bathroom door was swollen and it was hard to close. In the morning we did not bother to check out the complimentary breakfast but rather walked to the adjacent IHOP which was only steps away. Not the worst room I've stayed in but the whole location could do with some major renovations.

First, the decor beautiful and everything is up to date and well-maintained. The big beds are really comfortable, the showers are clean and spacious and have good hot water and water pressure, the tub drains well, and the whole premises is safe and well-lit. The whole hotel is non-smoking. It's a very clean, very well kept up, and well-run hotel. The free Wi-Fi always worked. The locks could be connected to my iPhone via Bluetooth so I only had to press a button on an app on my phone to get into the building and unlock the door to my room. We had two big flat screen TVs with all the channels. There was a nice welcome message stating my Hilton membership status on the TV every time I checked in. A Target is across the parking lot and I loved that. It was so convenient. We really enjoyed the breakfasts. Derrick and his team did an amazing job, providing a delicious variety of fresh hot and cold food every day. The breakfast room has lots of plants and a high ceiling and enormous windows, and it just felt refreshing and invigorating to step in there every day. It had a good vibe. Due to my home being destroyed by water damage, my husband and were guests here for a full four months. I'm so grateful to everyone here for making this our home away from home during an extremely turbulent and stressful time. Many of the employees here were a blessing. These individuals went out of their way to help me: Javier, Camille, Ana, Arthur, Karnell, Derrick, Mervin, and Lupe. I'm grateful to you all!
